I got my home mortgage 3 years ago through Mo and One True Loan. Being a first time home buyer, I wasnt sure what to expect but I still took my chance because of the excellent reviews and the low rate offered. I was surprised how smooth the process was and then last month when I wanted to refinance, I again chose One True Loan because they offered the best rate and I knew how professional and efficient they are. We were looking for low interest loan to buy a house in March 2022 and I was referred to One True Loan by a friend. Their website was not very encouraging. It could be updated to look a bit more modern. Once you get past the initial feel of the website, everything else is just amazing.I submitted a quote online and within hours I got a call from one of their reps, Christine. Christine is an absolute joy to work with. Shes amazing at her job. Unlike other lenders and big banks, you dont get passed around from person to person. Christine was there throughout the entire process. We were bidding on home after home and the rates were changing by the hour and somehow she was able to get us pre-approval letters within a few hours!After one of many of our offers was accepted, Christine worked with me, my agent and the sellers agent to put together a plan to close in 17 days! This isnt normal, but One True Loan was willing to go above and beyond to help us get the house. I cant thank everyone at One True Loan enough for going out of their way and their normal business model just because one of their clients needed it.During the escrow process Christine introduced me to Joanne. You think theres no way there could be two awesome, experienced and pleasant people in the same company but youd be wrong. Joanne was so great and so helpful. I would get daily, if not hourly updates. I know they are super busy but they make you feel like youre the most important client they have. I dont understand why anyone goes to other companies or banks for buying a home or for refining. They have the best rates, lowest closing costs and the best customer service I have ever seen. I cant say enough good things about One True Loan. Please update the website.

This was my first time refinancing and my experience with One True Loan was a lot more pleasant and smoother than when I first financed my home purchase. To start, One True Loan website has a very user-friendly interface that was easier to navigate than other websites. I was able to obtain a quote, rates, terms, comparisons, and other information without ever submitting any personal data. In terms of my interaction with the loan officer, I only had one phone conversation with Christine Yang, and the rest was done pretty much online via email. I only have praises for Christine who was professional, courteous and clearly communicated and outlined every step of the way so that I knew what to expect and understood the refinance process. She also promptly replied to all my emails and addressed and answered all my questions and concerns. Overall, I was quite impressed with her attention to detail, organization, kind demeanor, and how she made the process very pleasant for me. Hence why I would want to write this review to recommend her and One True Loan to help other first-timers like me save money (One True Loan had the best rate out of 2 other online lenders that I checked on every day) but also save them from some of the potential headaches of going through this process.

The team at One True Loan were great to work with. I had inquired initially with my local broker but the advertised terms were so much better with OTL that I decided to give them a call. When I first spoke with Mo, I told him I was skeptical but he explained why they might have lower costs and I decided to give them a try. Mo and Christine were so efficient, communicated so well and were so friendly...I could not have asked for a better experience and saved thousands as a bonus. The electronic forms, e-signing, and document uploads went without a hitch and I closed in about 30 days. This is a great company and great people to deal with...I would recommend them to anyone!

Besides being extremely honest, transparent, and truthful, she is very knowledgeable and personable. Every time I called her, she was there to answer my questions diligently and in a timely manner. My family and I have worked on multiple residential refinancings with Mo and his team over the past 5+ years. We completed the last refi about a week ago. Mo Mousa did a great job! As with all real estate purchases, there were issues. Our purchase was a new construction, not quite done when we made the offer but close enough that we asked for and received a 21 day close schedule. We almost made it. Not Mos fault or the builder, but the Appraisal Management company they used was bad, to say the least, delaying our close and causing many issues. In the end, Mo waived the $225.00 fee the Appraisal Management company charged and we moved into the house only 5 days later than anticipated.Thank you Mo!

Another successful loan closure by Mo @ OneTrue Loan. The loan was initially in trouble as the lender changed the lending guideline and rejected the application. The OneTrue Loan team reached out to the lender and convinced them to make an exception and accept the mortgage. I have done 3 or 4 purchases/refinances in my young adult life and I had always chose people who I knew and were local. The psychological advantage is the personal service or ease of transaction. Well after looking around a little from friends of friends I decided to go with an internet lead of a company I had never heard of but had rock bottom rates . The savings over 30 years is mid five figures! Ok but surely the cost savings would come at a higher hassle price from doing business with a broker two states away. Nonsense!Ive never done a mortgage transaction with such ease. Upload you docs and photos from your phone or computer, communication with w Christine throughout the process was top notch, clear expectations and no pressure with points/no points decisions.I will do business again any day.
