Horrible attitudes. Rude. I was R & R a NEW alternator, with another new alternator. They didn’t have, they found one at the Del Paso Blvd. location. No help punks! Wouldn’t lobe me a 13 mm wrench, when I returned with the replacement @ 9:45 so I could tighten the 3 bolts after installation. Stating that,”Sorry That It Took You So Long To Get The first Alternator Off “! A 2004 F-350 Super Duty 6.0 Power Stroke Cummins Diesel. I’m 69 years old and just recovering from surgery having my second total joint replacement 12 weeks ago! The Sarcastic counter people Didn’t have the tool to slack the serpentine belt. They would continue talking and let me stand there and watch them finish their conversation being I was the only Customer!Fired . I know the Difference by experience, after installing the part connecting both new batteries WITH MY LEATHERMAN ! before 10:00. So they previously refuse to help jump starting me or loan me a wrench, and tested my system lights included down to 200 Cranking Amps. What I requested was to test the Alternator for voltage output,., PERIOD. I knew what I needed . The day before I replaced both batteries ( in Weed, Ca) and then the alternator in Redding, Ca. I had explained that went from Redding to Sacramento on the 2 new batteries. Too SIMPLE FOR THE SMART GUYS! I will not return to the hood for another long while. Maybe for show and tell. Today my visit here was great, I was able to easily go in look around all the aisles and see the tons of options you had available for almost any small or large project. The staff was very nice and helpful and even was able to grab me a new air filter that I needed for my wifes car with little to no delay, lastly checkout was nice and quick.Overall thankful for a nice clean store and location and glad I was able to get the items I needed Thank you!!

Most employees are courteous and helpful. Did experience a few who simply werent helpful and never once asked if I needed any help while standing there. Must not have been THEIR job to help customers.

Of all the times I had shopped at any OReilly, I have found, your entire experience is affected by whom is helping you at that moment .The fair oaks location is hit and miss.Half the staff are rude .The other half are great. No in between.Ive been given the wrong oil filter a couple times. And you dont find out until you drain the oil and remove the old filter....Imagine not having another car to go back and waste time getting the correct filter yourself.Incompetence at its best.The Marconi location is way worse. Those guys and girls have ZERO customer service skill.They have resting faces on, dont welcome you. Are not pleasant to deal with. Attitude in their voices.Not sure If management is garbage, but thats usually the case.real A holes.I drive out of my way to go to another shop.Only reason I give them above 1 star is the warranty on the batteries. They honor them easily.The one on don Julio and. Watt is actually pretty decent. Its pretty far but Ive had good experiences there. The staff there is good and all are friendly.Bottom line, there are plenty of other shops to buy car stuff. And online stores are available too.

Pricing is questionable, for example OEM wix oil filter $14.. original at dealer authentic Toyota filter $6.45... no options even around $7 price for said vehicle.. Im going to start buying my oil elsewhere and filters from the dealer service department. This is a ripoff.

Walked in because I needed help with buying the correct low beams. ELI was super helpful in helping me find the correct bulbs and also helped me by explaining how to read them. Even they were about to close ELI, took His time and went out of His way to make sure I left with the correct product. Thank you ELI, AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!

The tech at the counter was super helpful, he gave me the parts I asked for as well as suggestions for troubleshooting any larger issues. Definitely will return when needed.

I tried to wait until they were open to test my battery, but with it dying as I waited, I had to go somewhere else. But I have gone there before and found the fluid I need for my car, with help so amazing customer service
