The service tech is always punctual and had great communication. His service is thorough and takes his time explaining where the problem areas are and what we can do to help. Update I have continued service with Orkin because of the great results. Techs are so professional. The improvement in my rental units has been amazing and the explanation the service tech gives the tenants has helped them learn to declutter their units and keep it cleaner to avoid the problem coming back.

We hired Orkin in 2013 and kept their services as prevention measures. As you know with different seasons we different bugs, insects etc. Orkin, and the staff (Tommy) are awesome. They listen and take care of our pest control needs. We highly recommend their services.

This was my first time using Orkin services at my home to treat an ant problem we were having. Our Orkin Pro Rodolfo Estrada was very friendly and professional. He explained the whole process to us and asked about where we were seeing a lot of ant activity. He was very thorough and made it easy to set up the follow-up appointment. So far I am seeing less and less ants everyday at my home, we are very pleased with the services so far. Called for a quote Friday and got someone to call and schedule a same day service by Monday. Scheduled the service with Anthony who was very helpful, informative and professional. The service tech, Sidney, was very kind, professional and friendly. I appreciate the services so far and hope all of the pests (cockroaches, spiders, mosquitoes, ect) will now be gone. Prices are very reasonable as well, I recommend so far.

Came home from a vacation to find my house infested with fleas. Called in at 9 PM and a real person answered and got me an appointment the next day. I was so stressed about getting everything cleared before they arrived but the technician was very sympathetic, helpful, and patient. He also made sure that I was paying for services that I wanted and not charging me for unnecessary or unneeded things. Still waiting on the results, but the actual service was amazing.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Orkin keeps bugging me to fill one out so I am doing it now.I’m kind of on the fence in regards to Orkin. I really wish I could give 2 1/2 stars. Everyone I talk to on the phone is really nice and pretty helpful. I really liked the termite inspector. He was great, except he gave me the wrong information regarding leaving parts of the fence attached to the garage, so some damage occurred to the garage & fence.Our monthly pest service rate was raised by $1 within the first month of starting service. One of the techs is really great, but I don’t always get the same level of service from the guys.I’ve had issues with paying my bill monthly pest control online ever since I paid off the termite treatment.

I have no problem with the guy that comes to spray. Its not his fault. Hes very efficient and friendly. Its the office and their communications that we have had troubles with. We cancelled our service and told them we would reschedule another day. They still came on the day that we cancelled. Luckily we were home to put the dogs away, but this is the second time its happened. The exterminator said he was never told about the cancellation.

Service, or lack thereof, was done in less than 5 minutes with little to nothing done again, and lied again about doing work that I specifically requested that he do because of pest issues. We have been using Orkin for at least 3 years. The first two technicians we had were fantastic. Our current technician was verbally hostile with my wife. Original technicians were here for not less than 30 minutes, very thorough. Current technician has never spent more than 15 minutes on the property and refuses to check attic or crawl space.

Jeremy Johnson single handedly knocked down the brown widow spider population at my townhouse. He sprayed around where he knew they were coming out of. He was the best of all techs that came out, so I continued requesting him because brown widows are aggressive, and have lots of babies.A year later, I am glad I chose Orkin. When I walk outside I see dead spiders big and small lying around. Some are stopped right at my doorstep. Orkin has effective spray. I even see dead bees, and large water bugs stopped in their tracks, dying. I plan on moving out because of the bug population. But, I’m so glad that I chose Orkin. Other companies say that they can’t control spiders because they don’t always walk through the spray. Orkin has it down to a science.

They also got rid of a bunch of creepy crawlers that like to come out and play during summer. Are the creepy crawlers completely gone?? No....but theyve been reduced significantly. SIGNIFICANTLY!! Juan is amazing. I live in a side of town that is in the process of gentrifying and never once did Juan skip on services because I’m not on the “rich side.” He is professional, organized, takes pride in his work, and informative. He takes the time to explain and answer questions no matter how small. He will be an attorney in the future as soon as he gets all the initial requirements out of the way. I can see by how detailed he is and how he respects his customers that he will be one successful attorney in the future. If the company is smart, they would put him in a management training program or help pay for classes if he guarantees three year employment. Either way, it’s always good to invest in good people. I was going to cancel service with them, but his professionalism and character just made me rethink it.

Terrible Communication. Scheduled the service for a Tuesday a few weeks out, a week later they changed it to the following Wednesday (which means we would be without hot water for the weekend) then they showed up a week early, with no advanced warning - they had already turned off our gas so had to schedule a gas reconnect through the utility and bathe the baby in cold water until then. The correct date and time were reconfirmed. The night before service I got a confirmation email for a time that was too early to work- after back and forth with the provider I got a confirmation that the service would start in the afternoon- only to have the fumigators arrive at 730am the next morning. When the follow up wood treatment was completed they arrived over an hour late of the 3 hour window - without any communication on their tardiness. Despite about 10 requests that I get a call from the provider at least 30 minutes before arrival I never once received a call. Just a complete lack of professionalism and the worst communication. Absolutely do not recommend.

Not.happy with monthly services for mosquito spray thos time around. My yard was only partially sprayed in the back yard. My service man was excellent. He had 21 years experience and knew exactly where to place the traps and approximately how long it would take for the rodent to fall into it. He pointed out the access and exit points around my structure where the rodent could get inside access. This information was very important in order to prevent future invasion. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the behavior of pest. His supervisor Aaron dispatched the serviceman very quickly. The quick response set my mind at ease and eradicated the problem really fast. It made me feel special that they were so responsive and cared about solving the problem.

I have not been happy at all. If I didn’t pay a start up fee. I would stop my service. I’m scheduled every second Monday of the month which I’m supposed to get a reminder text. They never show up when supposed to and I never get a text that they’re coming. I have 3 dogs in the back so it is important that I know when they’ll be here so that I can put in house. But they just show up whenever, which usually Doesn’t work cause I’m at work or not expecting them. My yard is a mess when they leave and bug goop usually dripping down my windows, and when I called to complain I was was told ya that happens. So I guess there us no reason to have your windows clean because they come and get goopy spray all over them. I wish I could get my money back and go somewhere else. There are plenty other services out there that I’m sure do a much better job

Orkin has lost all integrity. The company out charged my credit card for services not received. Upon complaining and cancelling, I was refunded over $200.On my rental property, similar fraud. I get a email that the property has been serviced and sent a bill. What the hell! No one calls to see if the property needs servicing. I know the technician can’t enter the property because the gates are locked. And the tenants are at work.Orkin used to be good. Annually, Javier, has inspected my home in La Habra. He has good eyes in looking out for potential termite trouble spots of home.If there is area where termites can enter home easily, Orkin/Javier puts up barriers in form of netting to prevent termites from entering home.When there are termites found, Orkin has termite exterminator team that comes out to effectively spray and eliminate termites. Great customer service over the phone where they acknowledged we have a mosquito problem and want to help unlike our prior company who was blaming us and being lazy about trying to help. When thebtechs came out they immediately identified that old company had misplaced buckets which was causing our problem to get worse. We removed the buckets and mosquitoes went away.
