Darya and her team are awesome, I met Darya because she was my sisters agent which my sister had glowing reviews about Darya and her team, so I decided to ask Darya to be my agent. There were times that the buying process becomes stressful but they made it easier to go through the process. They listen and they were helpful by sharing their knowledge and listen to what you are looking for. Paige always made sure to consider my budget and gave me different scenarios and options to help me finalize my purchase.

Darya was an amazing realtor to have during the purchase of my first home. I couldnt have asked for a kinder or more attentive realtor during this experience. She took the time to really get to know my family and I, then to search and find a home that fit our needs and expectations, and to make sure we were comfortable with all aspects of the purchase. Buying a home can be stressful especially when it is all new. Darya made sure I had all the information necessary to make educated decisions every step of the way and I felt empowered in my choices with the advice and information she provided. It has been over 2 years now and she still remains in contact with me and is extremely thoughtful; I can tell she really cares about her clients as people. I knew Darya would be my real state agent four years before she did! I had just moved to EDH and walked into a neighbor’s open house which she was hosting. I told her I was new in the neighborhood and she was so kind to share some of her resources with me. She was so personable and friendly and unlike some other real state agents I had met in the area, she did not try to turn our interaction into a business transaction. I was super impressed by her kindness and four years later when we decided to sell our house, she was the first person that crossed my mind. I had lost her card and information but was able to look it up and connected with her. From the very beginning until the very end, I did not have one bad interaction with her or anyone from her team. She was extremely professional, incredibly knowledgeable about the market and how to maximize our profits. She always had our best interest at heart, even if at times it would mean she would have to work harder and she’s definitely a hard worker! Communication was excellent. She was always punctual and replied promptly to all our calls, texts and emails. She was also pretty chill and made the whole experience the least stressful as possible for us and our family. I would 100% recommend Darya and her team to everyone I know. Both my husband and I were very impressed, trusted her completely and had the best experience we could have asked for selling our house. I was fortunate to work with Darya on selling a home 4 years ago, and had an even better experience when buying a home with them last month. My wife and I decided to sell our house this year and were dreading it after the stress from the last time we tried to sell. I spent months working with another realtor and was getting nowhere. A lot of running around looking at houses that were not in my price range or met the requirements for my type of loan. Right when I was feeling discouraged and defeated the realtor gods sent me Darya! Within weeks we found the perfect home and she structured my deal in a way that made it appealing to the seller to accept my offer. Darya is incredibly thorough, patient and honest. She is very reliable in providing excellent recommendations for loan, title, inspection and so on, helping expedite our purchase. Darya is just all around fantastic to work with! Working with Darya was truly a pleasure. In 2015, Darya helped us buy a condo in Sacramento. We were new to the area and she helped us find not only a great property but also in a good area. Back then, the process was a little tricky because we are from Brazil and we didn’t understand how the process of buying a house worked. Darya walked with us through every step of the way.Now, in 2020, we decided to sell the condo, and we didn’t hesitate in contacting Darya. Firstly, she helped us make smart decisions, in order to get the most out of our property. I must add that we no longer live in Sacramento and Darya personally went to the condo a supervised all the improvements that were made. She went above and beyond any of our expectations just then. In less than a week, her marketing plan worked beautifully and we had multiple offers on our property.As I mentioned before, we are from Brazil, and selling a property as an international seller is much trickier than buying one. My husband and I met Darya a year before we were ready to buy. We were walking our dog (in our rental neighborhood) and decided to pop into a nearby open house. We met Darya and instantly we knew she would be our real estate agent. She was so helpful and answered all of our questions about the house and neighborhood even though we told her we werent buying anytime soon. We held on to her business card for a whole year! Once we were ready we called her and explained what we were looking for and in what neighborhood and she started looking for houses and sent us a few to check out right away! The market in West Sacramento is tough, but she assured us our dream home was out there and waiting for us. Houses were being listed and sold in less than 24 hours so Darya had to act fast on each house we were interested in. Thankfully she has a lot of local connections and we were able to get into some just hours after being listing. My husband and I are quite picky, and didnt have the biggest budget but house after house Darya kept on looking for our forever home for us. Then one day, the perfect house popped up in the perfect neighborhood and in our price range. Darya got us in that morning and we were the first to look at the house and the first to offer. After a weekend showing and 11 other offers the buyer (and the listing agent that Darya was acquainted with) decided to move forward with our offer! We had a short close and just a little over a month later we moved into our dream home! We couldnt be happier about the whole process and how easy Darya made things for us. She answered serious and silly questions whenever we had them and always responded right away. I highly recommend Darya to anyone who is looking for a new home. This is long but worth it, if you’re going to consider Darya as your realtor. Darya was one of the recommended realtors, by another agent, to help us with a difficult situation. Out of a pool of some of the area’s TOP agents, we chose Darya for her professionalism, charismatic character, and a record that clearly shows she’s the real deal. And of course Darya totally rocked the entire course. She was very patient throughout the entire process, professionally and soundly responding to every question and concern we had, especially with paperwork. This was a family split, and Darya navigated all obstacles to make sure everyone happy. Not long after we chose her, she immediately went to work, sending in the necessary inspectors to let us know what we need, or not need to do, to prepare a 7,000+ sq ft home for sale. Her services included some of the best in the region, including the stager, photographer, marketing, and especially her real estate team (shoutout to Dana). She offered really great, reliable, and honest contacts for every need, from roofers, to estate liquidators, movers, cleaners, etc. Every time a problem arose, she simply took care of it. One little example – with all the activity going on prepping the house, we dealt with a couple meddlesome neighbors. She sent little, but meaningful, gift baggies to the neighbors, and they backed off. As the house was getting closer to listing, Darya helped me find a new place. This is during the time they call a seller’s market, and any listings that pop up are immediately snatched. Darya made sure I was one of the lucky ones to find the perfect home for me. Even though the new house had closed over a month before I was able to move in (waiting for the seller to move out), Darya was still there to hand over the keys, and get right back to work! Upon first entering the house with Darya and Dana, I walked around for a bit, then noticed the power was shut off, and couple things were missing. I was going to say something, but Darya was already on the phone with the utility company, and contacting the seller’s agent about the missing garage opener, keys, etc. Darya is honest, fair, thorough, and communicative, and is absolutely everything you can ask for in an agent.

As a successor trustee, I used Darya Ghomeshi to sell a house that was the first part of handling the trust. I had never handled a trust before and she definitely made the process easier for me, reassuring me all the way. She is very knowledgeable, efficient and well organized. I was pleased to have selected her to handle the sale.The video and photos of the house were absolutely works of art, showing all the features at their best.I appreciate the extensive home inspection and pest reports she had done prior to listing although they were a bit unsettling for me to read. We first met Darya in 2015 when we needed to purchase our first home. Her presistance, attantion to detail and dedication made a huge positive impression on us so we decided to come back for her services again in 2020. We needed to sell our house and buy a new one. She responded immediately and we went home shopping. The house we liked was a little higher of our price range and if we would get it we would have to close within a month. Darya was honest and warned us that it may be difficult because we needed to sell fast. She gave us specific instructions on what we needed to do to make it happen. She went straight to work and put our house for sale. All of this was happening while COVID 19 was raging which made everything even more challenging. Darya made the impossible happen. Darya is a bulldog and she will fight with full force to make sure you get the best deal. The realtor who was selling the house had doughts, but needless to say, Darya was not afraid to put her in her place. Darya and Paige were spending sleepless nights working and making sure our dream came true. Two weeks later our house was off the market. Because of the buyers loan officer we were running late on closing by two weeks. We were all worried that the whole thing was going to fall apart. Darya did not let that happen. She and Paige worked tirelessly and kept us updated every day on all the details that were happening with our sale and purchase. We finally closed! I couldnt believe the miracle these ladies pulled through! It was insane. We are so happy and we feel so grateful to Darya and Paige. We definitely will be lifetime clients of these two ladies.
