Roseann and Wendy planned an amazing trip for my large family to Fiji. I had spent 30+ hours researching different resorts and talking to different people before I connected to Roseann. She was incredibly helpful in narrowing down a list based on what my group of 14 was looking for. Having been to all the resorts, she gave me pros and cons of each with was invaluable. She ended up recommending Nanuku and we had an incredible time!In full transparency, my group was pretty difficult and we changed flights on multiple occasions. We even had a flight cancelled when we were in Tonga and they had us sitting on a new flight (and last minute accomodations) within two hours.Throughout the entire process and all the changes, Roseann and Wendy were patient and went the extra mile to make sure we had an incredible time.

We had originally scheduled our journey to Australia and New Zealand for April 2020 working with Roseann Iovine, it was cancelled last minute due to the Covid 19 world wide pandemic.We rescheduled for this past April 19th with a slightly different itinerary adding in Fiji. We added days and ended up traveling for 90 days, 38 days in New Zealand and Australia in each country and 12 days in Fiji. We started planning preemptively in April 2022.The Outdoor Travel Adventures team was amazing, helpful, friendly, attentive to our input and feedback, patient and informative in the planning of our long journey. Maria Rouady and Joanne Kakoliris in Australia, Amy Clifford in New Zealand, and Wendy Eickhoff, stateside.We had too many highlights to mention but we have no hesitation in saying that it was a fantastic, wonderful, uplifting, educational, and informative trip. We had no airlines issues during the trip, no rental car kurfuffles, and only one trip interruption due to gale force winds. There were no mixups with transfers to and from airports and hotels, hotels were good to great, and tours scheduled along the way. There was a good balance between scheduled and free our time to wander and be spontaneous.Much appreciation to Outdoor Adventures Travel, led by Roseann Iovine and the team.

Roseann helped us plan an unforgettable anniversary trip to Tahiti! We hopped to Mo’orea and Bora Bora and every detail was perfect! Wendy helped us has the Honeymoon of our dreams! With COVID international travel can be stressful but Wendy made it so simple and made sure we did not miss a step so that all would go smoothly on our trip. Because of outdoor travel adventures out Tahiti/Moorea Honeymoon was more then we could imagine and stayed all with in our budget. Every bit of our trip was planned including shuttles and fairy rides and ever person who we worked with was lovely and was on time and so professional. Would 100% work with them again for future trips!

Wendy planned a 8-day boat tour of the Galapagos. She recommended flying into Quito - had someone pick us up (later in the evening - so there was no stress), reserved an incredible hotel and then scheduled a half-day tour of Quito. Then we had transportation back to the airport and flight to The Galapagos...all arranged by Wendy. Our boat, the Anahi, was excellent. Kind and thoughtful staff - incredible food with healthy snacks every time you turned around. Our guide to the islands was so knowledgeable. Each day had snorkeling trips and walks on each island. We learned so much - nature is spectacular. There was still time to relax. An amazing trip! And Wendy made it so easy! Ive not used a travel agent before...but I will in the future!

From the very start of planning Roseann listened to and responded to our hopes and dreams for this vacation! And when Covid interrupted our itinerary she found us an option we were unaware of that ended up being the highlight of our trip! Responsive during the trip and checked in with us to be sure things were going well! She was doing such a good job during planning our Tahiti vacation that we asked her to help with a quick trip to Hawaii and she came through there as well while things were still in transition. We recently returned from an amazing trip to Australia/New Zealand/Tahiti. Our trip itinerary and all bookings were facilitated by Outdoor Travel Adventures. Wendy knows this part of the world like the back of her hand... Where to go, what to do, etc. Everything (air, car, lodging, dining, excursions) was taken care of and each vendor executed their responsibilities beautifully. We highly recommend OTA. Great stuff!

We used Outdoor Travel Adventures to plan our 8-night babymoon to Tahiti and Bora Bora. Roseann was extremely helpful in planning every detail of the trip from hotels, transfers, excursions, and keeping us up to date on the latest COVID entry requirements for French Polynesia so that everything went smoothly and was completely seamless to us. Much easier that trying to plan ourselves! In the planning process she made recommendations for how to split up the trip and ways we could adjust the itinerary as needed. All the hotels and excursions were top notch quality, and we wouldn’t have changed a thing. We had a wonderful time on our trip, and I would highly recommend using Outdoor Travel adventures and visiting beautiful French Polynesia!

Wendy Eickhoff planned an amazing trip for me and my wife to French Polynesia. We didnt really know the islands and what to do, and she set it up so we didnt have to worry about a thing. Everything from transportation (everywhere!!) to hotel and excursions (Moorea Food Tour, Scuba with the Humpbacks, etc...) were all top class and wonderful experiences. As a frequent traveler I cannot express how amazing to have everything planned to a T prior to going. It was like Wendy knew exactly what we were doing each day and insured it would happen exactly like that. Just incredible, and we plan to use her and her Company for our next trip to either Australia/New Zealand or Cook Islands, Fiji and Bali. Cheers!!!

We worked with Roseann to plan our honeymoon and cant thank her enough! We started this process roughly 3 years ago, but due to covid were finally take the trip this past month. She kept in contact with us, updating us about the travel restrictions, making sure we picked the best and safest time to travel. In the past, I have always planned our vacations but knew that I didnt want to put the stress on myself with it being our honeymoon. I can say with certainty, I will be using OTA for all of our travel plans. Every excursion Roseann booked went above and beyond our expectations! All of the companies she arranged for us to tour with and the drivers for airport transfers were so nice and personable. We had a couple of excursions get canceled due to weather and their support staff in Australia and New Zealand helped us find alternative options for the day, so we were making the most of our time. We had the best time on our 14 day honeymoon to French Polynesia arranged by Sue and her team. Everything was seamless with our hotels, pickups, and excursions. We felt totally at ease and all of the providers were knowledgeable, kind, and right on schedule. Roseann was wonderful to work with from start to finish for our amazing honeymoon to French Polynesia! From the beginning in planning which islands to go to (Moorea, Taha’a, Bora Bora), which resorts to stay at, and even which room style to go with. She also helped us pick the excursions at every island, which we loved all of them! Our family had a fantastic time in Tahiti, Bora Bora and Moorea. The team at OTA made everything so easy with finding great rooms, activities, travel advice and all helping with all the transfers. We worked with Outdoor Travel Adventures and specifically Roseann to initially set up a once in a lifetime trip to Tahiti. While an online travel site was trying to get us to commit to Tahit,i Roseann recommended against it since it was rainy season in Tahiti. Instead she recommended two amazing resorts to visit in Belize. One in the forest and one on the coast. Both were amazing and we really appreciated her recommendation. Honestly we have not worked with a travel agent in a while and were reminded how beneficial it is. Roseann was an advocate for us each step along the way and actually helped us while we were traveling to overcome a sticky situation. I would recommend Roseanne very much to anyone seeking expert travel advice.

I first learned of Outdoor Travel Adventures 8 years ago when planning a trip to Australia. Roseann helped my friend and I put together a private trip that was a dream come true for us! She spent countless hours with us from beginning to end, helping us to explore various potential itineraries, highlighting the pros and cons of each potential destination. She is so thoroughly knowledgeable about everything ranging from the quality of a given activity, event or landmark to the pragmatic details of transportation, timing, and lodging alternatives. We never felt pressured or pushed into an option we werent excited about; instead, Roseann was intent on ensuring that our vacation itinerary would be just right for our family and our particular interests. She helped us plan the trip 11 months prior to our departure, and she stayed in touch throughout the months leading up to our departure date. As we neared our departure date, she reviewed our entire itinerary and made sure that all of our flight documents were in order. During the trip itself, she checked in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves without any difficulties. We happened to be in Australia during the peak of the bushfires, and Roseann was super helpful (together with their local affiliate) to help us make a couple of detours that turned out to be great experiences in the end. My sweetheart and I wanted to plan a trip to New Zealand. We found Sue Rovegno through an add for a 3 day hiking trip advertised by Outdoor Adventures. After we spoke she suggested we send her ideas about what we wanted to do over a two week period and she would create an itinerary which we could then tweak. She patiently accommodated all our ideas, booked everything from airport pickups to hotel stays, trains, day trips etc. When a cyclone hit and our plans had to be altered her contact in Auckland did all the leg work to rearrange our itinerary. When we decided on a fairly last-minute March trip to New Zealand in Jan 2018, a friend referred us to Roseann at OTA. We knew we were booking late and didnt expect much, but Roseann skyrocketed beyond all expectations. After a lengthy phone conversation and a week, she had planned a 34-day New Zealand adventure for us that touched upon every single one of our desires--and some we didnt even know we had! She got us perfectly, as evidenced by the hotels and tours she selected for us, and the pace of our travel. When we had a sudden flight cancellation, Roseann knew about it before we did and, together with OTAs New Zealand partner, re-routed us painlessly. How we wish OTA booked everything in the world!! Not sure where to start, so here it goes. 3 years ago my wife and I started planning our wedding and wanted an epic honeymoon. Something that would check a box on the bucket list. I usually book all of our travel, but needed to look for some help on this one. I was lucky enough to find Outdoor Travel Adventures. I reached out and connected with Sue Rovegno. Thank goodness!!Sue worked with us to find the perfect combination of adventure and relaxation. My wife and I like to scuba dive and do a lot of hiking. We also had a dream of staying in one of the over-the-water bungalows with the glass floors. Sue was able to make all of this happen. It was an eventful 12 days planned that had us diving the world famous Rainbow Reef at Paradise Taveuni Fiji. Then after a week there, we were set to go to LikuLiku for the over-the-water experience. We were getting married 5/18/20 and set to leave right after.Well, everyone knows what happened. Covid happened. Sue kept in touch with us the entire time. We would think Fiji might be reopening and would rebook it. Then Fijis borders would remain closed. Fiji didnt reopen until March 2022 (right in that time frame). Sue continued to contact us and give us the most current status for the trip. During a stressful time for most everyone in the world, she still kept us reassured that the dream trip will happen. Calls and emails the whole time.Finally, we were set for our trip at the end of April into early May 2022. There were a lot of moving parts to get us from Columbia, SC to multiple islands in Fiji. Every single part of the trip went exactly as Sue had on our itinerary. There was not one part that didnt exceed our expectations. Yes, it was A LOT of travel, but so worth every minute of it. The diving, the people, the waterfall hikes, the food, the rooms, the sunsets....all of it was beyond words. Just writing this review has me reminiscing of all the wonderful times we had. We are already working on the next big adventure and Sue is definitely the person we want to work with. I know over the time working with Sue that the others in her office are just as awesome.Please do yourself a favor and stop looking for an agent. Call Outdoor Adventures and ask for Sue!!! From the planning of the trip to the actual experience it couldn’t have been better. Wendy E was an excellent communicator and organized every detail. The ship/yacht we were on, Origin Theory, was so elegant and well appointed. The crew were personable, fun loving, and anticipated our every need. Me and my wife could not have had a better honeymoon that was planned by OTA! We had a 13 day trip to French Polynesia(Moorea,Huahine,Bora Bora) and it was planned perfectly. We went on tours almost every day and felt we saw everything there was to see and do. We were never worried about what was gonna happen next or what to do to get there, as the itinerary was very detailed. And when a local flight was rescheduled, a guide was still waiting for us when we arrived later. I %100 recommend OTA.

LINDSAY MADE OUR DREAMS COME TRUE!!!We had our wedding at Secrets Wild Orchid Montego Bay followed by our Honey Moon in Negril at couples swept away.Everything was phenomenal! Couples swept away was INCREDIBLE. The food was so freaking good, we could have lived there forever. The scenery and relaxation was unbelievable, we definitely plan on going back a few times . We stayed at the beach all day and night because it was so amazing. The sand was so soft and the water was so warm, mind you the sunsets were unbelievable. Our little hut was to die for, we hung out on the patio every night. Also the activities offered were endless, we went to the bon fire one night which was spectacular, and our catamaran cruise was the BEST THING EVER. Also the gym area was soooooooo cool and very nice. Lastly the martini bar was AMAZING, I must have had 15 lychee martinis LOL.Secrets montego bay was also very nice, and it was truly perfect for a wedding, guests/group oriented. The wedding staff was super nice and helpful, and the wedding package we purchased, offered way more than we expected! The bars and pools were super fun and they had a lot of activities for our guests. The 24/7 room service was KEY.

Going to Machu Picchu was the trip of a life time thanks to Roseann and Outdoor Travel Adventures. Our accommodations in Cusco, the Sacred River Valley and Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu) were top-notch, health-conscious, and most important authentic local-living vibes so we werent stuck in a big Disneyesque hotel chain with a touristy-vibe. Roseann and her team handled all details from travel tickets to epic hiking permits (!!) to a thrilling river rafting excursion to private guided ancient-ruin tours.
