I ran into a tax snafu this year that had me pretty scared. I called a bunch of places and all of them gave me very general cold shoulder answers. But not Robert, he was very understanding of my situation and the mental toll it was taking on me. At the end of the day Taxes are scary for the average folk but Robert reassured me to not freak out. I had to wait for a letter to show up over the next 4 to 6 months regarding my tax review. Robert checked up on me monthly to see if I had any updates. Luckily my issue resolved itself but I was given great service and check ups while not officially being a customer. I couldn’t imagine the service they provide if they were under retainer.

Nothing causes depression like non-stop letters from the IRS! A CPA misstep (not OIC) followed by unemployment for a 16 months then putting taxes aside, we were just too depressed to deal with it. We were in a real mess, years worth of back taxes with penalties adding up daily! Robert and team pulled us out and got us back on track. They are wonderful to work with and put our stress at ease.IRS is a slow and difficult organization to deal with. It is hard to put into words what Robert and his team at OIC have done for me and my family. I was under a heavy tax burden that had haunted me for years. It was literally affecting every aspect of my life. When I contacted OIC I had no idea the type of help I was going to receive. I had the opportunity to personally, while on a conference call, hear Robert go to battle for me and no allow the IRS to steamroll me. It is hard to say Robert and his team at OIC saved my life but it is easy to say they saved the quality of my life and put me back on track to life I have worked hard to build. 100% one of the best decisions I have EVER made. Robert and his entire team have been incredibly helpful and understanding in helping me manage and resolve my tax issues. Im self employed and taxes can be overwhelming, especially dealing with the IRS. Robert is always prompt in answering and responding to call and questions. I definitely could not have made it through my tough times without my Heavenly Father, prayers, and you guys working day and night to clear my name. I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with the service they provided to me. Initially I was skeptical having to do business over the phone rather than in person due to the fact that I live on the East Coast and they are located in California. Let me assure you this was not an issue whatsoever. Bob and his team were absolutely terrific . Never one time that I called him did he not answer or return my call immediately.Actually I am still having a hard time believing just how awesome this service is. After getting several letters from IRS, me and my husband Carl were really lost as to what to do. We called Bob and after telling him our situation, he said everything would be ok. He started right then working on our problem. He answered every time I called with all my worries. He did everything he said he would and it all worked out. Stressed out all the time. Working longer hours and more days and getting even more stressed out. We owed a lot of money from back taxes and didnt see an end in sight until I talked to the professionals at OIC Tax Services. The amazing thing was; I did not have to be present in person for them to help me. They listened to our problems right over the phone and looked everything over and assured us it was not as bad as we were thinking. I was about to have my wages garnished and had back taxes which I had not filed. They said they would help and they did. Within 48 hours the team at OIC TAX placed an end to my worries about garnishments and bank levies. Everything that was said to me, OIC Tax team made it happen.The IRS is no longer on our back and we can breathe a sigh of relief. THE VERY BEST IRS RESOLUTION SERVICE.I have never had any issue with the IRS during my 45-year working career. However, after my retirement, I made a series of financial missteps that resulted in my most dreadful experience. The IRS felt as a PIT BULL clamping its jaws on my rear end and would not let go. My attempts for a quick resolution resulted in calling several heavily advertised companies, most of which had the very same approach: 1- NO GUARANTY OF A RESOLUTION WITH THE IRS; 2- NO IDEA HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE THE IRS TO HANDLE THE MATTER; 3- MONTHLY PAYMENT REQUIREMENT FOR AS LONG AS IT TAKE TO HAVE THIS MATTER FINALIZED. Common sense dictated to me that the monthly payments might end up being far more than what I owed the IRS.While calling the multitude of the different Tax services, I landed on OIC Tax Services and spoke with Mr. Robert Forsythe.I gave Mr. Forsythe all of the details of my case and after listening to his response that I felt was most forthcoming, I was convinced that OIC Tax Services was the company that I could trust.
