Wonderful people always willing to help you out. I only live about two blocks away so its the perfect place for me to drop off my Amazon returns and such. Theyve got a lot of other nice services like copying and binding along with laminating. Its very convenient for me. And you can always go next door after your business and have a drink or snack at Jim and Robs or Lisas Cantina which are really the same place. Update as of the business center is still serving me most wonderfully

Ive been using their services for over 15 years now and Ive always had a great experience. Though, the new manager is obviously taking advantage of his monopoly on this service in the area. The price changes have been enormous. Also, he is very rude and will argue over petty 10cent details. He doesnt need your business and he will not hesitate to make you feel that way.

Respond to owner:Dont forget that the small items you sell, like tape, notepads, and car air fresheners, which cost between $1 to $5, help pay your bills. I come to your store frequently, in the beginning I started with smaller projects, todays I had 3 projects for modana. Recently, I purchased five big posters and other items totaling $280.There was only one instance where I purchased a single label that wasn’t found. Your employees created the file for me and didn’t save it, yet I was blamed for not having it. Furthermore, after I patiently and kindly waited for TWO hours while Madona helped other clients, u told her to refus to service me. YOU SHOULD NOT BE DENYING ANYONE ESPECIALLY WHEN WE ARE PAYING AND KIND CUSTOMERS!This review highlights that you discriminate against small businesses, as OTHER reviewers have also mentioned on here that you prioritize certain projects over others. Remember, you started with a small business too, Monaj. Those $1, $5, and $10 customers are what got you started in the first place.

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at this establishment. I have printed my labels and files here mutiple times over the past year without issue. However, on my most recent visits, I encountered significant problems.On this occasion, Madonna could not find my labels. This was my second attempt to get the same labels printed. Madonna admitted she forgot to save the file, but the manager, Monaj, seemed more upset by this situation than understanding. I felt discriminated against by Monaj, who kept instructing Madonna to tell me to go away, saying I wasnt worth their time because I was only printing small labels. This felt like discrimination against small businesses, implying that my orders were insignificant and a waste of their time.I waited patiently inside the establishment for two hours. Madonna was clearly overwhelmed, doing multiple tasks while Monaj kept pressuring her. Despite my patience and willingness to wait, Monaj decided they would refuse to service me today!!! He unjustly blamed me for not bringing the file, despite the fact that Ive printed the same label numerous times 20times before(same labels) with the guys that use to do designing last year . I somehow was able to go throw old email and find the file and he still refused to service me today for no reason! I was quiet, polite, I waiting in line while they took care of others for 2hours. After he refused me I didn’t say a word back I politely left and now writing this review and I am very sad and disappointed.Monaj attitude was dismissive and discriminatory, targeting small businesses like mine. This place appears to prioritize larger, more profitable clients over small businesses. I left the store feeling extremely disheartened and undervalued.If you are a small business looking for reliable service and respect, I would recommend finding another place that values all customers equally. This experience was a stark reminder of how some businesses forget their roots and lose sight of the importance of every customer, regardless of the size of their order.

I went to this store recently and walked into the manager complaining to his employee working on a document file. So asked if I can use the self printer. The manager insisted that I get an employee to help print out the work (I know how to use the office printer / scanner to print 50 copies). I declined but manager pressured his long haired blonde employee to do it for me, he was already working on a photoshop project at the time. So talking to the employee told him I preferred doing it my self, the employee politely asked me a few questions. I answered them and we pretty much understand agreed I know what I am doing and had me on my way. As I was printing, I heard another vent from the guy telling him he should of done it for him and that how we make more money in this buisiness. The Employee was on edge and told him Im already swamped and trying to finished a 250 dollar project due today and dont need to him to make you another 10 cent on paper.I mean I know its a business center, but I dont need to give people grief on not needing help for simple print jobs.

I have started a small business here it Ojai, and I am working on Flyer and labels and Monaj said out loud to his worker it’s not worth that the work I was printing was $1.80 it’s not worth their time. This is very rude and unfair as this means they don’t support small businesses or small local creators. He made me feel unworthy and a waste of time made me a very sad customer

Putting in a rare review to help offset the Karens giving 1 star to this place. They get clueless people every day who expect to be spoonfed answers without doing research. This place is vital to the community and I appreciate the helpfulness of the staff.

I cant express my disappointment with Ojai Business Center enough. From start to finish, my experience was an absolute nightmare. The staff seemed entirely clueless, often giving conflicting information. My packages were mishandled, leading to costly damages, and their promised delivery times? Laughable at best. Their lack of professionalism and efficiency makes me wonder how they remain in business. I would advise anyone and everyone to steer clear of this place.

I always send my packages through this center whenever I need to ship something, and Ive always been happy with their service. The staff is always nice, which is more than I can say for a lot of other shipping stores.
