Second time coming for an ultrasound. They take walk ins but it’s highly recommended to make an appointment that way you can get a same day ultrasound! The entire staff is always so kind, knowledgeable and welcoming. They give you resources and also offer pregnancy and parenting classes along with things you may need for your baby! Amazing clinic. Was helped by Jeanette and Arsi today. They were very helpful and so nice.

This was my first time visiting this facility and they were so friendly and helpful as I was coming to support my wife so that we could get an ultrasound and image to confirm we were pregnant. Grateful to have this opportunity to learn about the process of having a baby. They offer free services and share great information to be a good parent and husband. This place deserves 10/10 stars…if I could have it my way. They also provide counseling services for parents.

I had a wonderful experience at Open Arms, Maureen was absolutely sweet during my visit and helpful. It is my first pregnancy and she was extremely informative during my first visit. In my ultrasound visit I met with Arsi she was welcoming and I felt very comfortable with her guiding me through this whole process. The office is clean and the front desk was welcoming. I loved my experience here at Open Arms, every person I spoke with talked about everything detailed and helped feel comfortable with everything. Kristen in the front was very welcoming with a beautiful smile. Arsi spoke thoroughly and direct there was never any confusion and she made the ultrasound part of it very happy and loving. Kim was amazing as well and gave me info that I know will help along the way. Thank you again for a great experience.

I recently visited the ultrasound pregnancy clinic and had an exceptional experience. Arsi, the nurse who assisted me, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire process. She made me feel comfortable and at ease during what can be a nerve-wracking time. The clinic itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped, providing a welcoming environment. The ultrasound was conducted with great care, and I received clear explanations of everything that was happening. I highly recommend this clinic, especially with Arsis exceptional care. First time mommy, I have to say this place feels so safe and peaceful when you walk in. Not only is it super clean, and all the staff members are friendly. But they are willing to answer any questions you have. I am beyond bless to have ended up here. Everyone is super sweet, they make you feel important and take your feelings and request into consideration. I will say every staff member is extremely excellent!

Open Arms Pregnancy Clinic is incredible. I couldn’t have had a better experience. I was so nervous for this ultrasound… Arsi and Kim helped calm my nerves. They are AMAZING. This clinic is awesome to say the least! They made my husband and I feel very welcome and they were so kind. For my first pregnancy, I was nervous to see the ultrasound but they made it so easy and made me feel at ease. Gilma was my nurse and she is so sweet and patient. You can tell the staff truly love their job and made us feel important. I would 100% recommend this clinic for all expecting mothers and families to have peace of mind and to be in a welcoming environment! Also, their space is so clean, modern, and felt much more welcoming than a hospital.

Amazing clinic. I had my first ultrasound here because my doctors wouldn’t schedule me earlier & it was a great experience. Everyone is friendly & they make you feel so comfortable through the whole process. Arsi gave us photos at the end & talked to us through the ultrasound so we knew what we were seeing. Highly recommend this clinic if you just found out you’re pregnant & want more information right away.

Everyone was very warm and welcoming to us when we had our 2 visits. Had to come back to repeat our Ultrasound but Gilma made sure to explain everything to me and make sure I did not worry (Given I had a history of previous miscarriages). If only this clinic offered prenatal visits all throughout the pregnancy, I would love to come back. More blessings to Open Arms 🤍

I’ve came to this place with my first pregnancy and it was such a good decision that this is the first place i came to as soon as i found it i’m pregnant with my 2nd . the ladies are so nice and really make you feel safe and comfortable . they give you lots of resources such as finding Obgyns, options, classes etc .i really recommend you go here if you’ve been thinking about it !

I came to Open Arms Pregnancy clinic for my very first ultrasound and had an amazing experience. The staff is extremely helpful and supportive Arsi was my nurse and she explained everything so in depth and made me feel extremely comfortable. Kim explained to me the different programs they have to help mothers along the way with information. I would recommend this clinic to any new mommy. This is the most comfortable relaxing clean and overall professionally beautifully ran “free” ob clinic ever!. They go above and beyond making you feel totally at ease with a very personal experience as I will never forget today. Seeing my baby’s heart beating this early on in my pregnancy made it just that more real. I’ve been at Open Arms Pregnancy Clinic to confirm my pregnancy and for the first ultrasound. Could schedule same day appointment for the first visit, and ultrasound in few days. All the staff was just great! They made me feel comfortable, took the time to explain everything to me, answered to all my questions and helped me to figures out my future medical plan. I am beyond grateful to all the staff that helped me. I lost my medical insurance a month ago and was was worried about expenses. Their help was free and their level of care was 5 star worthy. I felt calm being there. They were informative and they genuinely cared about my well being. The space was clean and comfortable. The pregnancy ultrasound was such a pleasant experience. I was confirmed with a positive pregnancy and what’s even more valuable to me was that Open Arms was also able to do an ultrasound to check for viability which is what interested me the most. Open Arms staff from the receptionist to the nurse were very kind, understanding and compassionate with my situation. I went to my appointment alone as I wanted privacy and I value that it was also respected too. The one-on-one experience was amazing with my case manager, nurse, and ultrasound tech was beyond excellent.I was in and out absolutely no wait time nor did I encounter time/appointment issues. This place was so very comforting and warming. I easily made a same day appointment. There was a bit of a wait, maybe like 30mins, but when they saw me they also saw my boyfriend separately. He was counseled by some males who made him feel so good and welcomed. The nurse or doctor i saw was also very comforting and informative. I felt very positive and again welcomed. Not to mention understood. This could be a scary time and they basically held my hand through the whole thing. Once they confirmed i was pregnant they went over expectations and occurences to come in my near future. They gave me information on local churches we could attend for extra support. They made sure i was going to be ok. They took my urine and asked my last period to determine whether i was pregnant or not and now i have an appt on 2 weeks to get the ultrasound. I wish I can give this clinic more than a 5 star rating. They are truly very helpful. I was a bit nervous but they made me feel so welcomed. Their clinic is so clean and just feels like home. I literally was getting so emotional watching the video they have, all stages of a baby’s growth... it’s an exciting and truly magical moment. I especially loved working with nurse Santos. This review is long overdue, about a year and a half, but better late than never right? I came to open arms pregnancy clinic to confirm my pregnancy when I was about four weeks pregnant. The offices are very clean and the staff is so wonderful. Everything is extremely confidential and they offer classes as well. I was only able to attend one class before my schedule became busy but it was wonderful. They even gave me a a cute gift for the baby right before I was born. My experience was great and I will definitely refer other people I know.!

My second appt with Wendi was wonderful. She provided me with an informed and respectful exam in a kind and caring way. My husband also had a visit with their male care team member, and he raved about how awesome his talk was with him and just how wonderful the clinic was overall.I also loved how each appt did not feel rushed (unlike what it feels like at a doctors office). They provide so much information about pregnancy and any options for any kind of assistance needed. The staff was nice and friendly. You can definitely tell that its a religious center with a bit of an agenda, but depending on your persuasion that may not be an issue. I went for pregnancy test/confirmation because I was tired of trying to find places through my insurance database; it was clean and there was no wait. The nurse who did the test was a bit patronizing; at one point she was surprised that I knew what a gynecologist is....overall though think its a clean effective option. Id recommend it if you need help for sure.

My only regret is not coming here sooner. Having experienced multiple pregnancy losses and being in between insurance, the joy of learning we were pregnant was somewhat overshadowed by my anxiety and fear. Every person I encountered here treated me with such warmth and I felt truly heard and supported. Being able to receive an ultrasound gave me such peace of mind, and the emotional and spiritual aspect of the care they provide went above and beyond without being pushy or uncomfortable. They meet you where you are and truly listen and care. Like others have mentioned, I just wish I could continue to see them for all of my prenatal care! They will share outdated and obsolete studies in pamphlets that mention extremely rare abortion risks.They purposely do not mention the chances of these risks because they are so low that they are in fact lower than risks involved in going through a full pregnancy and childbirth.Avoid this place like the plague unless you already know you dont want an abortion. But of course, they wont hand you pamphlets warning you about rare risks involved in pregnancy. The staff is also really nice.

Open arms was really a help for me, since covid hit no drs office is taking new patients. So I couldnt get an appointment for over 6 weeks. So to have them confirm my pregnancy and do an ultrasound for me was such a big help and relief. A little weird they take the man into another room on the 1st visit and give him an interview...but not that big of a deal.. they were so professional we didnt even think twice about coming back for the 2nd appointment. Great place. They talk to you about all the options you have without judgement. They also offer classes for parenting. I went there because I had gone to a clinic for a pap smear and ended up finding out I was pregnant. They told me they offer prenatal care and scheduled an appt for me. One day before the appt, they called me to reschedule due to the dr not being there that day. They did that three times and I never got checked. I was already 12 weeks and I really wanted to know if my baby was ok and thats when my friend referred me to Open Arms Pregnancy Clinic. I called to schedule an appt and they gave me an appt a week later. I went in for the pregnancy test and that same day, since they had a slot open, they did an ultrasound on me. I was sooo happy and relieved to see my baby is ok. They also gave me a packet of hospitals around the area with a list of drs so I can call and get prenatal care. It was the worst experience ever. The first time I when ther they where so nice and respectful from the front desk to the Nurse (she was the blonde tall lady) and the case worker. She was Christian. Unfortunately my test was negative. But the 2nd time I when the Nurse which was a Filipina she on the other hand Was really rude and with at attitude.
