I cannot express enough my appreciation for Simon Battou. He went above and beyond to help me with my driving record. He answered all of my questions. He tried his best to find the best insurance and quote for me for 30 mins. I haven’t been pleased to talk to a person like Simon in a very long time. He deserves a good raise and bonuses. If you are looking for car insurance I highly recommend you go through an auto insurance broker. Being a new driver, I had difficulties navigating through all the auto insurance companies. Nobody wanted to insure me. I was quoted $400 a month by over five different companies. Luckily, I can across OneSave Services and spoke directly to Simon. Honestly, he saved me money, time and a headache. Simon went above and beyond to find me something within my budget. “I work for you, not these companies”, was what he said that sealed the deal for me.

John was really awesome he listen to what I needed and was patient with me was able to let me call him back-and-forth throughout my lunch breaks because I work from home. Most importantly I didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me anything. I felt like he was giving me what I needed and what I was hoping to get was a good low rate insurance that wouldn’t break the bank and he definitely exceeded that expectation. Thanks John you removed 65% of my stress.
