AMAZING SERVICE! Door to door. David is knowledgeable and experienced and frankly has the attention to detail of an artist. This is my first time owning a persian rug and I didn’t know where to start- but David not only cleaned our rug, he was able to tell us the age of it and its origin - 1940s from the border of Iran. It is a Persian Mashad. The before and after of the rug is insane, we thought we had something really special when we first got it but after David has cleaned it, it’s clear we have an heirloom on our hands. The clean rug is softer than most of my own clothes, and that is not an exaggeration. When he dropped it off, he gave us advice on orientation in our home and instructions of how to care for it/vacuum it. We will not only be taking this rug to him every five years for restoration/cleaning, but we are planning to bring all of our other rugs to him as well. Five stars! I have attached the before and after photos, the before photo is the one in our driveway. You can see how dull it was. The after photos are the ones in our home. night and day difference!

Just had my woolen rug cleaned by David at Oriental and Persian rug cleaning. FANTASTIC! Look no further! Darmany has incredible reviews and for good reason. They’re AMAZING. David is so knowledgeable, ethical and such a class act.I thought my $10k rug was silk. I have sent it to be cleaned by others in the past and nobody told me it was Viscose, not silk! Yet they charged me the price to clean silk. It’s not about the money, it’s about the ethics.After reading his stellar reviews, I totally trusted him to clean, what I thought was an expensive silk rug.David came on a Sunday to return my rug after he cleaned it, twice! He told me the bad news, that what I was sold, was not silk but viscose!He helped my husband move furniture around to put the carpet back on a Sunday. He did not charge me at all for any of it. Imagine that. Who does that, especially in the world of rugs?!

Ive worked with David and his team for rug cleaning and for help selecting a new rug for my living room. David has an eye for design and recommended a rug for our living space that pulls the room together in a way I didnt know was possible. He and his team also did a fantastic job cleaning a different rug that had gone far too long without a wash. Im very grateful for their thorough and generous work!

Great customer service. I had my rug rolled up and stored in my garage for several years. When I finally pulled it out it had stains and overall dirt I didnt remember.  I contacted Darmany and had great communication with them. The rug looks brand new. All the previous off white is now beautifully white and the colors look wonderful.  Great company. Would do business with them again.

David and his team were fantastic. They picked up 2 of our very large rugs the day after I contacted them. They cleaned some very tough stains off of both and spent time to make sure the stains came out. I also had a corner of the rug that needed repair from my dog chewing on it. They did such a great job you cannot tell which side had the damage. David was wonderful. I can’t recommend Darmany enough

I found Darmany from Google reviews so doing my part now to help others. David repaired and cleaned one Persian and two Kazak rugs for me. He did an amazing job. He is truly an expert when it comes to oriental rugs. If I had known I would find David here in LA, I would not have sold my two Persian rugs my puppy chewed off prior to moving here.

I felt lucky when my partner found a Persian rug for our home, but I did not anticipate how much more beautiful it would become. David’s team took care of everything, including pick up and drop off. The rug’s colors have become so vivid—even though it is primarily red my eye occasionally catches the richly saturated tones of blue. The change in texture before and after cleaning is significant: the rug has become wonderfully soft. We and our cats have been lounging about and on the rug since it was delivered back to us. David also gave us great detail about the rugs origin, age, and care techniques and even orientation. His suggestions have made the rug a beautiful center piece for our living room. The artistry, ability, and knowledge possessed by David and his team is unmatched. We plan on only using David’s cleaning service every few years as needed. With his help, we now own a beautiful heirloom that I would be proud to pass down.

David was very knowledgeable about the type of rug I had… he just looked at it and told me where it origin was. My rug was damaged due to pet stains and after many attempts of cleaning, I ruined part of it. It was gummy and stiff as a board, after David brought it back, it was in gorgeous shape. All of the residue, odor and and stickiness was gone. Super professional, would absolutely recommend and use him for all of my rugs. Also, very affordable pricing as I have used different people in the past, and he is by far the most knowledgeable, experienced with wonderful pricing.

We had a great experience with this vendor. Prompt responses, very knowledgeable, incredible work cleaning and restoring our Persian and Persian style rugs, timely completion. Our rugs are back in the house and they look wonderful, almost like new. The repair work was is done so well the old damage is not discernable.
