Typical Italian restaurant service was good and it was a nice quick dinner to do with my husband and the kids. Great service food was quick. My husband loved the salad and appetizers. Very kid friendly especially if you have little ones. Overall not bad for a quick bit. ❤️

Delicious Unlimited Soup and Salad (also breadsticks)THE NUMBER ONE REASON; I was sat in bar area next to local City Officials telling secrets! We shared a bench seat with 2 tables. I was at one they were at the other.Im not sure if this lunch was a wink from God or the Devil! I do know that the Devil was doing the cha cha on my neighboring tables tongues!! Some people dont have the sense God gave a goose! Seriously, they were name dropping! They even talked about something being over budget for a million dollars! It took everything out of me NOT to interrupt and SAY; excuse me, did you say a million dollars or doll hairs? Just for the record there are 3 possible City Halls, these Bozo’s, could be working at.Back to real purpose of this review: I was like a monkey dancing on a razor blade, when I saw the Soup, Salad and Breadstick Lunch was ONLY $9.99! (I had a $25 gift card, from Xmas, burning a hole in my pocket! Now I get to have 2 lunches out of 1 card!) I skipped the breadsticks (because of my Weight loss Journey) The salad is always delicious The service was efficient and fast! Well since Covid many restaurants have changed the quality of their food but Olive Garden has remains the same. Service was excellent. My hats off to the two young ladies that waited on us so sweetly. A big group sometimes can make service with a smile difficult.Thank you!

Our family decided to dine here at the last minute on a Friday evening. The wait wasnt too long, the food was delicious, and our waitress was amazing! American Italian.....its good but very basic. I like Olive Garden, Ive never really been disappointed.This one is fairly new, very nice very clean. Staff is polite, service was fast. You have units on your table so you can order drinks and food without the serving team. So on those busy days you dont have to wait.

Its been years since I have been to an Olive Garden. I remember the food being much better. We had chicken alfredo, kids mac and cheese, and spaghetti with meat sauce. The pasta was very overcooked, too soft. The soup was oversalty, but the bread and salad remain as I remember pretty good. They also have gluten-free pasta, which surprisingly was better cooked than the regular pasta. Service was good and attentive.

The food is Olive Garden, you already know what to expect, it can’t really change. But the service is lousy before you even get seated. They have all these immature young girls playing hostess upfront that can’t even take your name and seat you correctly. Multiple people with the same size groups being seated ahead of us,. Then they text us more than once our table was ready, when I went up front they say oh it was a mistake. How ridiculous, how hard is it to get seating people in order properly?

Food is ok comparing to other olive gardens. Staff is very friendly but somewhat inexperienced. Place is nicely decorated for a gathering and families. Spacious enough that you are able to enjoy your meals comfortably with your kids. Salad and soup is always my favorite here.

This is usually my go to Olive Garden but my experience last night was less than pleasing. We were seated quickly and given drinks quickly but everything went downhill when our food came out. We had to ask 3 times for our utensils, refills and sides that were not brought out. We were continuously asking other servers for what we needed because every time we needed something from our waitress it was in one ear and out the other. We were charged twice and had to get the manager involved as well. The manager did not seem to care about our issues as well. This is the first time I’ve experienced such horrible service and it was even slow. I will probably go to another location from now on.

I love this restaurant! the food is really good and with great quality, the bread sticks are delicious. Unlimited salad or soup and bread sticks all the time. Chicken Alfredo is my favorite. Service is usually excellent, sometimes you have to wait for table or to be served because they get really busy specially on holidays, but overall excellent service. One of my favorite italian restaurant.

The staff was friendly and greeted us right away. We had a large party and for a place that doesnt have reservations we were seated quickly. The atmosphere and decor were lovely and pleasant. The music was a bit louder than what Im used to. Our servers treated us so well with big smiles and were very attentive. Appetizers came out quickly and we always had fresh bread on the table. My wife had the chicken parmesan and she did say it was a bit salty but my eggplant parm was so delicious that I didnt stop eating until the plate was empty. Since it was my wifes birthday meal the staff made sure to sing to her and she was given a tiramisu on the house which was the perfect ending to our meal. Overall it was a great visit and I cant wait to go back to enjoy another delicious meal with great service.

Love this place for the casual dinner. Our waitress was very nice and helpful. The main course was as good as usual. After dinner, we ordered a tiramisu and a strawberry cream cake for dessert. The cake was good, but the tiramisu was a disappointment. It was still iced-hard, as I was eating ice cream. Please do not let this mistake happen again to ruin this Italian restaurant.

Dont remember it tasting this salty before!! The minestroni soup, breadstick, and chicken parm were all way too salty for my taste.But not only that, guess dining in no longer makes financial sense for us family of 3.2 lunch specials at 12.99 (very small portions), one calamari at 12.99, one kids meal (a very unappetizing pizza) at 6.99, 1 drink at 4.59... and all of a sudden Im paying $68 with tax and tip!Sticking to Fazolis for regular Italian take outs. Or sticking with Bucca for a fancier option. Definitely felt this trip was not worth what I paid.

Probably one of the worst dining experiences Ive had recently The girl that was serving us was trying her best, but the food was horrible it took forever to get anything to the table and when they did it was either ice cold or just not good when they finally brought out the food they told us that they had run out of french fries and asked if we wanted a different side dishes for our kids they offered grapes or broccoli which is not a horrible substitute but when they brought the grapes out there was literally four grapes and a little tiny side cup, My wifes food didnt actually ever come out they brought out my sons pizza first which was ice cold the cheese wasnt even melted and they brought my daughters fettuccine Alfredo which should be a slam dunk for a place like this and it was horrible and cold then they brought my daughters chicken strips which she said she actually liked and they were very good but no fries and then the grapes as I said above. I ordered the ravioli once again for a place like this should be a slam dunk they were horrible the sauce was watery the noodles werent cooked all the way and it looks like they put it under the salamander for heat and let it sit for like an hour it was terrible and the whole time were still waiting for them to bring out My wifes plate which never actually came,after about 10 minutes we literally got up and just walked out. About the only positive thing I can say about this place is that the staff were friendly and polite but the food was absolutely some of the worst food Ive ever had. Even the breadsticks were bad, The iconic Olive garden breadsticks were bad!!!!! How is that even possible.

Nice venue and expedient service. Mia helped me and my brothers have a delightful experience at Olive Garden. We were happy with all the soups and pasta we had. On our order, we were delighted with our teas, Stuffed Ziti Fritta, Spaghetti, salad, and Minestrone. My only remark of concern was that the nearby birthday celebrations were not completely rejoicing. But this was still a nice place to join in the company of my brothers.

Have done pickup in the past and everything was ok. Wanted to have a nice sit down meal with the family tonight though and didnt get it. Booked wait time online in advance and site showed everything went through fine, arrived at restaurant and they had no record and put us at the end of the wait. The family loves the Olive Garden because everyone has something they like on the menu. The atmosphere is suitable for us because we can be loud and happy. Most servers are friendly and play along. The food is awesome. My girls enjoy their favorite plates and appetizers. Ee rarely have room for dessert, but when we do we have the chocolate volcano, or whatever its called, with vanilla ice cream. We do this olive garden one weekend every month and the whole family looks forward to it every time. I wish the wait was not too long but its part of the game wherever we go.

Food was great. But the only thing I wasnt happy with, is waiting so long for my eggplant parmesan lunch. The other two people that were with me, only ordered soup and salad. And they were 90% done with there lunch, before I got my food. Then I felt rushed to eat. Also, one of the other people at the table wanted seconds on soup, but had to wait until the batch was finished. The bottom line is that food needs to be planned out better. And getting to the table in a timely matter. I feel the problem ls in the kitchen.Because our waitress was amazing 🙂

Not my first experience with Olive Garden, but my first time came to this restaurant. Awful! The two stars are only for the “Olive Garden” brand, not for this store. I understand things are much expensive now, but it is not decent when you increase the price while drop the food quality and quantity. Check out the salad I got. Nice place. My sisters and I went out for lunch. We ordered off the special menu. Pricing was fare. Everything tasted okay. I ordered the soup and salad all you can eat. The 3 different type of soups were not to my liking. Regular normal soups were not on the menu such as chicken soup, tomato soup, clam chowder.....they had beans and pasta soups that didnt taste good. Salad was average. The service was excellent though our server was very busy. We tipped her well. Probably wont return again for some time.

The portion sizes are large, I could not finish it in one sitting. I was waiting one night for 2 hours to get a seat for 2. The service was nice and the food came quick once we waited for 2 hours. I like the breadsticks because they are soft and buttery and they have unlimited breadsticks.

Their idea of curbside pickup is having everyone hang out in front of the restaurant? Took over 1 hour to get anybody to notice me. If you want to be smart and not congregate with a large group during this pandemic, takes this long to get service. The management should have people wait in their cars, or fix their phone line. The manager must hate their wait staff or the people in the community, forcing them to constantly Wade through people by the front door. Will never go here again, considering never going to any Olive Garden again. Ridiculous and uncaring for everyone involved (including the staff). The all you can eat shareable Minestrone Soup+Salad+Bread sticks is by far the best vegetarian option they have got. Alfredo pasta was good. The Chicken fingers under the kids selection did not match our expectations as it wasnt tender however their customer service overshadowed it. They even packed some Bread sticks for us to take home. They have limited parking spots around the restaurant but the plaza lot has plenty spaces.

My mom sister and I came in for lunch Saturday, January 21. I really want to applaud everyone that took care of us. First off, I was impressed with the young lady that greeted us as we walked in and took us to our table. She also stopped to pick up a straw off the floor. No one seems to do anything extra now a days. Details matter. Our young male server was excellent. He kept our peach iced teas full and the bread, soup and salad stocked on our table. Also to the friendly gal that delivered our appetizer. The food was great, the atmosphere was clean, up to date and modern. Who ever hired and trained everyone. Keep it up!

Unlike the Olive Garden in San Dimas and I go to often because I live 5 minutes away The waitress at this Olive Garden was not very attentive and I had to flag her down twice to get refill on my drink, soup & salad! This was not our first time at this particular Olive Garden, but Im certain it will be out last.Just like our last visit, the climate was stuffy (heat didnt help). The staff was friendly, attentive and sat us down immediately, but after placing our order and settling in, we really began to notice the tables (and chairs) were stickier than normal and just how dirty the floors were.It was uncomfortable and dirty enough that we canceled our order and left.I dont expect every restaurant to be immaculate, but I do expect a bit more cleanliness from a big chain restaurant such as this one.

Olive garden is one of my favorite Italian restaurants. This location in particular is my favorite. The staff is always nice and the service is great. Every time I go the servers I get are very polite and attentive to all my needs. I am a big guy and drink a lot of water and the way I test great service is how long it takes them to refill my cup and they never keep me waiting long. I have been coming here for a year and at first the service was great and amazing. This past month I have come a total of 6 times and the service has declined drastically. This place is worth it if you get the right server (Richard)! Came here on a date night with my husband and our waiter made our whole experience subpar. We were very indecisive and he walked us thru our best options. Our drinks never ran dry, he was on top of refills and as soon as we finished our appetizers, our main course was ready to be served. This is not the kind of service I expected at a chain but the couple next to us told advised us we can request him from now on. Where should i start!!! Yesterday, on Fathers Day my wife wanted to order me a delicious feast. So, I decided on Olive Garden. My family likes it. I prefer Lucilles but they were not taking any orders. After ordering, it said it would be at least a 2 hour wait. That is understandable because of the holiday and the Opening of California. We arrived at hour designated time, waited a half hour and nobody came. I sent my wife in to check what was going on. I know we were not the only ones because others were checking why their meals were taking long to come out. The associate in Charge of Take Outs told my wife it would 5 to 10 minutes, This was unacceptable. i understand if i was in the restaurant waiting for a table. I requested a refund from the associate and he requested a manager to come to the Take Out desk. I had to wait another 10 minutes for no manager to arrive and for the associate to tell me i will be refunded. Not even a courtesy of coming out to the car and telling it going to take a few minutes to get our order. They were unprofessional because the manager did not come to give mean understanding of my situation. What was it?! They were understaffed, they were overwhelmed with orders or did someone not know who to do time management. Its not like they did not have a morning meeting regarding this day knowing it was going to be busy and better prepare themselves. Utter complete disappointment!!!!!!

I want to share what amazing staff and management you have. We are fasting for mongh of Ramadan for Muslim so we fast from sunrise to sunset all month.. My family had a sort of bad experience with the service here. The waitress had given us our salad and whatnot but no forks. It was what seemed like a good 10 minutes before we flagged her down because she was talking to another table of people. That was partly my bad because I could have gone to the hostess. We had a large group for our Grandsons birthday (he chose the place!), and the servers really went out of their way to make it special. Even I had to clean up minor splashes after it trying to drink it with a thin tiny straw. I understand that things have been changed dramatically by only allowing curbside service but the stay at home order is going on 2 months now which is enough time to work out the kinks. We ordered online ahead of time and showed up at the time slot we picked and waited a half hour only to be told that we would have to wait another hour and a half to get our meals. I had 3 small children in the car with me and waiting 2 hours to get our food and then drive home another 15-20 min was not going to work. Very upsetting about service!! The guy couldnt get the order right over the phone. So I keep repeating it over. He finally gets it right and charges for everything!! We drive there from Pomona to pick up, get home and its missing a buy one take one home order.. So we go back and we are only given the hot order not the take home order. Created a dangerous situation for employees and patrons by not having an organized, low contact policy for pick up. A large crowd not staying apart surrounded the entrance. To let them know you were there you had to pass through all those people. Also employees has to wade through all those people frequently to hand deliver food. They did not encourage people to stay in the car. To be safe and not get out of our car, it took 1 hour of repeated calls to finally get through only to be put on hold for another 30 minutes. Never ended up getting our food.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Love the way that this Olive Garden is decorated with a very modern yet sophisticated vibe. Wait time wasnt long, and food was delicious. Our waitress couldve been a little more attentive... we had to ask for silverware and napkins.. I was going to order dessert, but the waitress never asked... (which was ok because I changed my mind on dessert)

Its been so long since Ive eaten here that I cant remember when ate at any olive garden. Everything was great! My 2 critiques is the toscana soup was bland and watered with hardly any sausage in it. Garlic bread could have more garlic on it as well. Great carlamari!

We went as a large party for a bday celebration. The food was not as warm as it could have been and the service was a little scattered. Also, they took a long time before they brought out the complementary bday treat. When they finally did, we were all ready to leave. That was a little disappointing too. In general, an okay experience considering the size of the group. I have been there plenty of times so I know they can do better with one-on-one service. I will be back.

Service is mediocre. Portion is small for salads and forces customers to keep on asking refills for salads. Found two pieces of tiny rocks in two separate soup bowls and manager stated that this has never happened before. How realistic to state that foreign objects never found in food before? Manager seemed more interested in covering his ass and not very genuine or concerned about customers. Manager ended up comping entire meal but never came back for any follow up.

Here’s some advise stop taking payment and package up what should have been ready to go already, get those 10 -15 to go customers standing in the dinning area (due to the overflow), I’m sure those sitting down aren’t to happy with us standing over them as the eat. Food wasnt great the angle hair noodles were way over cooked, to the point where you put a fork in it and theyd break. I sent my meal back and it came back over cooked again. But my server made the difference, he was the best wait staff ever. Saved a disaster meal to a good experience.

Excellent service Miguel was wonderful however the pasta left a lot to be desired the angel hair pasta and regular pasta with marinara sauce unbelievable no flavor very minimal sauce to coat the pasta. When we ask for extra marinara sauce they brought out a little ceramic container with maybe 4 oz of sauce that I guess you would dip your mozzarella cheese sticks in and not for your pasta. Wanting a late lunch to celebrate our 48th anniversary, we went to Olive Garden. The waiter took our order, served our drinks. He returned one time --to bring the soup. The soup was cold and the lasagna was never served. We were leaving when the waiter stopped to ask us how our meal was! He didnt have a clue that I had never been served. The manager asked us to stay so we would go away hungry. Terrible service and lack of attention by the staff. We wouldnt be returning.

The Olive Garden has been one of my favorite places to eat for many many years.Chino Spectrum is extremely updated very very elegant yet their prices are still reasonable including dinner.very well staffed the the wait is not long even though there reception area and outside is full of customers that cant wait to get in I love this place lots of parking the bathrooms are very clean.
