From start to finish, my experience with Allan L at the Subaru dealership was exceptional. His knowledge of the vehicles, particularly the features that suited my needs, was impressive. I had an amazing experience with the entire end to end process of purchasing the car, with Abdullah being very kind and working towards getting me the best deal possible. He came early morning with the car and guided me through the features of the car during the test drive. He also helmed me negotiate for the lowest rate and reduce the warranty cost for the car. Overall, I had a really pleasant experience.

So happy with our purchase at One Subaru of Hayward. Abdullah was the most helpful car salesman’s we’ve ever dealt with. He’s kind, easy to talk to, patient, and very professional. He gave us all the information on the car during the test drive, and went the extra mile to make sure we got in a car that we love.

Second update: Hubert has been very responsive in helping resolve this. Once it’s resolved, I’ll update rating appropriately.Update: sadly I’ve had to change my 5 star review to 2 stars because of how difficult it has been to deal with their service center. I paid $1k to have a tow hitch installed and the way it looked when they were done, was a mess. It’s like they took a box cutter and cut the bumper. The hole is not centered and they tried to put a cheap piece of plastic on it to cover up the jagged edges, but that came off during on my second trip on the freeway…. Initially they were nice and said they would fix it, which required the whole bumper to be replaced, but that was in Dec. and since that time, I’ve had to follow up and gotten very little response back. At this point I just want money back because I don’t have faith that they won’t mess up the more sensitive equipment near the bumper. This is sad and I’m bummed that this is how my service relationship has started with them after having such a great sales experience.******Same review as many others- best car shopping experience with great salespeople and low stress. I highly recommend David Ho and appreciated how patient he was, explained everything clearly, and was so nice. I did a lot of shopping around and this was the only dealership that didn’t pressure me or hound me for days after coming in for a test drive. A truly different shopping experience. Can’t wait to experience their service center since they also seem just as great! Worth the drive from Oakland.

I had a very good experience at this One Subaru dealership.Our salesperson was Abdullah Ayyaz who showed us the Crosstrek Sport car. He has done a wonderful job, with so much patience and support. Abdullah is a kind and caring person. He took out extra time, in going through the paperwork, and showing us the car features. It was a remarkable experience having Abdullah as our salesperson. There was absolutely no pressure in getting the car. I had the freedom to go through the different packages for leasing the car. I really appreciate Abdullahs excellent service from the bottom of my heart. Thanks a bunch.
