I submitted a request through their contact form on their website after hours, and received a response within the first two hours of them opening the next day.I had a flat rear tire in a size that isnt normally stocked by other shops and not only did Omega have it in stock, but had 4 or 5 options for me to pick from.They recommended a towing company and let me know they could get it back to me same day if I brought it in before a certain time. I dropped the bike off and did some work from one of the many food places in walking distance. A couple hours later they let me know it was ready for pickup.All around a really fantastic experience. Customer service was on point, everyone was pleasant, a couple people walked in to look at their stock of motorcycles and the sales guys werent pushy and even recommended cheaper, less powerful options for one of the newer riders that came in. I think they even adjusted my front brake a bit because it isnt rubbing anymore - something the dealership I took it to said they couldnt reproduce.I will be recommending Omega to everyone.

Great service and trustworthy. I dont know much about my motorcycle but they have been honest and my bike runs great. They have fixed my bike a few times and I have been happy with the work and fair pricing. Will be back if I need anything.

Tony and his staff know their niche--- Bikes...Any and All Bikes. I love that they are open on Saturdays & Mondays!!!! This place is my Oil change central every 1500 miles. The customer service guys are nice, friendly and funny. Their Guys that turn the wrenches in the shop are dedicated professionals who know their stuff.I’ve been using this place for about 4 or 5 years now. Still the best service.

The first time I came here they were the only place that said they could do my tires day of without taking them off the bike. They made me a priority and had quality tires in my size in stock. Im told its always best to call at least a day ahead to make sure they have time to stock your specific tires. I come all the way from placerville because the pricing is right and the service is excellent. I recommend this place to anyone looking for new tires

2 thumbs up!! Fair prices, excellent service. I showed up unannounced a day or two after getting a quote for a rear tire fix, price stayed the same and my ride doesnt have any mysterious problems. Ill be returning and recommending this place.

Talked to the service guy and he was overly rude and unhelpful. knew very little about motorcycles and got an attitude when i was asking questions about my bike. Then rudely cut me off and said he didnt want to touch my bike all together and hung up in face!!

My husband bought a bike here. We bought this bike to save money on gas to help us out since after loosing my Son age 24 this year changed things. We definitely needed to cut some cost - sold his car to buy a bike. His bike was knocked over within a month of having it and he thought what better place to bring it to then the same place he bought it. The customer service has never called or followed up one time. I’ve had to drive down to get them to finally get a estimate which took them two months to do. They then have still had the bike. The only one painter was in Mexico on vacation and got covid or had to stay for extra 14 days. The stories and reasons have went on and on we are over 4500 in rental fees - lost the summer of riding the bike. Now had to buy a car for the rain needless to say we didn’t save a penny - we in fact costed ourselves so much money trusting Omega with our service. When you’ve lost a child - you don’t have it in you to complain and raise a ruckus - you just simply want customer service some level of communication etc. We took the rental back yesterday thinking the bike was done yesterday now today at 11it was promised and now they said come back in one hour. My husbands had to miss 1-3 days of work due to this situation as well.
