As a solo-pruner its always difficult to get excellent IT support. Ophtek has always provided efficient support when needed. My issues are addressed right away. They are very tolerant in fixing even my smallest as well as my most difficult computer issues. I dont believe I could do without them in running my own business. They also are the nicest and most patient IT folks I have ever worked with.

I recently reached out to Ophtek, specifically Arash Shokouh, for an audit/review of our managed IT services at my business. Although we didnt have any major pain points, I thought it was a good idea to revisit our companys IT set up after six years with the same IT company.Arash went line-by-line through a current invoice, explaining what my company was paying for and identifying any overpayments or recommended services. This exercise helped me identify discrepancies in our current needs and expenses.What stood out to me most was Ophteks all-you-can-eat model with service and support. It simplifies expense management and gives us a better understanding of what to expect, as opposed to the hourly support we had previously.Arash was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his explanations, and he provided me with clear opportunities to ask questions. The team at Ophtek is amazing! They were able to replace several aging computers on my office network without issues. What annoying issues we encountered were quickly addressed by our local techs Scott and Gabrial. Special Shout Out to Gabrial for making himself available to fix an issue on a Saturday! Now thats great service! We highly recommend Ophtek for anything IT and wont hesitate to use them in the future.

I have used Ophtek now for many years. This is one of the best referrals I ever received. The Ophtek team is fabulous. They know their stuff and they respond quickly. They keep my computers and network up to date and safe. What I additionally like is that they try to help me understand what is going on and how to help myself by presenting the information at my level. They “fix” things without fuss, give good suggestions and they are very patient I am never stressed about my computers or network now.

I posted this on Yelp, but am so happy with the response I receivedf from Arash, the owner, I want to repost as a Google review. As a small business owner without an IT Department its sometimes difficult to find qualified help on the odd occasion when one needs tech support. I had a difficult situation arise the other day (thought I lost my data from my RAID array after a reset) and called Arash of Ophtek for some advice. His calm and thorough approach was perfect and the advice greatly appreciated. He graciously advised me how to proceed and I was able to quickly resolve the problem the next day. If youre looking for great IT support give these guys a call; they are well worth it. Oh, and he periodically runs informational webinars for small business IT issues. Theyre excellent to keep you on top of current issues like backups, security, etc.

I manage a small private practice doctor’s office. My biggest stressor is computer or software problems,however, I will say without exception that since we’ve been contracted with Ophtek that looming nightmare has all but disappeared. They answer immediately and respond just as quickly. My problem becomes their priority and they resolve it every time. The security of just knowing they’re there and that I can count on them is very valuable to me, our staff and the doctor. Highly recommend this company!

The Onsite PC Solution team has been managing and supporting our office computers for 6 months now. We havent had a single technical crisis during that time. Before that we were spending way too much on computer problems. They are quick to respond via email or phone and I would highly recommend them!
