We called for a pick up and they were here in 15 minutes flat. Also Santos went above and beyond the call of duty, to get my 2020 Dodge Durango up on the truck. I recently had a scheduled pick up for my car with a tow truck, and I have to say the service exceeded my expectations. Santos, the driver, arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled time, which was great. I needed the car to be towed to the Tesla service center, and Santos was there on time and followed the instructions from Tesla to park the car as needed.Throughout the process, Santos kept me updated and informed, which I really appreciated. Amazing service got to my car within 1 hour. I have a lowered car and there was no damage or anything when my car was dropped off. Everyone was super friendly and great pricing. Saying it was too complicated this guy said no problem, if it has wheels consider it done. First call I made started by asking questions that did not matter at the beginning of phone call once I got time frame and price I decided to take a chance and call someone else. This company charged my credit card even though I never called them asking for their services. I called them immediately about the $500 charge, only for them to tell me that they had been given my credit card info because they were towing my car to Mexico. This is completely false. My car is sitting in front of my house in West LA and there is zero reason I would want my car to be towed to Mexico.
