Alexi was a pleasure to work with throughout the duration of my lease! He was very responsive, easy going, and you can tell he genuinely cares for his clients and tenants best interests. I would absolutely rent from one of his properties again!

Alexi Rabay was the best! He helped me and my brother move to a great place in Golden Hill and was very informative and cordial on all the steps and general procedure. When we needed something fixed or had questions he would respond to us right away. Highly recommended!

Alexis is very professional. Always available and helpful. He was able to qualify good tenants in a short amount of time, I never had any problems with my tenants, they left my house in great condition. We are very glad to have worked with Alexi who oversaw the renting of our home for close to 3 years. From the very start, he was knowledgeable and securing a good tenant. He maintained excellent communications with us throughout and was always cordial and personable. The day to day running was never a concern for us as Alexi was on top of it and informed us of whatever we needed to know when we needed. When we decided to return to our home, he handled all the lease terms etc and completed all the move out repairs in a timely fashion.Thank you Alexi and the team for your work with us, we have appreciated you. We would recommend him for any homeowner looking to have a property manager.

Alexi has been the best property manager weve ever had! As a military family, thats saying alot because weve been through our fair share of property managers. Whenever we needed something, he would go above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of in a timely manner. I feel like he has taken the personal initiative to listen to our needs and then surpass them!
