Our experience with Osprey Web Consulting has been exceptional. From the consultation to the site going live, and even now through the regular support they’re providing us, the level of service has been top-notch. Cayden and Alex are not only knowledgeable and responsive, I value the input they provide regarding the performance of our site and the goals we’d like to achieve. We hired Alex and Cayden for our No-Tech family business. During the downtime of COVID, they were able to create an awesome, functional and easy to use online e-commerce site, increase our SEO rating, create blogs, integrate our in-store inventory, and create an appointment page for our customers. They are so easy to work with and have great ideas and knowledge about the algorithms to get businesses noticed. They are great about responding quickly to even the smallest details. To ease the pain of modernizing into the 21st century, their price quote was really affordable and significantly less than anyone else and the best part is that they are local in the Santa Clarita Valley. All of this is a steep learning curve for our family and staff but they have been an incredible help!

Osprey designed our website and made it so user-friendly and awesome. They also provided wonderful training for our IT department to follow and be able to run our website from the back end. They always responded within hours to our questions and when we needed their help and expertise. Professional and easy to work with, not to mention very quick. I highly recommend this company.

I am very satisfied with the service of this company! My web site, Alex designed, is professional. They returned my calls and answered my concerns in a very timely manner. They even changed somethings for me after I already paid them in full. I have worked with 2 other web designers for my nonprofit association and the other guys were not available after payment was received.
