Hadnt been to this dispensary in a while but like always they never disappoint. Very friendly, Very helpful staff. Also great deals on cannabis, you can leave with an 8th of some bomb flower for less than $30 and they have a big selection to pick from also. If youre in town, I recommend to come and check out.

I am just at awe at the ignorance of these employees especially the bearded guy whose doing most of the talking. He keeps calling observer a child and doesnt think hes calling anybody names. And the blonde who is like dont record me yet she walks up to a camera how stupid can you be.

This is the place to go. Very organized and helpful. Large selection of flower and edibles. I personally like this place the best because it has iPad to look up different strands of flower and you have access information about the product. Lots of staff that can answer any questions that you have and very clean I would definitely try this place out you won’t be disappointed. It is cash only however, they have a ATM on site. And open on the weekend

I visited the shop during my trip to Ojai and it was a very nice spot. Lots of great things in stock that Im unable to get on the east coast even medicinally. Staff was polite and helpful and prices were reasonable. If Im ever in the area again Id stop by for sure.

Wow what a pathetic group of employees that work here. I hope to see more negative reviews here that stem from the video that’s circulating. All of them need basic education and an attitude adjustment. Bald guy W/beard acts like a clown and a 2 yo and pulls the race card bc he was call a Darren🤣. Blondie is so uneducated she doesn’t even know what public property is. The weakest guy of them all is cussing the auditor out just because he’s video taping. Then you call the police on him!! You all need to stop smoke while on the clock and then acting like you’re there to “protect your customers”. Also learn the difference between your feelings, and laws. My first time there I was suspended from going there, why world i go back? My friends I.D. expired so I went in, not being fimilar with a pot store I asked her questions. She was at the door, security blocking her from coming in well that is against the law. To ask her questions.They thought I was buy for her but it was for me. Long story short I thought they would educated me in how things worked in a store but they threw me out instead thats way I buy from growers.

This place is great, everything about it is great honestly. All the budtenders are knowledgeable and happy to help. Their prices are incredible. I honestly cant believe I just watched a half a dozen of your employees call the POLICE on someone exercising their first amendment right on PUBLIC property (while wearing your company shirts). On top of that, they felt the need to get in his face, surround him, and cry about imaginary laws that he was not breaking. You all should be embarrassed for yourselves. People have been fighting to lift the cannabis prohibition for decades, then you entitled babies call the police instead of googling public photography and just leaving the guy alone to make a boring, uneventful video. The police are NOT your friends. If they could, they would arrest you and throw you in prison in a second for selling cannabis. Now youre all on social media embarrassing yourselves while working at a still federally ILLEGAL cannabis dispensary. Heres a tip. If you dont like cameras, dont walk in front of the cameraman and give him 20 minutes of solid gold footage making yourselves look childish, rude and uninformed.

My top favorite about this place is the people who work there. I love when someone calls me by my name, and they always do. They remember their customers. Second, they have great products at a great price. And third, it’s never crowded. I’ve never spent more than 5 minutes to get what I need and be checked out.

The guy who helped me out was great! The owner or manager on duty missed out on a sale. I came in wanting pre-rolls and a gentlemen showed me a pack for $26. That was the price on the sticker as well as the others in backstock and that was the price he said! When I go to the register it doubles to $52. Someone said over a walkie talkie “yeah someone didn’t cover it with a sharpie. I wanted to get rid of those to make room for new inventory” They should have made an exception if that was the labeled price and the price I was verbally given. I turned and walked out the door. Never coming here again. Go next door instead!

I will start by saying that this place originally had some very good pricing, however more recently they have adjusted their pricing to be more in line with the other two dispensaries next door which for me eliminates their competitive advantage but I continued going there out of habit. However for me this place will no longer work for me. They are the only dispensary of the three that closes at 6:30 as apposed to 7p like the other two. I come from Oxnard and get off of work @ 6p so making it before they close is a challenge. But thats my issue, the reason for the one star review is that calling and explaining this I was told that as long as I got there by 6:30 I would be allowed in and that once inside the customers had until 7p to make their purchase. So I rushed there after work and got to the front door literally at 6:31 and 37 seconds (to be exact!). The door was already closed but there were several customers still in there. The security guard came to the door and I explained my situation and told him I had spoken to someone earlier. He then said sorry but we have closed our registers and turned me away. I explained I knew what I wanted and would be in and out (probably quicker than most of the customers that were already there). He again repeated that registers were closed (even though there were several customers inside still shopping) and turned me away. I get that after being there all day you want to go home but being in retail for a couple of decades now I also know that a business is successful because of its customers. As a customer I was VERY disappointed in their customer service and being that I have other options for were I spend my money I did what I told the security guard I would do and went next door and gave them my $200 business. And quite frankly I had a great experience at the other spot I went to.

Really bad selection. Apparently no where in Ojai sells Plug and Play. I took the obvious tweakers recommendation for a cartridge and it tastes like chemicals. So nasty I dont even want it, just wasted $40 bucks on trash. Really overpriced and just a really bad vibe there. Wish I just drove down to Oxnard to SafePort. Theyve never let me down.

Second visit & bought 14g of flower they suggested/pushed for me to buy.Immediately after smoking, flower had a disgusting aftertaste. Emptied out the bowl & the ash was ALL black too.If you are not aware, when flower ashes out black it’s a HUGE indicator that the plant was not flushed properly of the chemicals used.Not just an unpleasant taste, but worse you burn & inhale the dangerous chemicals as well.NOT HEALTHY AT ALL!!Very dangerous depending on the patient.Couldn’t believe they knowingly sell unhealthy medicine.So I called, tried to explained my concerns & guy on the phone refused to listen or get manager to discuss the alarming concern.He proceeded to rudely belittle & said there’s nothing wrong with smoking flower not properly flushed.Employees are either not knowledgeable or they demonstrate little regard for health of their customers/patients.Extremely disappointingGuy said, managers dont care & they are not going to help you & hung up the phone.Not only will I not return but will let all my friends know to never buy from a shop that doesnt care of unhealthy & dangerous product they are pushing on unknowing patients/customers.How extremely disappointing to be treated this way.This could have been such a great success story for them. Instead the failed.Zero stars is I could.

This place has exceeded my expectations and more.. The products are priced perfectly. The flower and concentrate that they consistently carry in stock is out of this world! Unprofessional, Uneducated, Entitled, Ignorant.Three trips in a row now where Ive ordered online, and when I arrive for pickup, they somehow dont have one or more of the items I ordered. No calls, texts or anything letting me know beforehand.I just turn around out the door, and walk nextdoor to another dispensary that is never short stocked, or lets you add something to your cart without it actually being there.Time consuming, annoying, lazy, repetitive, and poor upkeep. Not dealing with it any longer.Also, after viewing the hilariously disgusting, disturbing attitudes of your staff dealing with a 1st Amendment Audit, and failing absolutely miserably, you will never get my business again.You can film ANYTHING your eyes can see from public property, which is a sidewalk. You dont own the sidewalk. Common sense. Feeling uncomfortable or having your feelings hurt being filmed is not illegal filming from a public property. Store security cameras, traffic cameras...ALL of these cameras work in the SAME EXACT SENSE.Your employees attitudes when they all couldnt get their way. All the same reaction, all cut from the same poofy-chested entitled block.Seriously, get educated. What a 100% disgrace!I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

This was my first dispensary visit... ever. Immediately I walk in and there calm and clean environment. The display is fantastic! Digital picture and price at each table with actual strain in a magnified jar. Staff was more than professional and very pleasant.While I was there a very rude out of control customer came in. I have removed my prior review as it was full of hopes and dreams.In reality these folks have failed to be consistent at all in listing price and THC. After my last review there was a meager effort to address this issue...but by my third return visit they had seemingly completely given up.So no more dependence on promises and no walking away.Firstly... quality. The dispensaries do NOT dictate quality. The growers do that. In fact most of the qualities voiced by reviewers are not assignable to anyone other than the growers.So whats left. The display, the pricing, the inventory and the atmosphere.Display is above average. Inventory is large. Pricing is right in line with everyone else but the atmosphere is superficial and misleading.These folks arent your friends they are business people.Example. The so-called Green Friday sale. I was personally told by one of the lead salesmen that the early bird catches the worm...he even agreed that there would only be so many worms available. So naturally I was first in line.To my horror not only was my first place thrown out the window by the mindless approach to crowd control but to make the Sales Pitch even more absurd....None of the Vendors who would be, at least theoretically, guardians of the special deals and offers were scheduled to arrive until 4pm. Nice bait and switch. Standard business fare.Truth is there are no 5 or even 4 star level dispensaries in Ojai. As much as we might wish it and as easily as it might be achieved.This is still my fave and the best of the three but someone with a more consistent and honest approach will easily surpass these infant efforts.P.S. Also heard in line that they used to offer Swag to first time visitors. Well you can forget that. They dont track it and dont care.

Recently seen a video on YouTube about your employees harassing a camera man on public property. Don’t you guys not support the first amendment? Why did your employees assault the camera man? And waste resources on calling the police? With no crime being committed. You guys should have just left him alone but it just shows your employees harassing someone on public property. They also lied to the police about being on the property. Very shameful. Should teach your employees on actual laws and privacy laws. Also how them where your property lines actually are.
