Oil Changers provides quick and easy services. Their staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to inform you of what’s needed for your vehicle in a none pushy manor. I always go here for my oil changes and would recommend anyone to go there.

I drove into Sonoma, CA and my oil change light came on!!! Like always I freaked out that I couldn’t find a Jiffy Lube!!!However I called up Oil Changers, gave me no hassle. Made some recommendations, changed my oil and flushed my transmission fluid and had me in and out.Jake and Payton both paid me special attention and Phil was a sweet heart. I’m so thankful that there are still gentle and kind men in the world ♥️

AWESOME!Stopped in to make an appointment. The guys told me to pull up and they would complete the oil and filter change, add wiper fluid and check tire pressure while I waited in the car. Added new wipers.20 minutes later I was outta there.

Paid $80 for an oil change but whoever changed my oil didn’t put my skid plate on correctly. Four of my bolts were missing in the front and my skid plate hung down in the front and scraped on the road. How do 4 bolts just magically disappear?? Went out of town so someone else had to fix it. Emailed corporate and he told me to take it to a different oil changers to get it fixed. Called the manager at the Sonoma location and he couldn’t give me a straight answer on how my bolts went missing. Wont go back there and definitely not worth $80 for all the trouble.Edit: contacted them will my license plate with the email they gave me and never heard a response back. Very disappointing especially for the price point.

Super fast service! I was literally in and out of there within 15 minutes. Besides the oil change they also checked my lights signal lights headlights brake lights all of that.I would have given five stars but they forgot to turn off the maintenance light so Im going to swing back in to see if they can do that. I will definitely return though and recommend this place. The guys were great and friendly

I’ve been going here for years and they are quick and helpful. While I was there they helped someone in the next lane fix a problem from some other oil changer and didn’t charge for it. Classy! Note that you stay in your car during the process but it’s a super quick process. Highly recommend!

Exceptional customer service! My vehicles filter wasnt in stock but they retrieved it in 10 min from another store. Then they told me I really didnt need an oil change yet! The dealer hadnt reset the service reminder so they helped me with that annoyance as well. Im due now in 2K miles and will be sure to give THEM my business. What a great experience!

The manager at the Sonoma Hwy location has been there for several years, always supervising his crew, and they consistently do a great job. If you don’t need a service they recommend, they’re not pushy and intimidating. We bring 3 vehicles to them and they keep ‘em running 👍😃

On the good side - no wait and 15 min oil change, friendly service.On the bad side - my oil change warning light remained on after the service. The technician told me “We don’t have the scanner to read those codes, you need to go to Napa Auto Parts to get it turned off.” After some discussion when he insisted he had done his job and he could not help me further, but the guy at Napa would help me for free, I left.For a place in the business of oil change, I find this unacceptable. They should have the tools of the trade needed to do the work promised on hand.It is not fair to expect free labour from another business to complete the promised and paid for service.The guy at Napa Auto Parts was (understandably) not happy with this when I showed up - clearly I was not the first person they’ve sent over. He did not have time to help me as he was alone in the shop.However he advised me to look for YouTube videos for my car model, and I was able to find the procedure to turn off the indicator myself. This should have been Oil Changers first response so I didn’t drive off with the indicator screaming I needed a service I had just completed.After paying $155 for an oil change, I then had to spend another hour of my time driving around and watching videos to try to complete the service myself. :(

Service is good! The guy here Phil knows his stuff and he prioritizes his customers. They do a lot of work here and I really hope they are paid well. DONT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT HOW THE OTHER GUY LOOKS LIKE THE DUDE FROM GAME OF THRONES! They hear it too much. Just sayin. Ive taken all my cars here and they dont mess anything up! Ive checked that the filters were actually changed and they were each time so dont worry about the news stories about bad places because its not a thing here. There are some new faces in and out but the main guys are mostly the same.

I called around getting oil change prices for my old 2004 Chevy Trailblazer SUV that takes 7 quarts of full synthetic oil. Oil Changers quoted me $70 for both the full synth, and the 7 quarts …which was a great deal, but I should have known better.When I arrived and waited and they had me in guided into the chute, the kid told me the $70 was for regular oil. It was really $100 for full synth. I was thinking, “that’s what Silviera quoted” …which would’ve been my first choice except for the bogus lo-ball price from Oil Changers. But I was there and ready to roll, so I said, “Ok, go ahead.” So they open the hood and hem and haw, and the kid comes to my window and says, “the 7 quarts will make it $116.”I said, “I got a price of $70 for 7 qts of full synth… and you’ve raised the price twice now. If you can’t do it for $100, I’ll have to go elsewhere.”I could see the kid talking to the manager who’d given me the bogus quote. The manager didn’t even look up or come over to work it out. He just told the kid to close my hood and motion me to pull out… which I did.So in conclusion, the Sonoma Oil Changers is a lame outfit that lo-balls quotes to get you in there… then raises the rate they quoted… and are way too immature in taking responsibility.Use Silviera Chevrolet. They are super friendly, reputable, quote accurately and fairly on oil changes and any other work, give you excellent time estimates, notify you as soon as work’s completed, and always do high quality work. They’re also great communicators, something Oil Changers doesn’t understand the value of.

Pretty good, they seem alright but if you do go I would recommend checking your drivers manual to see what needs to be done and ask them what they will do with your vehicle, always ask them just incase. Before they had people that didnt really pay attention and would cause big mistakes, thats why I originally stopped going. But they seem to be paying attention more now.

It was my bad, car started showing up an alert all of a sudden, and it happened so, I was lucky to be nearby Oil Changers place at the moment. It was just 2 minutes before they close but anyway they checked my Prius and discovered I had run out of oil almost completely. Avoid this place at all cost. Especially on a Saturday morning there’s a young girl and a young guy there either they have no interest in changing oil early in the morning or they have no idea about simple oil changes, they’ll tell you everything in the book why they can’t change your oil. But they did have time for social hour between the two of them in the back of the building that I noticed as I checked my car in at Sonoma tire, lube and oil across the street. Save time go across the street to Sonoma tires excellent service professional people that know how to actually do an oil change. Very reasonable price.

I took my infrequently driven jeep in after more than a year. The excellent employee checked my car’s record and told me that he wanted me to get my full 3,000 miles worth from my last oil change and to come back after doing another 1,000 miles. He then checked the oil, just to be sure, checked the pressure on all the tires and sent me on my way. No charge!

In the past the employees here only tried to upsell you everything they could and it didnt seem like they really knew what they were talking about. After having a few bad experiences here I told myself i would never come back however i was already 1000 miles late for my oil change and had no time to schedule an appointment with my mechanic so i decided i had no choice but to get it done here. When i pulled up i told the guy right off the back, i dont want synthetic oil or any upgrades just a standard oil change. The first thing the employee (John)said was, your car doesnt need synthetic so i wouldnt offer you that anyways. John explained why my car didnt need synthetic and he explained what services were available if i wanted the best for my high mileage car. He didnt push anything on me and since he explained everything thoroughly along with the benefits i decided to add a few other services. John is definitely a car guy and because of this experience i will continue coming back here and i will recommend them to friends and family.
