The doctor is everything you can hope for in an oral surgeon. I had to have multiple teeth extracted and it was done surprisingly quickly and without great discomfort. The support staff was also very professional and courteous. Everyone is caring and make the visit quick and as painless as possible

Oral surgery. Yuck. Who wants that?! I do! Oral Surgery Partners is the BEST and most comfortable place to have those oral surgery needs taken care of. I’ve had to have oral surgery twice now at this facility, and both times it was a dream come true. From check in, to post recovery, your comfort is their priority. I was just there 24 hours ago getting a wisdom tooth out and I didn’t believe them when they said the surgery was already done!! I was chatting it up mid sentence and didn’t even blink and it was over. I didn’t even notice I went out! They’re doing the Lords work!

I was worked in the same day with a referral for a tooth extraction. Of course I had to wait a bit, that was expected.The back office staff was very helpful and friendly. Dr Josh was great. Great experience at Oral Surgery Partners! When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the front office administrators and escorted to the back in a timely manner where a panoramic x-ray was taken. I was seated afterwards in a private consultation room and within minutes Dr. Westernoff appeared and began explaining my upcoming procedures. He was pleasant, professional, and thorough when discussing the proposed treatment. He provided me with options and was very patient and knowledgeable. After I agreed to begin treatment, the treatment coordinator discussed my out of pocket expenses-beyond reasonable! She was very sweet and helpful. The procedure itself was quick and painless! I was initially a little nervous about having my wisdom teeth extracted, however, the nervousness subsided after meeting Dr. Westernoff and his amazing staff. I highly, highly recommend them!

I usually never leave reviews but this place is AMAZING! They were able to squeeze me in for an urgent surgery. Not only did Dr.Mardirosian not only explained everything he was going to do before but also made sure I was comfortable. Even contacted after to make sure I was recovering properly. I had a simple extraction of my 2nd molar. I wish that the gauze was put exactly into the surgical site. It was not. Therefore, I didn’t apply the pressure to the right area and hence I was still bleeding quite badly when I got home. When I was looking for the written post operation instructions in the envelope that the staff gave me, it was only my credit card receipts. I have to call to get the doctor on duty to email the instructions to me.Except the above episodes, I was treated professionally with extreme courtesy. I thank you everyone for a job well done.

Incredible from start to finish. A friendly and efficient office staff helped with intake over the phone and offered appointments that fit my schedule and provided reminders as my date approached. Meeting the staff in person was even better - upbeat, enthusiastic, and filled with “can-do” attitudes. During my pre-surgery meeting with Dr. Westernoff, no questions was to little or too much and there was absolutely no rush whatsoever as he described procedures and follow-up care in detail. My oral surgery was as smooth as could be and I didn’t need to use the heavier meds at all afterwards. A follow-up check in text from Dr. Westernoff was superbly appreciated. Very Highly Recommended.

I found the surgeon to be very knowledgeable and professional. I was impressed by how smoothly the day-of went. However, the front desk staff and the written after care instructions left much to be desired. My appt was rescheduled without asking me, the written instructions contained information that directly contradicted what I had been told in person, and there was no specific time set for the follow-up phone visit. Lastly, the prescription meds were not discussed with me, resulting in a prescription for a pain med I was not able to take. If the overall communication and respect for patients time was improved, this would be an excellent place. As it stands, it is good but not excellent.Redeeming factors include the ease of scheduling post-op appointments and the ongoing support after surgery.

Everything about my experience was normal and fine until a few weeks after my procedure. I had already received my EOB from my insurance and it looked like everything had been covered as expected, with no additional balance being due on my part. However, I then received an unexpected bill from the office in the mail shortly thereafter saying I had a balance due.I spent over an hour of my time on a weekend (I received the bill on a Saturday) going over all the documentation to make sure I didnt actually owe anything. I then called the office on Monday to explain to them why the balance was, in fact, an error. I shouldnt have received a bill because the provider is contracted with my insurance company to accept payment of the allowed amount for the procedure, as payment in full. Any remaining balance would be a write-off on the providers end and is not the patients responsibility. I was quite disappointed that I felt like I had to explain basic insurance concepts to their office especially when a bill should have never crossed my path in the first place. By trying to collect from me, they were in violation of their contract with my insurance company, and had they accepted payment from me that could be considered insurance fraud.The finance manager was apologetic when I explained this, but I did not get a good sense that they understood the weight of the error. How many other patients receive bills like these, unaware they could be making a payment they dont actually owe to the provider? While I was satisfied with my procedure, this error is enough in my opinion to warrant ending my relationship as a patient with them going forward. Just be sure to look out for yourself and stay fully informed of the financial end should you choose to go with this provider.

Dr. Madrosian and his staff were fantastic during my dreaded root canal/implant procedure at their office. I visited 3 or 4 times in order to complete all of the steps to my implant and at each point he, nor his staff, ever made me feel silly for having the amount of dental anxiety as I do. The front and back office staff are very friendly and professional. I have double dental coverage and the staff was extremely helpful with insurance questions/coverage issues, even advocating for me with insurance reps. I dread dental work, but if any is needed in the future, Dr. Mardirosian’s practice is my first choice.Jay

I cannot praise these people enough. The entire staff are so so amazing. I had a bad wisdom tooth infection and had gone to 2 other surgeons, unfortunately I got panic attacks the moment I sat down in their chairs, so I had to abort mission. I was at my wits end but then I was referred to Oral Surgery Partners, thank God! Dr. Westernoff took his time to explain everything to me and to listen to me as well. I got a panic attack as the local anesthesia started to work but Kourtney, took my hand and gave me a hug, changed the music (yes, they play music) and she got me out of my panic attack, and Cookie placed a warm blanket over me, so I could relax. They knew exactly how I felt and how to deal with it. I would not have been able to do it without their compassion.Dr. Westernoff is a wizard at his craft, he works miracles! I think he got the tooth out in 10-15min! I didnt feel any pain! Just a little pressure. I am no longer a dentist chicken, at least not if I am in their care. I am NEVER going anywhere else. The staff was courteous and addressed all my concerns. Dr. M. did a great job extracting my tooth. Post procedurally I did not have pain or bleeding which I attribute to his method of centrifuging my blood to use at the extraction site to facilitate healing. His assistant during the procedure was very progressive, helpful and thorough in explaining my post procedure instruction. I’d definitely recommend this practice.

This was my first visit. The office staff was very pleasant and efficient. Dr. Trent Westernoff was wonderful. He was kind and efficient while pulling my tooth. He called me that night to see how I was doing. Two days later I was having a reaction to the antibiotic. I called the office to report it. To my surprise the Dr. returned my call personally with instructions what to do. If I ever need oral surgery again or anyone mentions to me they need an oral surgeon you can be sure I will recommend Oral Surgery Partners.

Excellent customer service over the phone + when you arrive, the front desk staff are patient & welcoming! The online forms allow a smooth check-in process, technology lifesaver! They check your temperature at the door, it’s clean as soon as you walk through the door!Dr. Mardirosian was great, he explained my options and took care of my dental work right away with his great team of dental assistants. Nice clean place, workers are nice... Dr Mardirosian is very good at what he does, very skilled and a professional. I had my wisdom teeth pulled and he performed the procedure well. Although I was very nervous, they were very comforting. There was a certain part of the procedure that wasnt covered under my insurance and was costing and extra $350. I explained to them b4 the surgery I didnt want that part done. But on the day of the surgery Dr Mardirosian advised he can still perform that part of the procedure at no cost which was really nice of him. The recovery process went smooth and healed quickly.

I had a bad accident that left me with dislocated front teeth, a broken jaw and a hole in my lip big enough to stick a few fingers through it. Dr. Wohlgemuth accommodated me immediately and performed emergency surgery. He was kind and patient with me and thorough with procedure. He even gave me his cell number and checked in with me to see how I was healing between visits. Happy to report that no one can tell I had such a traumatic face injury and I attribute it all to Dr. Wohlgemuth. :)

As with all dental work, its pretty expensive, but in my opinion thats to be expected. For context, I’m 38 y/o and I still have my wisdom teeth because I’m terrified of being put under anesthesia. I know I waited too long and because of that, there’s more of a chance of complications. I saw Dr. Josh today for a consultation and he was so kind and compassionate. He was SUPER thorough and explained things in a way that I could very clearly understand. He answered my questions and made sure I was heard. To be completely honest, I did have some concerns going in. As soon as I walked in, there was a receptionist behind the desk with no mask on. Also the Redondo beach location is hard to find and the parking is terrible. If you know the area and can walk, I strongly recommend it. All in all, it was good. I scheduled an appointment for surgery. Hopefully it all goes well.

The last dentist I went to told me I had no wisdom teeth. Scheduled an appointment for a check up with Redondo dental group and they told me I have all four wisdom teeth!They referred me here and I did not hesitate to make an appointment. They even had an appointment available 2 days after my check up.Dr. Mardirosian was probably the most knowledgeable oral MD I’ve spoken with. He gave me the run down of what’s going on with my wisdom teeth (one of them was sitting on a nerve) and gave me the best course of action.Fast forward, I went home and was in bed resting and I get a text from the doctor himself checking up on me. It was definitely something I appreciated from a doctor. I had so many questions and he answered all of them.This group of people at this office all treated me with the upmost class. I met with Dr Mardirosian and he helped me with my implant; I almost wish I got my extraction here too, and it was a great experience. First off all the staff at the office were super hospitable and friendly and definitely seemed like everyone loved being there which was welcoming. Dr Mardirosian was very detailed in what was to be expected and Id definitely trust the team here for any oral surgery needs. Theres a lot of special touches they have and do that stood out and I was always told when it comes to an implant, you want to make sure you have it done right. They work with Delta which is a plus for me. I did have a few other consultations but in the end chose Oral Surgery Partners since my cousin had gotten his implant here, I had a good feeling for my consultation and I feel like my overall cost was much better than the other consultations I had. A big plus was they were in the South Bay and UCLA alum! Hopefully I dont have to come back again but if I do, Id be happen to return.

I had a tooth extraction on an infected tooth. They have advanced imaging equipment to show how the infection had moved into my jaw and clearly explained what needed to be done. The extraction was PAINLESS and I had a very problematic tooth due to previous root procedures and the infection. They even have some unique methods to minimize the numbing shot pinch! They send you home with great instructions and provide a text messaging service that is very responsive. That service really help me a couple of times. My wife and I really liked the doctor and staff. Couldn’t have been a better experience.

Dr. Westernoff is fabulous!!! I had two wisdom teeth removed, after putting it off for 4 years. I have absolutely ZERO pain tolerance and I am a scared to death of dental work. Dr. Westernoff is gifted because the surgery didnt hurt at all. The third and fourth day I felt some discomfort but not enough that I needed pain medication. The Ibuprofen and Tylenol worked like a charm. He also has the BEST office staff of any doctor I have ever been to. Dr. Mardirosian is the reason I decided to choose Redondo Oral Surgery for my impacted wisdom teeth removal. He spends the time that most doctors don’t to sit down with you and explain step-by-step why the procedure is important/needed. It caused me to neglect my teeth way too long. I had to have 3 teeth extracted. I was very apprehensive after my prior horrible experience. This procedure was the complete opposite. I had a great, comforting experience at this surgery while experiencing a dental emergency.Earlier in the morning, I had excruciating pain and went to my regular dentist, who said I needed to remove my impacted wisdom tooth. Since they don’t do extractions at my regular dentistry, they called Oral Surgery Partners to see if they’d be able to take me the same day.Oral Surgery Partners was able to schedule my surgery within three hours of when they were called by my dentistry. They sent me the link ahead of time to fill out the patient paperwork, and confirmed via text when the paperwork was received. They were also very responsive when I had questions over text.Dr. Westernoff took the time to explain my x-rays and why the teeth had to be removed, in addition to details of the procedure and longer term options. He was very clear on after care and the necessary medications. The medications were called in to my pharmacy of choice before the surgery even began. His dental assistant took my insurance information, payment and scheduled me for post-surgery appointments.The nurses were very pleasant and put me at ease when they were prepping me for surgery. Dr. Westernoff was also cheerful while he was prepping me - he did a blood draw for a bone graft and it was a relatively painless procedure. After that, I went completely under.When I woke up, the aftercare nurse was peasant and informative and they gave me enough time to wake up. He walked me outside to where my husband was waiting, and gave my husband detailed instructions on aftercare.Later that evening, Dr. Westernoff called me to check in, remind me which medications to take, and when/ what to eat. I had a couple of minor clarifications and felt confident that everything went well.The following morning I had minimal pain and attribute this to the excellent work and of Dr. Westernoff and his staff. I would not hesitate to recommend this surgery for similar procedures.

Dr. Westernoff and his staff are the absolute best when it comes to explaining and performing oral surgery and implantsHe has done 2 tooth removals, 3 implants, and a sinus lift for me in the past and every procedure went flawlessly. His office and staff operate like a well-run machine.The last procedure on June 1 the day after the Memorial Day holiday, the Dr. and his staff were able to squeeze me into their incredibly busy schedule on very short notice. His assistant Cookie was right on top of the surgical setup and had all the equipment ready and in place when the Novocain had taken effect for Dr Westernoff to extract the very painful infected tooth, fill the void with bone grafting material, and close the surgical site. All the while they made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Cookie gave me a post surgical care kit, explained the instructions and prescriptions line by line. The whole procedure lasted about 20 minutes. I haven’t had to use the ice pack provided as there was no swelling, and after the local anesthetic wore off I didn’t need to take the ibuprofen prescribed.Dr Westernoff always calls later in the day or evening to check up and see if there are any problems, comments, or concerns. He and his staff are kind, concerned, caring, people.I won’t go anywhere else for treatment.My appointment on September 6, 2021 (3 month checkup on the progress bone graft fill done in May) was a another great experience. Dr Westernoff, his office and staff were incredible and made the experience that much better. It seems the staff outperforms every time I go there. They called me a few days before my 11:00 appointment to see if I could come in earlier at 10:40. I got there at 10:15. Prepared to wait. I just sat down and opened my book, and the X-ray tech called me in to do the x-rays. His careful attention to detail, spending the few extra seconds to make sure that my mouth was perfectly aligned in the machine was reassuring, and much a appreciated. They whisked me into the freshly disinfected dental chair and put the x-rays up on the screen. I had to remark about the remarkable focus and clarity of detail the x-rays from the new machine. Dr. Westernoff came in, the implant location was perfect, He superimposed a better, wider implant and aligned it over the x-ray graft location, and everything was ready for the procedure. I was scheduled for the implant surgery and out of the office EVEN before my 10:40 scheduled appointment time. Everyone is always so charismatic and thorough Thank you for a great appointment everyone.This past Saturday 01-08-22 I went back to Oral Surgery Partners for a 7:40 AM placement of a dental implant for tooth #13 that Dr Westernoff had removed and put in a bone graft in June of 2021. Being early I pulled out a magazine to read but Dr Westernoff’s assistants Katie and Connie said they were ready, and whisked me into the freshly sanitized surgical room chair. As I looked at my xrays on the screen to my right, Katie was swabbing the surgical area with a topical numbing solution. Like clockwork, they wheeled in the tray of surgical tools needed to do the job and Dr. Westernoff arrived to administer the local anesthetic shots. I really don’t like needles, but Dr Westernoff really is the BEST at giving the MOST PAINLESS SHOTS ever. Minutes later, He’s extremely skillful as he deftly prepares the area for the implant, screws in the implant and torques it down to the required 35 Ncm(Newton centimeters). A couple of stitchesto pull the gums together and he’s finished. The operation went perfectly, I felt no pain, and no discomfort, during the surgery. It was about 8:15 and I was on my way to CVS to pick up the prescribed antibiotics, Even after the anesthetic wore off there was no swelling, no pain, or discomfort. . Dr. Westernoff and his staff are the Best. Thanks again everyone for a job well done. I do recommend them to anyone who wants the best most pain-free oral surgery and “top-of- the-line” Straumann Roxolid® Swiss made implants.

Id planned my surgery for June but had to move up the surgery at the last minute due to an infection caused by one of my wisdom teeth growing in unexpectedly. Oral Surgery Partners was able to fit me in the day after I called them about my issue. The surgery went very smoothly - the check-in process was fast, everyone was friendly and made sure I was comfortable and I wasnt even groggy from the anesthesia. The nurses gave me very detailed post-op instructions and the recovery process was as smooth as I could have asked for. I appreciated that Dr. Westernoff called me the night of my surgery to see how I was doing. I did not have my wisdom teeth removed as a child and they’ve continued to be problematic for me as an adult. I had a lousy experience with a wisdom tooth extraction several years ago and when I learned needed another procedure, my dentist insisted that I see Dr. Westernoff.Despite my nerves, the front desk staff really helped me feel comfortable. I met with Dr. W to discuss my extraction and he arranged for a number of x-rays and scans. Using the scans, he walked me through the procedure and expertly answered all of my questions and concerns. We scheduled a wisdom tooth extraction for a few days later.On the day of the procedure, everything went according to plan. They brought me back right on time. Dr. W was suited up and ready for the procedure. He walked me through the plan again and when I was ready, the anesthesia was a breeze. I woke up comfortably and the experience was behind me. Everything healed incredibly fast and with limited discomfort.Dr. W took the time to follow up that evening and I had great news for him – I was feeling great! I never leave reviews, so this will be my first but I absolutely cannot pass on the opportunity. We have an extremely active 3 year old who has had a few mouth injuries over the past year. We were referred to Dr. Trent Westernoff’s office and were seen for a consult immediately and it was recommended we proceed forward in removing his two front teeth. Everything went smoothly and quick, all my questions were answered multiple times (helping a pregnant mom’s brain), follow up care was exceptional, everyone was sincere and kind and very Covid conscious. Oral surgery is never a positive experience, but my time in surgery was as good as it can possibly be. The entire staff were supportive, I was told by the Doctor when the tough parts of the surgery were coming, and I was told exactly what to expect in the recovery. Dr. Trent Westernoff was amazing. I had an operation to take out my two lower wisdom teeth and I opted to stay awake for it. I couldnt tell you when he made either incision into my gums. Minimal pressure and I was out before I knew it. 30 - 45 minutes I was out of there, and I got to take my teeth home. Great experience, kinda felt like I was in some Dr show on Netflix. Highly recommended.

As usual from the moment I walked into the office I was taken care of with utmost care. In the surgery room it’s always nice to see a familiar face (Raphael)before the doctor’s (Mardirosian). I had general anesthesia so Dr was an expert inserting catheter. Had a nice sleep and woke up with my surgery done in good time and perfection. No side effects except the usual numbness(novacaine) till wore off. No pain after extraction of tooth, cleaning infection, packing bone and suturing. A little normal uncomfortableness.All post op instructions were clear as well as the payment was done on the day but was given summary at a pre-op appointment. Also was given pre-op meds prescription then.Post op Dr was diligent and communicated with me to make sure all was well. One week later, too.Very thankful for their professionalism ❤️

Just cant explain how thankful I am for Dr. Wohlgemuth and the staff at Oral Surgery Partners. My 7 year daughter had one of her front permanent teeth knocked OUT (ALL THE WAY OUT to the root, the whole thing 😳) at baseball pratice this week. When we arrived at OSP (organized by our dentist) they were calm, kind, SUPER professional & ready to go. Dr. Wohlgemuth explained what they were going to do, showed it to me on the scan & got started. They kept my daughter calm and talked to her like a little person (as opposed to ignoring her or baby talk). They put her tooth back, set it with braces & now we keep our fingers crossed the blood starts to flow back to the tooth. From walking into the lobby, the staff put me at ease . I get panic attacks, and was very comfortable speaking with the Dr . He told me exactly what the procedure would be .I followed the post op instructions exactly as printed . I was not in pain at all . I even stopped theAdvil after 2 days with no problems. Doctor Josh and his team did a terrific job. Normally I shrink with pain at the Novocain injection, however Doctor applied the hypodeemic nerdle, haha, with painless skill and grace. The only real pain was the cost of doing business. Just today I was in his office for an emergency scheduled tooth extraction from an infection I got from the bad work on a crown another dentist had performed. What I didnt realize to compare at first was the vast credinentials and experience Dr. Mardirosian has in comparison to the other dentistry I first chose the orignal dental surgeon soley on the so called great 5 star reviews they showed on Yelp. Now Comparing dentistry from one to another it has been night and day.Dr. Mardirosians office provided a great explanation of the process, made sure the whole procedure was pain free and always tentative to you with their great custoemr service.Undergoing what i thought would be a scary, painful tooth extractin was quite the opposite. I had a tooth extraction and bone graft in September 2016. The operation was excellent. The only complaint I have is with their billing department. They sent me a bill for additional $188. I had already $1412. I cross checked the bill with Delta Dental. They did not match. I called the office and they said my balance is zero. I wish the medical industry had their act together as much as these people do. I walked in to the office with a busted wisdom tooth. In minutes they had me in 3D X-ray and speaking with a surgeon. Recently had to get two wisdom teeth out ( one of which was severely impacted and a trouble tooth described by my dentist ) so i was referred to this place . Unfortunately due to a unrelated medical condition i could not go under general anesthesia, however DDS MD Joshua Wohlgemuth assured me that he could do it with local anesthesia and nitrous oxide. He was definitely right and had me in and out of surgery within like a hour and a half with limited swelling and pain . During my routine cleaning with my primary care dentist, we discovered a tooth was a bit loose. The x-ray showed bone loss around this tooth, so i was referred to Redondo Oral Surgery ~ Dr. Westernoff for further evaluation.The day of my appointment, it was a very short wait to see the doctor. Dr. Westernoff reviewed my x-ray and we went over my medical history. Dr. Westernoff then explained the treatment plan and within 5 minutes I was in surgery! This was a painless procedure from beginning to end. After surgery, surgical team member Rafael went over all post-op instructions and shared so much more about dental healthcare techniques and practices. Good stuff! Many things I did not know.As I was leaving, Rafael mentioned the Pill Box pharmacy directly behind the dental office where I could fill my prescriptions. I was pleasantly surprised when the pharmacy said they could filled my order in 5 minutes, so i shopped for the prescribed over-the-counter mouthwash as well. This was really easy and I left with everything i needed for post-op care.I woke up this morning and noticed no swelling or soreness. I couldn’t believe it. I’m thinking the soreness will hit today. I had a molar removed with only local anesthesia and it was completely painless. The staff was very nice and helpful. I has an all around great experience.
