This place gave me an excellent experience. From the young lady, Wonder Woman) that greeted and welcomed me in. If any reads my review you understand Wonder Woman,and the young the lady that did my test made me laugh and very respectful.the Doc was great and detailed and was easy to speak with. Last but not least the young man that fitted my glasses very professional.

The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr Tang is great. He spends time with me as a patient to make sure I get the right prescription for contacts. I have been coming here for years.

I dropped by for a minor eyeglass repair and they repaired my glasses at no charge. I was absolutely blown away by this. This is great customer service, especially in an era of zero customer service. I’m not even a customer of theirs! I will be going here for all of optometry needs from this point forward. 5 stars.

Friendly and professional staff. The office is clean and comfortable. I really appreciate the time that all of the staff took to welcome me, run tests, and review results. They were fast and thorough, but still made sure they took the time to be kind. My husband and I have been going here for 8 years and always had wonderful experiences!

Everyone was wonderful. They were very kind, considerate, accommodating, and professional to my 97 year old mother. From the front door through the ordering of glasses. I/we would definitely recommend this service and will be returning.

Glasses were not fitted correctly, 3 months later I’m still struggling to see. They have not taken action to correct the issue.

The office is in a good location with ample parking. It’s a nice clean spacious office . The eye exams were thorough and quickly efficient which I appreciate in a busy day. The optometrist who went over my vision/ health was informative, patient and upbeat. I also did the ottomapping to get a more full look at my eye health, which I was unsure of because my Kaiser eye exams weren’t very thorough and it had been years since the start of the pandemic She took the time to ask if I had questions in each area she discussed . It was a nice relief to see all the detail in my eyes, nerves etc and to see how healthy my eyes are in full detail giving me peace of mind. The gentleman helping me was chill and patient with me deciding on frames ( I tried so many looking for the right shape & style), he helped me by trying to match the style I had in mind and brought comparable styles from various top designers and mid range priced frames. I apologized for having so many frames out ( thinking oh no he’ll have to put all these away 1 at a time), he even made me feel at ease about that. It was my first picking out eye glasses. This office made it a good experience.

I had the Dr explain everything in detail about what he was doing and even why. I also appreciate how friendly everyone was. My appointment was yesterday and Ive already told two people I know that they should go here for their next eye appointment.

Everyone is always professional with great customer service. Best eye care provider, with the latest frames. They have been my eye care provider for over 10 years. I moved but I still travel the distance once a year because they are awesome.

Dr. Scheffels Eye Center is excellent! We left our other eye specialist center couple years ago and changed over to this center. We are certainly please how well Dr. Scheffels provides outstanding services to my wife and I including the other family members. Dr. Tang is outstanding! He takes the time during the exam to explain all details and really cares about you as a patient. Does not rush you through the total process and makes recommendations for your eyes in a very professional manner. Another associate at this center is Dale, who goes over and beyond for customer satisfaction. He takes the time and again, does not rush you through the process when you are selecting frames, trying on contacts, or anything else you may need! The total team at Dr. Scheffels takes pride in customer care to make your visit most pleasant.
