Rented a scooter and double stroller for 2 days to use at Disney. Great customer service from the point of booking to pick-up and drop-off. The scooter was in good condition and read full battery from about 10am to 9pm.

I arrived at my hotel (Camelot Inn) early and wanted to spend some time in Downtown Disney, but my scooter and stroller were reserved to be picked up the following day. I stopped by One Stop Mobility on a whim to see if I could extend my reservation so I could pick up my rentals one day early. Not only was Carol super accommodating, she was extremely kind, helpful, and provided efficient and A1 service. I highly recommend!

The manager Johnathan W. was very helpful and professional. Especially since the call center gave me wrong information and would not transfer me to the location in which I was going to pick up the scooter from. I had back surgery 2 weeks ago and needed some questions answered about the actual differences in the seats on the scooters. Johnathan and his assistant Kevin I believe was his name took the time to explain all the differences of what they have to offer. Then figured out what would work for me, switched the scooters seat to a captain seat that reclined and adjusted then helped us get out of there quick as possible. I only took one star away because of the quality of the stroller. It seemed like a hand-me-down from your aunt. It had lots of scrapes, looked very old, and bits and pieces didn’t hold together as well anymore. However, it was very easy to reserve, and even adding on damage and theft insurance it was still cheaper than the Disney strollers. With the shape these strollers are in, I would definitely recommend adding the damage insurance. My kids still seemed comfortable in them, and it was nice being able to bring it off Disney property. It’s a bonus if you’re staying at Camelot Inn, because you can pick it up when you check into your room, and if you get back after business hours on your last day, you can leave it in the Camelot inn lobby before midnight if you let them know in advance that that’s what you’re planning. Not high quality strollers, but convenient and cheaper.

Rented a double stroller for 3 days at Disney. Staff was great and stroller was clean and in good condition. It was so nice to just pick up across the street from the park. Was way cheaper than renting through Babyquip or through Disney (and the disney strollers are not good at all). Loved having the separately reclining seats and individual extensive canopies for our littles one. Would definitely recommend.

We have used this company twice for trips to disneyland and they have delivered with flying colors both times!! The drop off/pick up was seamless and the drivers were very punctual. The only drawback to the process was the phone calls to the Anaheim branch never connected… rang for a while but no answer. I ended up having to call the San Diego branch to get the set up and drop off taken care of… aside from that I love the company!! Will definitely use again..

So my rental experience is well decent after 2 rentalsto say the least no major issues however these people go on and on about being able provide services for scooter owners anyway I own a pride legend an older scooter that pretty much runs so I was having a minor issue and figured a place that says they fix scooters. And has well an entire fleet of prides would be able to help the person on the phone was actually rude sounded shadier then a palm tree I asked if theyd be willing to take a look he said the his repair guys dont exist and are gone I asked if they are gone for the day or ??? An extended amount of time he said he didnt know. Heres an idea 💡 dont advertise a service if you cant or are unwilling to provide it especially if people might inquire about it~Signed a magic key holder

We rented 2 scooters to get the mile to Disney and moving throughout the parks for 5 days. One Stop provided excellent customer service. Scooters were at our hotel when we arrived. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Best is that the scooters were about 1/2 the price of Disney’s. Highly recommend One Stop Mobility.

We rented a scooter for our 5 day Disneyland vacation. We stated our delivery window was between 10am and 12pm. We arrived at our hotel at 2pm and our scooter wasnt there! We had to have the added stress to call and wait for delivery.Another night in Disneyland, the scooter was on low battery and they refused to deliver a new scooter to the park. We would have to take the scooter back to their store to exchange, again a major inconvenience to us during our vacation.Customer service was rude and unhelpful. There was a point in our vacation where the scooter would not drive forward and took us 5 minutes to get it going again! Its like they dont properly maintain the scooters. Would not recommend this place!

OMG for Carol at OSM!I was told when I made my reservation that I couldnt get the cart until the evening of the first day of the event...unless I wanted to somehow get to Anaheim.Carol from OSM showed up at the convention center to double check some paperwork and then stayed to help out some folks. Fortunately I was there and she was able to give me my reserved cart a whole day early.Thank you, thank you, thank you Carol for being such a gracious and caring employee of OSM!I should note that this is the 3rd year Ive rented a cart from OSM and the first year I was told that a cart could not be delivered to my hotel on my arrival two days prior to the official opening of the convention.

🚩 Saw several red flags and decided NOT to rent here!1. Louis said renters are charged an additional day fees if One Stop has to collect your unit from your hotel the morning after your reservation. That is STANDARD and included with all other companies. One stop claims to rent by the calendar day so if they have to pick it up the day after you finish with it, you have to pay them for another day. I said absolutely not that is a scam!!2. This is the only company that tried to upsell me “damage insurance” which makes me feel that they’re the type to look for flaws and charge you upon return.3. Louis also tried to upsell me to a larger scooter when I always use a standard one. I’m not 400 lbs I don’t need the heavy duty!4. Louis took our card info and said they were going to charge us NOW, a week ahead of the reservation, and there were no cancellations or refunds under any circumstances. The other companies I have dealt with DO NOT charge until they DELIVER the unit. So there’s always a chance to cancel if your trip falls through! I felt uncomfortable that I will be charged a week ahead and if the plans fall through, there will be no refund. At this point I said nevermind/cancel and I found another company.FIND SOMEONE ELSE!! Or don’t say I didn’t warn you!Btw I did email these complaints to One Stop giving them a chance to respond and they never said anything so I take that as confirmation that they affirm these policies and procedures.

Nice strollers for a decent price. 3 Day rental was $30. We picked one up in the morning on our walk to Disneyland and dropped it off on the last day on our way back to the hotel. Better than Disneyland strollers more space for storage. Directly across the street from Disneyland. The canopy was great for when our twelve month old needed a nap. You can get either a City Mini GT Single or City Mini GT Double if needed. Only thing I wish we had done was book before arriving because they can deliver the stroller to you. The delivery fee is $10.00 for Disneyland Area Hotels. We picked up from their location at the Camelot Hotel.

I had called to rent a scooter for Saturday April 22nd. Spoke to a very very polite and friendly lady named Sophia. She explained everything in detail of how to rent and return the scooter. The day I went to pick up the scooter there was a gentleman and a lady there which provided me with very very good service. Very friendly people. The scooter performed to my expectations perfectly. I was kind of worried about the battery going out but let me tell you that battery did not budge one notch down. It stayed fully charged the whole time in Disneyland. I will be using them again. On our first visit, our hotel wasnt near by. The ECV was wonderful to utilize getting around Disneyland for someone with a bad back and arthritic knee. They also worked with me on the return of the unit when I misunderstood the return policy. My husband and I have returned from Disneyland with our daughters family and our grandchildren and I just have to say that One Stop Mobility saved the day!! My husband probably will be needing a hip replacement. HIs pain had come on rather quickly and we had this vacation to Disneyland planned for a long time. He had decided to still go but if he was in pain, he would return to the Disneyland Hotel. After arriving at the Disneyland Hotel the first evening and walking Downtown Disney to dinner, he had significant enough pain to have to sit down twice before making it back to the hotel. Even though he said he would never use a scooter, I promptly called One Stop Mobility as soon as we arrived back in the room. I called almost as they closed on a Sunday. The employee was very nice and I asked her how soon we could get the scooter, seeing that we would only be there for a couple of days. She said to call at 8:00 the next morning. She took my credit card info and sent me a link for the contract. Easy! I did just that and the scooter was delivered to the hotel at approx. 8:30. The scooter allowed my husband to participate in the long, hot, trek that is Disneyland for grandparents, but we wouldnt have missed it for the world. One Stop Mobility allowed him to participate fully on each day. He is very grateful. When it was time to pick up, the employee was very sweet and stayed a bit later to pick it up since we were in the middle of a birthday celebration. The rental from One Stop Mobility was easy, seamless, affordable, and the employees were very nice and accommodating. Thank you for saving our trip to Disneyland with our grandchildren!!

Buyer Beware!!! Never again. Rented 4 scooters at 9am. Before noon my husbands scooter went dead, One Stop mobility came out fairly quickly and replaced it. At 3pm I started seeing fluctuations in my battery. At 6:15 I called to tell them that my battery was almost at zero. The employee on the phone then had the audacity to say And? As if it was no big deal. I explained I wanted a new battery replacement. He then asked when do you plan on leaving Disneyland? I was so irritated at this point and told them the park closes at midnight and did they expect me to go another 6 hours with a bad battery? The employee on the phone sighed and was like Okaaay fine...Well send someone out.Im so disgusted with the quality of scooters they provide and then the customer service. I will never ever use them again and Im going to say there are a lot of other companies that you can use for scooters that dont have half their scooters breakdown halfway through the day and have much better customer service.

One stop mobility continues to be my go to for scooter rental. A few times I have called with short notice, and they have always been available. The people are friendly and informative. The product is always charge up and top notch. Do some have scrapes, well yes. Those turnstiles at Disney can be tough to maneuver for some. I prefer the three wheel, much easier to turn in. Anyways my last rental I used all day and night and still was charged to the brim. Now that’s a great battery! If you are debating on who to use, look no further. Thank you one stop

Highly recommend!! We rented a scooter & a stroller which was already delivered to our hotel prior to our arrival. I was too tall for the four wheel scooter so they replaced it with a three wheel scooter within 15 minutes of us calling them. The prices are reasonable and all paper work is signed online. The scooter made my trip to Disneyland enjoyable rather than painful and I appreciate this service One Stop is offering!

Went to Disneyland for a long weekend with my friend and her daughters, and within two hours of arriving at the resort, the oldest daughter tore her hamstring! Ouch! While her mom took her to the Urgent Care, I happily saw there was a wheelchair rental 5 minutes from our hotel! Yippee! We were super lucky in that they had one available for us! Really saved us! No way could we get through all of Disney and back and forth from our hotel without it! Staff was beyond friendly! Anyone who complains about these guys must have issues! I rented a scooter on Feb.18th -21. It was a last minute trip to Disneyland. The scooter was delivered before my arrival time fully charged and ready to go. The battery lasted from 7:30am to 10pm with out any problems. At night the hotel crew charged the scooter for me. I was very pleased with their service. I plan on renting again for my March trip.

These guys were amazing! Immediate delivery, right up to my feet promptly with kind, courtesy professional attitudes! They met me at the steps of Disneyland and were very prompt- I was very grateful for their service with VERY reasonable prices!!! We recently rented a three wheeler for my husband last month for 6 days while we were Anaheim on vacation. We could not have been happier. Everything was perfect. The unit was delivered to our hotel the morning we asked, all charged and ready to go. Every evening the hotel kept in their lobby and charged it for the next day. It was so convenient and reasonable cost.... much less than a park rental! We didn’t have to be back until 12:30 a.m. the last night. My husband loved how easy it was to drive and maneuver.... he didn’t hit anything with this one! Haha! We highly recommend One Stop Mobility, will rent again and tell our friends! I initially signed up to rent a mobility aid with another company that would’ve resulted in me missing half my first and last day at Disney and it cost literally 3x what One Stop Mobility is charging. I called One Stop Mobility to accommodate my Disney experience due to my short of breath I made a reservation to pick up scooter not knowing what time I would arrive at the Hotel. I picked the scooter up around 03:30-4:00 inside the Camelot located at 1520 S Harbor BlvdAnaheim, CA 9280. I was told we could lift the scooter in car but it was too heavy so I road it to Disney park. I went back to the site to see if it could be picked up at Desert Palm Hotel & Suites I was told yes but when I returned to hotel the advised they DO NOT hold scooters. I called One Stop Mobility and was told I had to return it to the office but one representative said it’s a greet & meet location in which they can pick up. My problem is the communication and customer service and a LOT of confusion. I feel like I should be reimbursed for this bad inconvenient experience or at least half. To avoid any other problems i road the scooter back to the office location about 08:30 and the door was locked indicating it was closed although office hours said they close at 9pm. This made my Disney experience a horrible one just having to deal with this company.

Everything went very smoothly with the scooter rental thank you. There were no problems whatsoever at my end. It was great to see the scooter there in the hotel lobby when I arrived and to be able to leave it there at the end of our stay. I would give ZERO stars if i could. I planned a reservation for Dec. 8, 2021 in a timely manner, with FULL payment that was quickly processed. We reserved for 2 scooters, being that my husband had knee surgery couple months prior.So the morning of Dec. 8, we are heading to OSM to pick up scooters and I get a call from them that they are canceling our reserved scooters! The reason was they ran out of scooters for the day, and the refund process will take 5-10 days. It messed us up for the day because we were not able to get any rental scooters that day from anywhere, hence the LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION MINUTES BEFORE PICK UP TIME!! Disneyland was fcfs basis so no guarantee we will get one from them( which we did try to no avail). But the customer service there showed no compassion, just a big No sorry we cannot help and your refund will take 5-10 days kinda attitude.So i demanded my money back right away because they had no problem processing my payments in a matter of minutes. Problem was not resolved, we struggled but we got thru the day. Got my refund back 4 days later. NEVER AGAIN am I reserving here at One Stop Mobilty

Shady practices. I called to make a reservation on the phone. They charged my card BEFORE sending me the reservation policies. The protection plan they sell you barely covers any damage at all, just scratches. The paperwork also says they charge a $45 cancellation fee, but of course, they dont tell you that on the phone. When I called to try to cancel due to a change in our travel plans (outside of my control), the customer service rep didnt even mention that theres a $45 cancellation fee and they are supposed to refund the balance (PER THEIR RENTAL AGREEMENT). Instead, she said they would retain the entire payment and I would have a credit in that amount. The cancellation fee and refund was not even mentioned until I brought it up. The customer service rep said she wasnt authorized to issue a refund (despite the paperwork clearly saying a refund should be issued) and instead offered to escalate my case. Sheesh. Money grabbers.

We have used them twice now to rent scooters for Disneyland. We’ve done a 4 day haul both times and after two days your feet start hurting pretty bad with all the standing in line. We used them the last two days, each time and let me tell you, they really help. We all took turns saving our feet. The staff are friendly and fast. They always have plenty and in good condition. They came and picked them up at our hotel So we didn’t have to take them back. The price for a two day rental is worth it. Thank you!

They are directly across the street front from Disneyland so they are convenient to do a daily drop off and pickup everyday if you are not staying near Disneyland. I would rent there again.

One Stop Mobility has had my $161 for almost two months now and after talking to four people over the months, they say soothing words and apologize but then do not return the money. I did pay for their cancellation insurance.The reason I initially canceled is that they cannot drop off and pick up the scooter unless you hang out in the hotel lobby during their limited window! They forgot to mention that.I found Scooter Bug was $118 and dropped off before you arrive and pick up after you leave so I was able to step from my car directly into the scooter! So comforting.I guess the next step is to protest this through my credit card co. What a pain. Very unprofessional bordering on fraud, in my mind. How can they stay in business? I highly recommend One Stop Mobility. This was the first time I have ever rented a scooter and honestly I was a bit nervous. Once I made the reservation they called me and walked me through the entire process over the phone. When I showed up at my hotel the scooter was waiting in the lobby just like they said it would be. The scooter was great. The battery lasted all day long. In fact the battery was barley used at the end of the night and we covered a lot of miles too! I would find somewhere else to rent if I were you. We rented a portable scooter and extra battery for a Disney trip. Were told it would be dropped at the hotel between 2-5 pm. It was not there until almost 6, making us late for our dinner plans. Then, battery dies 4 hours into 1st day at Disney (was told it would last 8-10 hours). No issue...we rented an xtra battery for this reason! Go to switch batteries, they gave us the WRONG battery. It did not fit the scooter we rented. Had to walk scooter to the front of the park and sacrifice over an hour of time on our trip (oh yeah, they were late then again) and never received so much as an apology. Horrible customer service!! Unreliable staff and equipment. Skip the nightmare and go elsewhere.

Recently my father was diagnosed with cancer and the treatments were making him extremely weak. I was looking to rent a wheelchair so that he could move around and be able to have some control over what is going on. I contacted One Stop Mobility and an electronic wheelchair was delivered only one day after I ordered and I was so grateful. Unfortunately my father was unable to use it because he was sedated and dizzy. I contacted One Stop and explained the situation and made arrangements for them to pick up. I had signed and agreed to a contract that specified very clearly that there will be no refund. I was simply amazed when I was contacted by the company to let me know that they will refund 50% of what I paid. I was so grateful for their understanding and their kindness, specially because they were not obligated to issue any refund. Its so nice to know that there are people that care and sympathize and have compassion for people like me who have been burdened by overwhelming expenses. Amazing company and people to work with. I had a great experience with renting a scooter from One stop Mobility. I injured my knee the day we left for Disneyland. My husband called and rented a scooter without me knowing however, I was happy he did. They dropped the scooter off at the hotel I was staying at and it was waiting at the Bell desk. The scooters were nice and and didn’t lose charge the entire day. We were at Disneyland from 8:00 am until 11:00 pm. One stop mobility picked up where the majority of the other businesses “dropped the ball” from making a reservation, returning a call and confirming rental. KUDO’S to you, definitely a ONE STOP source for rentals. I made a call yesterday and left my name and number and unexpectedly Sophia returned my call less than 24 hours. But what they dont tell you is that the key for the scooters is universal, that means anybody can take our scooters whenever were at disney. And we would have to pay for the entire scooter. Sadly he didnt make it and so when I called in they told me all sales were final and literally asked me what they were suppose to do with my rental? Renting a cart from here was a breeze. I asked to reserve me a cart a month before we went to Disneyland and they had no problem doing that. All the staff was courteous and friendly. When we arrived at our hotel, our cart was charged and waiting. We were in the park and rode there from Candyland hotel. I found the best option to rent and use an electric scooter to gain free mobility during my attendance, for two full days, to the Pacific West Engineering Design Trade Show, to be held at the Anaheim Convention Center, on February 2018. Ive used One Step Mobility (located in the Camelot hotel across the street from Disneyland, Anaheim CA) the past two times my daughter and I took trips to Disneyland,. We rented a stroller for our toddler and a scooter for me. Its much easier than trying to deal with Disneyland rentals, which cannot be reserved. Easy to sign up, close to Disneyland and California Adventure. They can deliver it to the hotel youre staying at with a days notice. You may leave it at the hotel bellmans desk when leaving. I loved my scooter. So easy to drive and stopped on a dime. It was waiting for us at the hotel. I was afraid I couldnt handle it but I had no problems. This place has great customer service. We went into look into buying a scooter. While they do not have a large selection scooter types that they sell on the floor, still their associate took a great deal of time with us explaining how to select a scooter, what the various pros and cons of the different types are, and even assembled and disassembled one for us so we could see how that worked. He even offered to let me test drive one of theirs knowing full well we would not be buying today. And he did all this even though he was walking out for his break when we walked in. Like I said great customer service. This facility is located in the Camelot Hotel right across from the main Disney entrance. I think their main business here is rental for the Disney traffic and also rental for the multiple resorts in the area.

Initially my experience here was great, the lady helping me was kind and had great customer service. I started having problems with the scooter later in the day, I parked the scooter turned it off and put the key in my belongings. Someone in my group took my backpack with them when they went to the bathroom and I thought I’d call about the problem while I waited for them to return. When I called a man answered, he never introduced himself and asked what problem I was having, I explained the situation and he got angry with me because I didn’t currently have the key. He started to belittle me about not having the key and began telling me how much I was inconveniencing him because he was driving and shouldn’t be on the phone. I was steaming mad but I even sucked it up and offered to call him back, he didn’t want me to call back either and was so exasperated that he even had to help me. I ended up fixing the problem myself but I was so put off that I’ll never rent from here again.

Worst customer service. Person helping me spoke so softly you could barely hear her and was rude when she had to repeat herself. She then argued with a customer working with someone else there. When I requested the two customer service people switch so that she could help that customer she snapped at me saying she is working as fast as she can and asked us to wait outside while she looks for scooters. Other customer didnt have to wait outside and had a scooter in less than a minute while we sat outside for over 10 minutes. She brought a chair out and ran it into the back of someones truck and said good thing you have insurance.

I recently rented a bariatric scooter to attend a 3 day conference from these guys. I have been to this conference before in a regular wheelchair but it took so much effort to get across the campus at the end of each class, I saw none of the other stuff going on, and I was so sore afterward. It was wonderful to have this motorized cart and actually get places on time, be able to see all of the attractions, and just enjoy the event. The equipment itself was a HUGE win for us, as it allowed us to spend the whole day at Disneyland w/ no fatigue problems. The joystick on the powerchair was really sensitive and it took some getting used to, but other than that it was amazing.That said, the customer service left me wanting. We had called 20min before arrival to let them know our ETA and got confirmation that our powerchair would be ready for us. When we arrived at the Camelot parking lot, the only person working there was out delivering to another customer. I called the cell # listed on the door and left text msgs, but got no reply. Walked in and got an Evc. The clerk, Jessica, never offered insurance. I had to ask. She quoted an additional $10. After completing paperwork I decided to add insurance. Then the price went up an additional $20. I decided to rent at Disneyland instead but she refused a refund. I asked for the manager and she refused to allow me to speak to the manager. The price was very reasonable and the customer service was amazing. My husband has mobility issues. They delivered a scooter for him and picked it up when we were ready to leave. I will totally use their service again when in the area.

A GREAT EXPERIENCE.The scooter was at the hotel when I got there. It had plenty of power and battery life. Took it back to lobby for pick up when checking out. Will DEFINITELY use One Stop Mobility again.

Because of recent surgeries I needed a wheelchair to get around Disneyland. One Stop Mobility was the answer. They not only had the chair at out hotel upon our arrival but made all efforts to help us out with another chair when my daughter broke her toe. They get 5 stars

Friendly staff but mobility scooter was in poor shape. The handle/steering column kept coming loose. The scooter made a grinding noise anytime it was in motion from the front wheels. And the headlight did not work. I ran into several people in a dark ride queue and once the sun went down.

Anaheim Scooter Rentals (One Stop Mobility) had the scooter I had contracted for at the hotel when I arrived. I used it throughout the term of the convention I attended. The scooter was reliable, comfortable and provided me with the mobility to attend every session of the conference that interested me, and gave me the opportunity to see a part of San Diego. I would gladly rent from Anaheim Scooter Rentals (One Stop Mobility) again.

They were great to rent from. Rented a 3 wheel HD scooter and they have tons of power! The scooters are allowed in most lines in Disneyland and it could maneuver perfect around sharp corners!

The stroller I rented was in poor condition. There was a giant hole in the basket of the stroller. I tried several times to have to stroller swapped out, but was given the runaround. I have rented strollers from other places in Disney World and the quality was not even comparable.

Horrible customer service . I just dropped off my scooter rental 10 minutes ago and I had called before dropping it off at One Stop Rental there answer machine said that they would be open until 7 pm. When I got there it was closed and I had seen the light was on and a female employee was there and wouldn’t answer the door. After trying 3 times calling, texting, and trying to getAssistance from the female employee with no success, I finally called the emergency number and they had told me that they closed at six even though their message it’s 7pm and someone was there but didn’t help wow…..

Upon arrival, the 1 employee was helping another customer, they ended up having problems and it ultimately took 20 min longer than expected. No big deal. As soon as we approached him, he had to take a call from his manager about a scooter that was faulty at a restaurant nearby. He told us sorry, cant help you right now, I will be back in 30... WHAT! I insisted that he spend the extra 15 min to assist us as we were not able to come back in 30 min nor the remainder of the night and needed the stroller then. He then insisted that if he didnt leave right away, he would be fired.. ok seems a bit extreme. He ended up helping us because my wife was almost in tears and within 10 min we were on our way.Either hire an additional staff member or help those who are currently in the shop before abruptly closing.

The company had bad communications and charged too much for wheelchair rental. The guy who assisted us was completely unprofessional and inappropriate towards me asking me what my height was calling me a midget. When I tried to leave my email blank he wouldn’t leave it blank.
