Im not sure how to put this but; this is now my go to spot and I traveled up from San Jose today to visit them. Prices are amazing staff is friendly and upbeat! Willing to crack some jokes with you so a big plus. As this was my first visit I wasnt sure how the set up was going to be but the staff will help you as much as you need. I have a tun of questions I felt and they slowed the sale down when she realized I was new. She went through sale items for me and pointed out some discounts she could get me. We ended up breaking my transactions into two so I could enjoy extra discounts on top of the deals I was getting!! So above and beyond love this store! And Im going back at the end of the week for more because they are so incredibly nice and make me feel so welcomed. 😍🥰

Great experience. This dispensary is busy, so I try to be prepared with multiple options.The bud tender noticed me waiting. She hopped on and helped me out. There were a couple items sold out and she did an excellent job helping with options. Thank you!

My experience is usually great and most of the time Derek helps me. But on a recent visit, I had a terrible toothache which needed a root canal so I went to the store arriving at about 7:00 p.m. and a young sista by the name of Moe attempted to assist me with my usual order. I need the capsules and 50 mg and 100 mg but she told me they were not for sale anymore and not for resale. I couldnt understand it?? She then asked her coworker named Scott if that was correct and he said yes as well. I told them that I didnt understand that and why they still advertising the boxes in the store if they cant sell it. And no one understood my concerns at all. BUT THANKFULLY the next lady that helped me was so nice and understanding and she told me that Scott and Moe were incorrect and that they do have them in stock and that they do sell them. So I asked just because the manager and she said she was the manager and I believe she said her name was Natalie or Nicole. Not for certain. But my one-star rating is for Moe and her nonchalant customer service. Your store can do much better!

My only complaint is this: me order was $113, you charged me $115 (on my DEBIT card) and refunded $2 in cash. BUT, I was also charged the $3.50 merchant fee bringing my total charge to $118.50. Consider JUST charging the order + merchant fee to cost ME less overall.

It is my birthday and Im a first time customer. Just wanted to treat myself to a new cart. My budtender was friendly, but the long dread manager noticed I was paying my total of $24 with the money I had on hand, which was a roll ($25) of dollar coins I also got for my bday. He initially and aggressively says he doesnt have to take legal tender and can refuse. I asked him to please not make my birthday unpleasant. It was a negative first time experience and I will not return, as there are two way more kind and courteous dispensaries off the same street.He was short tempered and snapped aggressively when I advised him coin is legal tender for all debts public and private. Intense energy and presence.Wont be returning its 20 minutes later now and stopped my birthday vibes short and unpleasantly.Caveat Emptor

Of all the dispensaries in the east of Contra Costa, One Plant in Antioch is one of the very best and I highly recommend them!!!A few things that separate them from the rest of the pack include best variety, great purchase system compared to most others, carries *most* name brands, not just *some* name brands, and, they are easy to talk to about tough issues for which they resolve to customers satisfaction!! To this point, I am in a cart issue dispute with another dispensary -- something that doesnt happen at One Plant (at least when I needed to exchange a bad cart for a good cart).Also, their prices as as good or better than everyone else (which previously was not true).Again, highly, highly recommend One Plant in Antioch!!!!!

Wide selection of popular name brands at a decent price. Great layout, you get to see the packaging which is kept upfront with the customer for display. Their staff is welcoming and fairly knowledgeable, but you should know what you like as its mostly personal preference. Stacy has pointed out some awesome finds for me, lots of lolo flowers which are great bargain for the price.

Idk what the lady’s name was, but she was wearing Jean shorts, had some cool socks on, red hair? And glasses. She’s is so sweet and kind and very helpful. Sometimes it’s hard for me to explain things or ask for something cause I have bad anxiety and she just straight up walked with me to display (which most workers even in other jobs don’t do) and explain things and made me feel a lot more comfortable being there and asking questions. I have been a loyal customer since they opened their doors. I go every week. I recently lost my wallet in the ocean and explained my situation to the person at desk and was denied entry. I have seen and been with people without identification be let in. I am very disappointed and will not be returning.I have since returned and low and behold its the typical dispensary vibes. I normally don’t do reviews but I had to for this dispensary. I have never been inside a dispensary before I normally order online and have it delivered. I decided to stop by one plant and was so nervous but the staff quickly made me feel so comfortable. The lady who helped me was named Stacy she was so down to earth and she really took the time to show me all different products and explain them to me. I told her I was looking for something for pain and sleep and also something for hanging out. For sleep she recommended the connected biscotti and when I enjoyed it last night it definitely helped me go to sleep and I didn’t wake up with any pain throughout the night. For hanging out she recommended ember valley lemon cherry gelato. It’s a great hybrid i really enjoyed it. It was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you one plant for having such kind and knowledgeable staff. I’m a customer for life now.

The one star is for the horrible experience I had to endure as I’m walking out the club I pick up some lanyards next to a table that where FREE and a senior citizen lady with gray hair that works there harasses me about taking 2 she tells me that those are only for the customer’s. Which I Am, but to her it was such a big deal that she felt like she was entitled to reprimand me. If something is free what does it matter how many I take? An to be honest I felt like she was being prejudice against me since her tone of voice was very condescending and judgmental. Watch how you speak to customers i didn’t appreciate being attacked especially when I’m literally grabbing items That hold no value to your life Ma’am.

Update: they also round up your change which is kind shady. It’s one thing I didn’t have the change but to round up my ten cents to the next dollar when I had the exact change is shady. The employee said they don’t accept change, it’s not about not having change to give back. Who’s keeping this extra money ? They’re quick to round up but not say hey we’ll forgive your 13 cents since we already took for everyone else today. Delta dispensary does accept and give back exact change.I’ve come in on 3 different occasions where they didn’t have what was On the menu. I had to come back to take back a star. They have a promo running with stiiizy yet they don’t have anything in stock. Sloppy AF. Not the first or last time this will happen. When stiiizy brought their stiiizy Mart truck they didn’t have items in stock that day or even knew what promos they were running. Please keep your employees in the loop when running promos or when the company is showing up for a pop up. #trash
