Just bought our bed today and wanted to share our experience thus far. Bill was extremely helpful and steered us in the right direction for the best mattress for us. My girlfriend and I, came here right after visiting Sit N Sleep. Initially, she was interested in 3 different beds but none of them really engrossed her enough to buy.However, that changed once Bill provided great customer service. Bill greeted us right away as we walked in, and as soon as he was available after helping another family, he came and introduced himself, and asked various of questions to understand what she was looking for. He showed us different beds, and was very thorough and in-depth with his product knowledge which was really helpful and ultimately helped her make the best decision based on what we were looking for (attributes) and price point.In addition, this is a family owned business and the beds are made here in the United States which is a great benefit.All in all, he did a really great job showing us a variety of beds, based on different characteristics, price points and allowing us to make the decision without being aggressive like most sales people. My wife has a hip injury and will need a hip replacement surgery. After shopping at several stores for a mattress that would make it easier for her to get in and out of bed. When we went to this Ortho Mattress store we were assured by Bill, he was very knowledgeable and helpful giving us several options explaining the pros and cons of each. He was patient and informed. I was surprised at how many options are available. Bill was able to arrange delivery of our adjustable foundation and mattress the next day. The delivery was scheduled and arrived right on time. The delivery crew set up the new explained how it worked and hauled away our old mattress.We have been enjoying our new bed for a month and we are amazed at the difference it has made in the quality of sleep and my wife’s hip pain has greatly improved.

I went with my sister who needed to buy a new mattress, and Nikki Ann took such great care of her and I even though I wasnt buying one! Im pregnant and she was so sweet to make sure I was comfortable and had me relax on a bed that reclined while I waited for my sister to decide on a mattress! Nikki Ann, the sales rep was, warm, cheerful, and very knowledgeable. When we first arrived there were no customers in the store. But soon after 3 more customers came in. She juggled us all very nicely. She explained the differences between memory foam and coil mattresses. She also pointed out the features that the different manufactures offered and definitely helped us get the most for our money. We got a Serta Mattress with an adjustable frame for almost half as much as the store wed just visited down the street. She cleared up a lot of the confusion Id been feeling overwhelmed with from doing research online. Labor Day Sales offers a lot of choices and prices from a plethora of stoes and manufactures. We had a 10 year old Beautyrest Black bed which we liked very much, but it was worn out. Bob showed me several alternatives, some of which did not work well with my build and arthritis issues.Did I mention Bob was very patient and low pressure?And yes, after sampling at least 7 or 8 alternatives, I decided to repeat-buy another Beautyrest Black Calista (Firm) bed. Needed a new mattress badly. Came in to Ortho was helped by Michael. Have some back problems and was not sleeping well. He helped me pick out the right mattress with extra back support. Glad to finally say I am now sleeping much better.

Bill was great. We bought a cal king adjustable bed On 8/8/20 and saved some $$ over other mattress places for same product.

Great location! Bill was super helpful and friendly and helped us pick out a new Tempurpedic Queen for a great price. Would definitely recommend and would go there again.

Just purchased a mattress at Ortho Glendora with Michael and couldn’t be happier with the service. Michael was genuine, helpful, and didn’t push us into anything. Can’t wait to get out mattress delivered!!
