FANTASTIC!! These guys are great. They went the extra mile to find exactly what I wanted/needed. Great communication to throughout the process. The delivery guys were great as well, they kept in touch while in route, helped bring the items in the house and were very cautious as to not damage any of the items. If you’re looking for high quality furniture at a good price & excellent customer service Ornate furniture is the way to go. I might also mention this furniture was purchased in CA and was delivered to PA!! Thanks again guys you were great!!

I just had to share my recent experience with Robert and Carlos. They were absolutely fantastic and lightning-fast at delivering my huge couches and dinner table. Not only did they handle the delivery with care and professionalism, but they went above and beyond my expectations. Even though I opted out of installation service, Robert took the time to personally show me how to set up the legs on one piece without getting my new couches dirty. The show room experience was very good. Jeremy was as knowledgeable a furniture salesman as we’ve encountered. We ended up with a sectional and a new mattress/power bed. Ozzy (one of the owners) worked with us on a package deal to our satisfaction. The delivery and set up was where they really shined. Robert was personable, professional and quick to install both. He really left a great final impression on the overall experience.I’d recommend anyone considering to go check them out. Went in today to get some new furniture for my house and Omar was such a great help! He was very kind and helped me pick out a new sofa and dining table and chairs after hours of me being indecisive but he sat down and took his time with me and made sure I was happy with my decision! I found out about this furniture store via Offer Up. I received such a quick response to come in ! I came into the store and the customer service was amazing. I was helped by the owner who was so helpful and patient. He took his time explaining everything to me and was willing to walk back and forth across the store if I wanted to see something else again! Go here. Ozzie is the man. I went in looking for a couch that my girlfriend saw online. Ozzie showed me that one, was very honest about its pros and cons and, when he saw I wasnt super happy with it, showed me another one of higher quality that I loved! Heres the kicker: he gave me such a good deal that it was barely an increase in price at all. Walked out of there with a couch/delivery & install/and protection plan for about the same as the original couch. I would definitely recommend using these guys and ask for Ozzie!

I ordered a couch from Ornate Furniture in December, everything went very well at the beginning within a week I had received the couch. Once we unpackaged the couch and put it together, we noticed the arm rest was broken. Annoyed, but understanding I have them a call and they said to email them pictures, short description etc. they mentioned I only had 48 hours to do this from the time the couch was delivered so I did it right away. He also mentioned don’t use the couch until they figure it out, which is annoying when you just bought a new couch and can’t sit on it for a month. A week goes by after the email, no response no call, nothing. I called them and they say they never received an email, upset I tell them to check again and forward the email with the date it was initially sent for proof. Eventually, he says he will submit the claim and get back to me. 2 weeks later they schedule a repair tech, repair tech looks at my couch from a far and walks out and says it not repairable and leaves. Called Ornate again, demanding a replacement and finally got one a few days after that, on that day I wasn’t home to check everything looked good but when I did the couch was installed wrong by the delivery team. Overall, i wouldn’t order from them again, every phone interaction with them involved attitude from the “customer service dept” There’s lack of communication, inconsistent customer service, and no sense of urgency for these types of situations. Also they will try to schedule you last minute and if you don’t take it more than likely you’re waiting for another week.

I would have given 5 stars, but on the day of delivery one of the back cushions was missing from the couch…my husband and I reached out to customer service and have yet to hear back. Disappointed with the follow through. For how much they charge for delivery you would hope to receive the entirety of the piece of furniture you paid for.UPDATE:Updating my review to 4 stars. Customer service reached out and we’re able to have to missing cushion delivered. The reason why I cannot put 5 stars is merely due to the overall inconvenience. UPDATE: Once my order was placed the delivery personnel as well as Jeremy went M.I.A. Neither of them returned my messages about when I could expect delivery, which freaked me out considering the whole reason I decided to go with Ornate was because they promised to deliver it within 2 weeks time. After a week of not hearing from anyone, I finally got a text message in the evening informing me they would deliver tomorrow afternoon. What really?! I had to call my employer to let them know I couldn’t come in because there was no way I was going to miss the delivery.There were no instructions on how to assemble the couch and I didn’t realize there were packaged legs hidden underneath the cushions that needed to manually be attached until after I had assembled everything.Jeremy also offered a free gift to be delivered with my sofa if I left a Google 5 star review, which you can see below. I asked the delivery guy about the gift and he said he never heard of such a thing, so I contacted Jeremy and he said he would have it mailed out. I’m going on week 4 with no item as promised and no one reaching out to see how the delivery went or if we are satisfied with the purchase.I do regret not doing business with the original company I researched, Coleman Furniture, because they offered the same sofa with free delivery, white glove in home assembly, and a 5 year warranty, whereas you have to pay for shipping, assembly, and separate 3 year warranty with Ornate. I was just being impatient and wanted the sofa before a certain date, which I fully regret spending my time and money with this company.The hassle it was to unbox each item and dispose of the large cardboard, bubble wrap, and plastic was overwhelming and couldn’t dispose of it in our regular recycling bins. Never again will I do business with Ornate Furniture. I hope this review can help save someone else a headache and time, SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE!Jeremy was very helpful when purchasing our new sofa considering I was shopping online instead of in-store. He extends his customer service by reaching out via text and phone to answer any questions I may need. This was very helpful and reassuring since a couple of days prior to speaking with him, I had purchased the same piece at another retailer but was disappointed with the delivery timeline considering it was a month wait away andI wanted it before my event. I had the BEST experience with this furniture shop, and I want to tell everyone about it. I found them advertised on OfferUp and was extremely skeptical about purchasing from them online. I took a chance and am so glad I did. I now have the most beautiful couch in my living room, delivered next day as promised. These guys are the absolute best. I can not express how happy I am with Ornate Furniture! I literally canceled my Jeromes Furniture order a day before finding Ornate because of the terrible customer service and experience. I found Ornate on OfferUp and I was only able to see photos of the items. I had no clue what I would actually be getting but my oh my Im blown away at the quality, the service, the experience was truly amazing. Total white glove service plus amazing financing that took me 5 minutes to complete. The gentleman were prompt, respectful, courteous, and accommodating! Don’t go to these big furniture companies they are all about money and price gouging! Ornate was extremely affordable and just a VIP experience. This is by far the worst furniture business in the US. Ive never in my life encountered so many problems just trying to order, buy, and have a bed delivered. BEWARE: Missing pieces and their customer service is the absolute worst! They were great and friendly at the store, but what came after was extremely disappointing. We were told that our product would be available on Wednesday or Thursday (the latest) at their N Tustin Ave location. Wednesday came and no call. I had to call them on Thursday at 3PM and was told that they didn’t know where my product was at that time. I was told I should receive the item on Friday. No apology received for the lack of communication nor tardiness of delivery. On Friday afternoon, I received a text stating that I could pick up my item from their warehouse in Buena Park. Wanting to be done with this company, my son and I set off to pick up the item from a random warehouse (which looked closed down with a green fence around the perimeter). There weren’t any signs available and no one was around. Finally a gentleman drove up and was able to provide us with our item. Upon building the bed, we realized that the slats (that hold up the mattress) were missing. I contacted Raul (one of the bosses at Ornate Home) and he told me to email customer service. I don’t know why it’s my responsibility to hunt down the missing parts, but again no apology given at all for any of these issues. I emailed customer service and their response was that I received all three boxes. True, I did receive all three boxes but none of these contained the slats. I explained this to customer service and they are now ignoring my emails. DONT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE.

Found this place trying to search for a furniture store nearby. We were looking for a comfortable couch for a decent price and Mehmet helped us whittle down our options. At first, we wanted a sofa with a chaise but we realized a lot of the sectionals that offer those were out of our budget range and were too bulky to fit into our small apartment.
