I want to share my experience working with Omid and Omni Legal Group. The past 5 or 6 years going back and forth with the US patent office in applying for my Patent This was the most exciting and also the most nerves I have ever been because you never know what the out come will be. I remember my first meeting with Omid. I remember being in his office waiting for our first introduction, here came in a very sharp dressed man who had very good energy around him, and he also was very upfront about everything and made me clearly understand what I was getting into before I even invested my time and money into my first Ideal/ Patent witch at first was just an ideal and a Dream. He was very clear when he walked me through how the process would work and also made it very clear that there is no guarantee, witch I respected because most lawyers I met with before him seemed like they were just about getting money from me and collecting a fee to file some paper work, this guy was different. HONEST, DISTINGUISHED AND HIGHLY AFFORDABLEPast 7 years, we invested and wasted tremendous resources on a single trademark registration. We went through 6 different trademark attorneys just to see them going completely careless after signing the retainer or asking for more money for something they are not even putting much effort into. To me, registering trademarks have been more like a blindfolded gambling hoping the trademark examiner would be lenient as we could no longer expect any quality from our own hired attorneys.My biggest gripe is that I ended up going through as many as 6 attorneys even though I already had my eyes on Omid. I saw his reputations and I knew he would bring a result. But what I was afraid was that Omid might charge very high rate or will just carelessly delegate my case to his hired hands just like other attorneys out there. AN ABSOLUTE MISTAKE! Omid CHARGED ME MUCH LESS than average rate and he was fully dedicated to my case down into finest details at PERSONAL LEVEL! He processed case all by himself and he kept track of every detail to apply towards answering questions, suggesting ideas and assisting to reach a solid conclusion. And every step of the way, he personally replied and met me upon request within 24 hours to kindly advise and discuss.If there actually exists a noble and benevolent attorney in this century, that has to be Omid. This was my first time dealing with a patent attorney (Omid). I wanted to write up my own patent application, but became overwhelmed quickly in the process. Meeting with Omid was very pleasant. He was attentive and effective at easing my mind with all my questions and concerns. Of course, in the back of my mind I was thinking this was way too easy and I started to worry. On time, as promised, I received the patent application from Omid to sign. As I was reading through the description and reviewed the drawings, I was amazed. Omid and his people did an amazing job making my patent as strong as possible. They put a lot of thought into my application and actually expanded on my idea which I really appreciated. They really went above and beyond and I thank them. The drawings were awesome! I was amazed at how well they captured my product from my amateur photos.Update: It took a little over two years, but my patent has finally been approved! To this day, between my wife and I, weve received two trademarks and now the patent. Omid really takes the pain out of the whole process.
