Great customer service at OfficeMax (Santa Barbara)I had a fantastic experience at the OfficeMax in Santa Barbara recently. Josh was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to assist me in returning a product using their fedex. He was patient, friendly, and answered all my questions thoroughly. The customer service is always exceptional. My latest experience was more of the same. My salesperson was knowledgeable and kind. She even helped me to carry my new office chair out to my car. I shop there for all my office needs and will continue to do so.

Visit started w/ a phone call, exchange of information and ultimately an on site visit to Casper who remembered call and guided me thru purchase as though he was my personal shopper. Pointed out ways for me to save and benefits. Only thing he could have done better would have been to accompany me home and unload my vehicle.

I was insulted and shouted at by one of their employees.He even pursued me into the parking lot, still shouting at me.That was over 5 years ago, I have never been back.I tell this story, to make a point. If you upset a customer they may never come back.

Don, the manager is awesome his number one priority is that you leave his store a satisfied customer. He has helped me with business needs and personal. Is a is also great when he has helped me and very attentive to detail and doesnt just tell you what you want to hear. The lady at the printing office Christine is one of the rudest people I have ever met. She made me feel terrible for absolutely nothing. She mightve had a bad day but she took it out on me and I did nothing but act completely nice. Will never go back and taking my business elsewhere.

I generally bring my business here but as soon as they hired the new lady in the print center. I no longer feel like I want to bring my business to you guys because of the amount of rudeness that I experience each time she i go in there. It puts me in a bad mood as well as the rest of the customers. I could tell the other customers in there were a little irritated with her attitude as well.

Do NOT buy HP ink here! We bought HP branded ink for our printer, and the black cartridge turned out to be fake AND empty! That was a waste of $85. After multiple HP calls, we found this out, and had to buy our ink direct from HP, at 20% discount, to avoid the fakes.
