Want to specifically thank our amazing server Lily! She was so funny, so friendly, and so knowledgeable about the menu and what to recommend based on what we were looking to eat (as it was our first time dining here). I will definitely return to eat here again, and that is all thanks to Lily’s hard work as well as the wonderful kitchen staff who prepared our meals to perfection. Thank you!

Christina was our server and she was amazing. She was very attentive and catered to all of our requests, and there were quite a few requests between both of us! She excelled as a server and we were very impressed with her, especially considering how busy the restaurant was! Bonus that she is an absolute sweetheart as well!!

Ive been to this location about 5 times over the years. Its okay. We went the other day and it was a slow Saturday afternoon. Good came out slow, poor bartender was making drinks and trying to serve about 10 parties. We ordered a few cocktails and they were fine. I ordered the prime rib sandwich and it was tasty. Tried my wifes steak salad and it was okay. We had a gift card we got so we came here, but honestly this place really isnt really it for me.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Outback Steakhouse in Palmdale, California, and I must say, the highlight of the evening was undoubtedly our server, Lily. From the moment we sat down, Lily went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional.Not only did Lily anticipate our every need, but she also ensured that our drinks were always full and that the complimentary bread remained on our table throughout the meal. Her attention to detail and impeccable service truly elevated our dining experience to another level.Lilys professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. She is a shining example of what exceptional service should look like in the hospitality industry. Our evening at Outback Steakhouse was made memorable thanks to Lily, and we will certainly be returning soon, eager to experience her outstanding service once again. Our server Lily was amazing she has gone above and beyond for us and made sure the whole time we have been dining she was on top of everything would definitely be back and definitely ask for her again.

Out Server Lily made our Daughter and Mother date very special. She was super Sweet and attentive with us. Will definitely keep coming back to her. Not to mention the food was very delicious as well. Thank you Lily ❤️

Our host Jose was amazing, attentive, kind and showed amazing customer service skills which led us to have an amazing experience and it made us want to return, his coworker Frank was on top of everything helping out table after table and was funny & really kept the mood going, overall amazing service and food quality, 10/10 recommend this establishment.

Recently went here to treat my family for dinner and the waitress was great. She was polite, sweet and gracious. She took our drink orders and got them to us quickly. Then she took our food orders and sent it back to the kitchen. Everyones food came out relatively quickly, except for mine. It probably took somewhere around 40 minutes or so before mine came out. Im a patient person and chalked it up to us being a good sized group, being a party of 9. Everyone else was just about finished eating when my food came out. I didnt want to make everyone else wait, so I ate half of my meal and packed up the rest. The ribs were amazing and the asparagus were nice and tender (though my niece and nephews asparagus came out kind of sad) and I saved my sirloin and Aussie fries for breakfast. I got into my food this morning and the fries were alright (no one expects fries to be amazing the day after) and to my chagrin I found that my rare sirloin was actually medium well to well done. I havent eaten a steak well done since I was a kid and didnt know better. Now I have to do the unthinkable and smother it in barbecue sauce. This has made for a very sad breakfast. I also didnt get my grilled onions for my steak topper, but my awesome husband saved me some of his, so I cant be entirely unhappy about it. Other than that, I had my first Bloomin Onion and it did not disappoint. The bread and whipped butter were good too. Upside, they did comp my meal for taking so long.

Ants on benches and sticky tables which may explain their presence, old looking decor, the poor lighting attempts to conceal the many failures and dirty floors and furniture. Not the friendliest waitresses in town. The Sirloin steak was as chewable as an old shoe, I gave up on the second bite. The coconut shrimp, all three of them were really tasty and enjoyable, thus bringing the cost of $14.00/shrimp, I can get a full fastfood meal at nearby Sonics from a smiling server with the price of one shrimp. The food prep time meant a 35+ minutes wait, which could have been compensated by a good service and acceptable meal. The only rescuable item was the shrimps and tap coke. $200.00 for a family dinner isnt remarkable, but when compared to the competition they are in a different category on service and value, Id definitely skip this restaurant next time. Planet Hollywood at Universal Studios where they cater to a broader community, and at a more expensive location offers a culinary experience for less than $60 .00 / person, just a bit more expensive than this place, but in my experience a really enjoyable outing.
