Jason has been designing websites for my company for the last 6 years. What I like most is that he took my concept, then added functions to enhance it. He added value with his knowledge of internet marketing and lead capture. We worked together to create a better product than what I could do alone. The reality is that he challenged my ideas and encouraged me to use a more marketing driven site. Truth be told, I was little hesitant to go with some of his marketing ideas, but so far, Im pleased.
OpenPotion lived up to their tagline by creating an incredible effective website for my company. The entire staff was consistently friendly and responsive, regardless of how many questions I asked. 2022-03-02 21:01:11I really enjoy working with the property management and specially the maintenance. The maintenance has been very respectful and helpful when they come to my home. I even offer to clean up any mess that is made and they wont let me. They say its their mess so they make sure they leave the house like it was. They are always on time and they make sure to let me know when they are 30 min out. They also check on you to make sure what they did is working out great. If I needed to rate them from 1-10. If I couldnt give a hire number then it would be most definitely a 10. They also make sure they explain everything really well. I could go on. But I am just happy with the maintenance people and working with property management

The response to tenant inquiries and request for maintenance are prompt, friendly and professional. The payment portal is easy to navigate and provides quick receipts and reminders for future payments making rent payments a breeze. No more drop offs or late mail receipt. The customer service is stellar. Great Company!!!!!

2021-08-11 17:28:54Real Property Management manages a rental I have and though I previously thought that the new person Brandi who took over for someone I was used to working with was not returning my calls or even ignoring me it turned out to be a total misunderstanding. I had purchased a new Iphone and had not set up my VM and so I wasnt getting her VMs. Since setting up my VM I see she had called me back and was working on what I had requested of her. We have since worked together on other projects and I am please how she has handled my rental unit and the situations that have occurred. I feel confident that she will continue to do an outstanding job and look forward to working together with her in the future.
