Joey did an amazing job. His attention to detail and his communication with keeping me informed through the toughest time of my life was an experience I will never forget. As to the short negotiations I think Joey has a relentless drive to never give up for his clients to make sure that they get the best that they can in a bad situation. I enjoyed his company during a tough time he was very passionate and considerate to my issues. He was very understanding in difficult times, and never gave up to help me get out of these difficult times. Will recommend him over and over again to anybody in difficult situation because he does what he says he’ll do He cares about his clients and wants to see them overcome the problems that they are facing. Joey, worked for so long for over a year not knowing whether he would be compensated. That my needs were more important to him at that moment than his. Thank you Joey for being who you are.

When I met Mr. ONeill, I was in a terrible situation: A senior, recovering from a broken leg, involved in a legal dispute over the property I had just inherited and needed to sell. Mr. ONeill understood immediately what to do. He said, You need help-I know what to do-I want to help you. His actual concern was clear enough to make me trust him from the first conversation, and that trust was not misplaced. I had a bad experience with an unethical Realtor, and my co-inheritor abandoned me and left me to do all the work of readying the property for sale and fighting the lawsuit. Mr. ONeill introduced me to attorneys, helped arrange for the sale of furniture, and when I had used up my savings, he arranged a small loan for me. He worked closely with me, always explaining things and keeping me appraised of what was happening. He was my only support during this challenging time- never letting me down- always responsive. There was no guarantee of the outcome from the lawsuit, and he knew we would both lose if I lost in court, but that did not slow him down. I believe no other Realtor would have gone so far for a client-a year and a half of work for no more than a regular timed sale. He was a buffer between me and the legal hassle, as he knew how to navigate the pitfalls and paperwork. Mr. ONeill brought me as painlessly as he could to the very finality of the sale. He kept his eye on the housing market and worked with that always in mind to get the highest possible price for my property. The entire process was personalized to fit exactly what I needed. I know that any client of Mr. ONeills will always receive the same attention with the same complete and individualized service and treatment, and I give my full recommendation to Mr. ONeill.

I co-listed a property with Joe and had such an awesome experience. He was so easy to work with and added a super fun touch to the whole transaction. Joe was super organized, on top of all deadlines and had great communication skills with our client. This was a Probate listing and he was very knowledgeable in the process. My family and I were very fortunate to have met Joey O’Neill. Not only did he make this experience so smoothly he made it very memorable. Being first time home buyers with little knowledge of purchasing a home Joey honestly made the process so easy. He was always responsive to our needs and was also always available to when we needed him. Most of the time we weren’t sure of the process and how much work it would take, but Joey was VERY informative and you could tell right off the bat that he knew his profession and had my family’s best interests in mind. I was debating on whether to sell my house with the way the Real Estate market was going. I spoke with Joey ONeill and he consulted with me on selling my house and what I could get for it. We also went over the pros and cons and compared other homes that sold were similar to mine. Joey really took his time and was so patient with all of my questions. So easy to talk to and I really appreciate his honesty and his expert opinion. It really made my decision that much easier and I will definitely will work with Joey in the future when it makes sense for me to sell. We are glad to work with Joey on our last short sale purchase. It is not our first time with a short sale purchase, but Joey surprised us with his negotiating skill. He was able to get us a large amount of credit from the seller for our closing cost. We feel that we would not get the house at the price we paid if we went with another realtor.We also like working with Joey because he is dedicated to his work. He could be reached at any time of the day or night, and he takes the time to answer all of our questions. It is hard to find a good realtor with short sale negotiation skill like Joey. We plan to have Joey help us with future purchase. He definitely deserved more than 5 star. We would recommend Joey to anyone without any hesitation.

Joey ONeill is very knowledgeable and respectful to our needs when selling our home. This was our first time selling a house and it can be stressful.
