Dr Coyer was so helpful when I went in for foot pain. He knew exactly what I was suffering from, have me quick clear exercises and directly me to the right inserts to alleviate my pain and solve my problem.

I was really disappointed with my experience at this podiatrist office. I took the time to verify my insurance a week before my appointment, only to receive a text on the day of the appointment saying they dont accept it. It felt so unprofessional, especially since they didnt even bother to call. Whats worse is that I had to rearrange my work schedule to make it to this appointment. Its frustrating because a little more care upfront could have prevented all this hassle. They really need to work on their communication and attention to detail.

Disappointed with Stephanie working the front office. She never made eye contact, greeted me or even bothered smiling at me. When she checked me out and charged me, I said thank you and she didn’t say you’re welcome. Speechless on how horrible her attitude was. No manners at all whatsoever.

My recent experience with OC Podiatry was EASY and EFFICIENT and EXPERT treatment from reception to doctors visit.While you can use Dr Google for many things, its always good to talk to a real doctor for treatment and receive answers for your basic to complex questions. I had questions on how to best adjust metatarsal pads, insole options, and ways to reduce aches and pains in my feet while I walked. Happy to report I received my answers.Ironically, the night before my podiatry appointment I broke my toe. Kept my same morning appointment and received fabulous treatment, which included exam, x-rays, and setting my toe.Hope you have a similar positive experience (without having to break your toe).

I highly recommend OC Podiatry as well as Dr. Kolodenker who assisted me. The front office is friendly and efficient, and my visit was just as great. Dr. K. is caring, open to listen, and explains things well. He also answered all my questions thoroughly and did not act rushed. I feel much more confident concerning my issue thanks to him and his advice.

I had so much anxiety going in because of my previous experience with another doctor. This doctor and all the staff that I encountered were all so friendly and understanding. Wow, what a great experience at this clinic. This is my first time visiting a podiatry clinic as I’ve had never had any foot issues in the past. All of a sudden I had all these health issues. I broke my toe. I got 3 surgeries on my right leg, etc etc-But to focus on this clinic I’d like to say it was a great experience because it was so incredibly efficient. My appointment was at 10 AM and I got in at 10 AM exactly the staff was so incredibly kind and nice and listen to what I had to say, and then I just waited a few minutes, and I saw the doctor, who was so nice and he listened to my entire story of how I broke my toe and surgeries that was necessary, and was very helpful on writing down everything because my memory is still not great after Hospitalization. He was so kind to give me the referrals and the front desk was really nice to just help me with everything so this is an amazing amazing experience, and I cannot recommend this clinic anymore. I’d also like to say how amazing it is to have someone to that is genuinely interested in the conversation that you’re having so like this is great I’m just so happy. My peace of mind is so much better after this visit knowing that my foot will be OK and is healing well and fast.

If you need a great foot doctor, you have to see Dr.Kolodenker. I had a swollen foot for the past month and a half. To make a long story short, I saw my regular podiatrist and he said it was due to the middle toe and the beginning of a bunion. He realigned the toe and set me up for a hospital surgery. I also saw an orthopedic doctor, a foot specialist. The doctor concurred.My wife convinced me to see another podiatrist. I saw Dr. Kolodenker and he immediately saw the problem. The big toe was rubbing against the next toe which was starting an infection. He separated the toes and began treatment. The swelling subsided and the pain was relieved. I cancelled my surgery. Thank you Dr. Kolodenker. I would not hesitate to refer him to my family and to all my friends and associates.

This is the second time I have used Dr. Andrew Yang for toe issues. He was able to get me scheduled, in my preferred location, the very next day. He quickly confirmed that the procedure performed the last time is healing as hoped and solved a second problem with another toe.I highly recommend Dr. Yang for his skills and the professional office staff surrounding him.Last comment, I asked to provide this 5 Star comment. First let me say my experience was good and no pain and Dr. Kolodenker is an excellent skilled surgeon. Here is a bit on the experience I had. First I was required to have several tests prior to my neuroma surgery that consisted of (CBC, BMP, UA, Covid ) and general family practice physician release for surgery signed letter. The paperwork took quite some time to gather together and submit to Sandra the surgical coordinator and insurance pre authorization person. The office is compartmentalized so sometimes when you call one person does not have all your information and you must be transferred to several employees to work out appointments, and pre-authorizing insurance.Dr. Kolodenker preformed my neuroma removal surgery at Prime Surgical Center in Newport Beach. The time needed in surgery was about 30 minutes, however I was there for 1.5 hours prior to the surgery in order to sign paperwork and pay fee and nurse to start IV and prep for surgery. I recommend do not wear any jewelry and let your ride know that they will be called to get you in approximately 2 hours from drop off time.The exact procedure codes and fees for Dr. Kolodenkers office were:CPT 28080..... $ 925 Removal / Excision procedure foot or toeCPT 64450...…$ 140 Anesthesia injection agent or steroidCPT 12042...…$ 325 Repair intermediate wound footHowever I was unable to get any estimate for the anesthesiologist and surgical center costs until 2 weeks post surgery. I spoke at length the day of my surgery to the billing department at Prime in Newport and I was told. We can not give you any type of estimate until the surgery is finished and we receive the billing codes from providers.I woke up right away in the surgical recovery room with no feeling of nausea because Dr. Gonzaules my anesthesiologist listened to my request for a light sedation and he administered only 15 mcg/kg of fentanyl . I was prescribed 20 tablets (50MG) Tramadol for pain. I did not need to take any and I did not even take a Tylenol or any pain medication of any kind due to the fact that I had Marcaine local anes. and my foot was numb for 10+ hours . I did experience swelling for 5-7 days and tried to keep my foot elevated and clean. Today is day nine and my stiches come out in 2 days. I am able to walk slowly and have no more swelling. I still have numbness in the 3rd and 4th toe, and I was advised this may be permanent, but only time will tell if I get nerve regeneration. I wish to thank Dr. Kolodenker for the care I received, and thank to the staff for the paperwork and communications. Cheers!

Dr Yang is very good. However this clinic does not respond to phone calls. I had to wait 2 days to get an appointment through text messages. Initially they responded quickly then no communications for two days. When I Asked for a doctor note through multiple phone calls and text messages, there were not responses. They need to hire better assistants.

I have been dealing with an extremely painful corn on the ball of my foot and the callous made it so I wasnt able to walk without excruciating pain. Dr. Sarah Solar was so patient, kind, and gentle. She made me feel comfortable about the state of my foot and helped me relax so I wouldnt feel embarrassed about the appearance of my foot which I am very sensitive about. She took care of it quickly and I have been pain free from the moment I left her office. She recommended some other therapy for my feet and helped me feel like I could come back for foot care right away instead of waiting until things got too painful to tolerate. Great bedside manner and really made me feel like I was being cared for.

It was lack of support in my arch, he recommended several shoes, and orthotics that would help alleviate my pain, he also encouraged me to return if I needed further care. I had an amazing experience with OC podiatry from the moment I called in tears because I slammed a heavy door over my big toe. Their receptionist comforted me and assured me this is a common occurrence. Walking out of this practice is the first time it almost a year that one of my left toes did not hurt a lot. If only I had gotten here sooner. I work out five days a week and I run and its been quite painful for a long time. I highly recommend Orange County Podiatry. I want to Thank Orange Co Podiatry for the great job Dr Colerdinker did getting rid of a painful chronic ingrown toe nail. The procedure was done quickly with no pain during or after the next day. Great doctors with rude and unprofessional staff. Both my father in law and our son are patients here for almost 4 years now. Staff always unprofessional abd rude. They only become nice with the patients after an incident happen and other patients in the waiting room observe it. Professional behavior and conduct should be consistent not just when you notice are on trouble.We needed a simple paper for my father on paw transfer of his ortho shoes to a different third party (that the OC Pod) is not having a kick back from, it took a month to do that and my 85 yeras old was still waiting. By the time the paper work is done it was almost 2 months. This due mailing to lack of staff courtesy and training.

Horrible. I dont know why this place has such good ratings on Google. I went in to get some custom insoles at the Orange location because all the other locations are too far away and was charged over $500 and told they would be ready in a week. Three weeks later I finally get a call that I can come pick them up at the Irvine location, which is much farther away from me, but my feet hurt so okay. I drive all the way to Irvine at a time they are listed as open online only to find no one at the desk. I call the phone number online and an answering service informs me they actually closed a mere five minutes ago and would reach out directly to them and I was to expect a call back immediately. No such call came through and 15 minutes later I called back only to get a new person who gave me all sorts of attitude, claiming they closed at yet a different time even earlier that day and had no idea why the first person told me to expect a call back. I still dont know what hours they are open and am highly dissatisfied with being constantly misinformed about expected arrival dates, hours of operation, and mistreatment. I definitely do not recommend this company and wish I had gone somewhere else where they would have treated their customers properly.

Dont go for minor issues, unless you have good insurance. The cost for services is absurd, even if youre mostly out of pocket with an HDHP. I went to HOAG urgent care because I had a simple plantars wart and didnt know what it was (I tried to schedule with my HOAG PCP but I wouldve had to wait 2 months for an appointment). Rather than send me to CVS to any pharmacy to get Dr. Scholls wart removal pads over the counter for $10, the doctor at HOAG urgent care simply referred me to OC Podiatry (and charged me nearly $600 for doing so). I go to OC podiatry where a doctor saw me for 5 mins and put a couple drops of salicylic acid on the planters and and told me to return every couple weeks until its removed. I was charged $954 after the second trip! This is despite letting them know Im on HDHP and paying a large portion of this out of pocket. I then asked what is this that the doctor put on my toe and they basically told me its over the counter stuff and I could get it from any pharmacy and self apply it. If I wouldnt have asked, and just followed the doctors instructions, I would have kept paying them large sums of money every other week. I complained about the cost but they said there is nothing they can do because thats what they charge (disclosed after the fact).Long story short, if you think you might have a wart, go the Pharmacy first unless you have money to burn.
