Phong Quick, honest, and friendly!! Has worked on my desktop, setup Microsoft office, printer, and setup remote desktop for me to work from home.

I called Phong the other night so randomly after struggling for like two months to change some ridiculous setting i could never figure out to get my WiFi to work at and he helped me navigate thru the settings on my laptop in ten minutes and now everything works perfectly!
