They were kind, but I had an appointment and was not seen until 45 mins later and then was put back into the waiting room to not be seen again until over an hour past my original apportionment time. I would prefer an office to advise me ahead of time if they are running that far behind as I had another appointment scheduled after my appointment time here. I wouldn’t expect an appointment to be 2 hours with a schedule appointment time —unacceptable.

I needed to get fitted for a new brand of contacts since my prescription was discontinued in my old brand. I’ve been in the office twice, for some reason got two different optometrists. Second time, the tool they use to find your prescription was filthy, so greasy I could hardly see out of it. They gave me three trial pairs I cannot see out of. I haven’t been able to see for over three months. I’ve called their office to never receive a call back. I tried to get a refund for the manager to tell me “we never do refunds” and to “come back to the office” despite what I told her, including that they can’t seem to fit me right or call me back. She tried to say “you paid $80” like it was nothing and I told her I’m unemployed and $80 is a lot! Wow. I agreed to come back in the office only to be hung up on upon her transferring my call. I’m done with this place, I’ll never go back. They don’t care about their customers, clearly.

My first appointment was a success. Staff was welcoming, friendly, and nice. Nearly everyone said hello. Staff and the Dr. were very professional, courteous, confidence building, and provided a great deal of information about my case. Im delighted and satisfied. Id definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Dr Huynh is the best. His bedside manner is second to none and he is gifted surgery. He is the only person I would let operate on my eyes.

Have been coming to this office for many years Clean, efficient and organized. Each person Is friendly, especially the doctors who take the time to explain what they are doing and why. The optical department is very convenient and patient with me. During this challenging time, the experience feel very safe. Thank you Dr. Elkins as always!

Dr. Kramer is an amazing doctor and an even better person. He was thorough and thoughtful and made sure my daughter was taken care of. He followed-up with us on several occasions after the visit and keeps doing so making sure of our well being.

Everything was smooth starting with the health check at the door. After waiting just a few moments in the socially-distanced waiting room, I was escorted into an exam room for initial screenings. All of the people I encountered were courteous and competent, in fact, really nice.This was the first time seeing Dr. Mark Kramer, and I was impressed with his knowledge, friendliness, courtesy and efficiency. My examination, including dilation, was completed far more quickly than I expected.This experience was as pleasant as it could be. Five stars.

The front desk was extremely helpful with scheduling an appointment the same day that I called, handling a problem with my insurer, and setting up a follow up appointment. Dr. Kramar and his optometrist were extremely knowledgeable and spent a lot of time testing me and finding the issue with my eyes. Im extremely grateful for all their hard work. Highly recommend!!!

There was a greeter at the opened front door that check me in. There was a little bit of a wait in the office lobby, clients were sufficiently spaced. Once inside, attention to keeping us stationary was made, which was appreciated. I was in and out within an hour, from leaving my car then back down to the building lobby. I was grateful to have been able to get an appointment to see the doctor as soon as I did. Its nice to have two locations to choose from.

Dr Elkins is thorough, caring and an excellent surgeon. He spends time with his patients, asks questions, listens and cares. I cant conceive of anyone be better. My family wouldnt go to anyone else. The office does a good job of scheduling and making sure that waiting time is kept to a minimum.
