I initially requested for a quote and on the same day, I received a phone call from Chris and informed that he will be assisting me for the home insurance policy. With the California insurance policy price sky rocketing, my current insurance is way off the roof for my budget. Chris and his team was able to prepare me a great quote that is reasonable for my needs. Briana sent me the details of the quote and answered me in a timely manner with my inquiries. I had a policy on a rental property for many years with Old Harbor. I had my residence and auto policies with another agent who did not respond to my repeated inquiries despite being a client with them for 10 years and never filing a claim so I thought I should shop around. Old Harbor, however, quickly responded with a very competitive quote. They provided the new policies in one day. Working with Old Harbor was fast, convenient, and saved me money. I found Old Harbor Insurance on a fluke...I was in a last minute pinch to find new short term rental insurance for our vineyard estate in Temecula when Carlo & Crystal came to my rescue. They quickly went to work to find me a new company. Carlo created this very cool and informative video explaining to me my options and after the video spent even more time on the phone with me answering my many questions and helping me to pick the best coverage option for our property and at a substantial savings over my previous policy. Crystal took care of tying up the loose ends and made sure I had my new policy in place right on time with no lapse in coverage. They made my last minute stressful situation actually pleasant and enjoyable.I loved working with Old Harbor so much that I just finished switching over all of our personal insurance accounts as well. Two cars, homeowners, earthquake and an umbrella policy to boot. When all was said and done, Crystal was able to save me about $1300 from our previous insurance carrier! She was amazing, making the switch once again seamless and easy. I am so happy to of found Old Harbor. Angela Zahn did an absolutely amazing job on a policy I needed done at the 11th hour. Working in the mortgage industry we see all kinds of insurance companies. Getting EOI or revisions done in a timely manner is often extremely difficult. In this case we needed a policy in a high-risk fire area for a client in a rural area, and over 20 carriers either declined to write a policy or could only do the fire coverage through CA Fair Plan. Angela and her company were able to write a full coverage policy at a great premium.I would absolutely not hesitate to work with them again!
