I am happy to share my testimonial for the service I received from Tylan a computer technician who assisted me with my computer a few weeks ago.My computer of 10 years totally went blank with files I use to run my organization. I was in panic mode when my dear friend highly recommended I go and see Tylan. I met him at his home-office, and he looked at my computer and saw it needed attention that would take more than one day to fix.He was patient and attentive, taking the time to listen to my concerns and explain the issue to me in a way that I could understand. He also took the time to educate me on Google, and provided me with helpful tips to immediately solve the problem with my email files to provide easy access. His expertise and professionalism were truly impressive.Overall, I highly recommend this young man to anyone in need of assistance with their computer.
