Wow, fantastic experience visiting Office Evolution in Walnut Creek, I found them and booked a Day Pass through LiquidSpace just two hours before I needed the space.Great directions on how to get here, and a very warm and personal welcome from Callie at the front desk!! No waiting, I was in my office with WiFi and hot coffee in under 2 minutes… what a perfect experience for those of us that need to get out of our home office occasionally!!!I highly recommend and thank the OE Walnut Creek team for a great experience!

Office Evolution in Walnut Creek is great! I have been a member for almost two years. My partner and I run a digital agency on both coasts - New York and San Francisco - so co-working spaces have been part of our setup for several years.First, Callie is the BEST community manager I have had the pleasure to work with. Flexible, fun, and attentive to all our needs. Nothing better than Callies greetings to get your day started! Dawn and Rhett, the owners, are onsite daily and also ready to help when needed.The physical space is clean, organized and well kept. The office furniture is of good quality and comfortable. The kitchen is always clean and a great place to start a conversation with folks from other offices.Lastly, the location is right across from the Walnut Creek BART station and blocks away from restaurants/Target.In other words, highly recommend!

We moved our Event Design and Production business to Walnut Creek over a year ago. Finding a central location was important for us. The staff at Office Evolution has been incredibly helpful and was welcoming from the moment we stepped in. I was granted a hassle free trial of the space, and I knew that it was perfect for my team and client meetings. I love that its very close to downtown, near the freeways, and centrally located to essential stores. The kitchen and conference rooms are well kept, and Callie, the office manager ensures that all of my clients/ partners that come through for meetings are well taken care of. She constantly checks to see if we need anything, offers beverages during our meeting breaks-- I cant see enough good things about Callie. I would highly recommend this space if you are operating a hybrid form of in office/ virtual model for your business. You have the flexibility of a corporate office feel but balanced with a really open and biz casual space. Thank you OE team!

My husband and I couldnt have asked for a better remote work set-up. Always quiet, clean and inviting ... Office Evolution became our home away from home for three months. The perfect blend of warmth and attentiveness that comes from a family run business with all of the amenities and professionalism one would expect from a co-working office. A spacious and modern office. Fresh coffee. Friendly community. Nearby shops and restaurants. All made for a productive and lovely day. Plus Callie running point at the front desk, greeting us with a big smile each day and making sure our every need was met. Would definitely recommend!

I needed a quiet place to study for the Pharmacy Board exam and had a great experience at the Walnut Creek Office Evolution. The staff are very professional and super nice people. Callie allowed me to use a room that was available and was higher than the level of service I signed up for. This helped me to focus tremendously and I was able to pass the test. Callie has always a smile on her face, she is friendly, helpful and very pleasant! I also have to thank Dawn for helping me on a Saturday when I locked myself out of the office. I highly recommend this service.

I highly recommend working from Office Evolution in Walnut Creek. They cover everything you need, plus things you dont realize you need.The internet is fast, I never had an issue doing virtual meetings from there daily.Kitchen is so convenient. I packed my lunch daily, and warmed it up in the microwave. They also have every kind of coffee, tea or hot chocolate you could crave, and Callie keeps the fridge stocked with all of the delightful creamers!Callie works at the front desk, and is the most knowledgeable and kind person. She was so helpful with anything I needed while I was working from Office Evolution.Had I not moved, I would have continued working from there as long as I could.

We had a great experience with Office Evolution. Myself and a colleague usually work remotely but needed a place to meet in person for a couple days. Office Evolution was perfect for us. The space we used was just right for 2-4 people. It was easy to connect to Wifi and use the TV that was available in our conference room. The room had all the basics we needed - whiteboard, conference phone, TV monitor, table + chairs. Callie was a great host. She was very up-beat, friendly, and eager to help with anything we needed. Everything was very easy from start to finish. I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable office evolution was. If my colleague and I need to meet in person again, well be back.

Our Zammo team had such a wonderful experience at Office Evolution. The space was very clean, well-lit, and inviting. Callie was so helpful getting us settling in, offering fresh water, lattes, coffee, and other great espresso drinks. Our work room had a big whiteboard and TV we were able to project our computers onto. Looking forward to our next working session here!

Office Evolution in Walnut Creek has positively impacted my work experience. Working from home was very challenging for me with plenty of distractions and lack of a professional work environment. The team at Office Evolution in Walnut Creek took the time to inform me of potential options that fit my need and Ive been so happy here. Becoming a member here has been one of the best decisions Ive made in a long time. The office staff are very kind people, the office is clean, they take full measures to ensure that their members health is paramount, the offices themselves are equipped with awesome desks and chairs, and we have amazing conference rooms here with big screen TVs for presentations. i recommend Office Evolution in Walnut Creek with no reservations at all. this has been an absolute game changer for me and Im so happy I found them!

Office Evolution is a great place to work, and get out of the house! The welcome/kitchen area is very inviting and makes your feel right at home. The area is light, airy, clean and spacious. The offices are really bright and clean, with plenty of space. There are a few different size offices to select, as well as a few conference rooms depending on the need! All in all, Office Evolution is a fantastic place to get some work done or meet with a client, or host a lunch in learn! Highly Recommend checking them out!

The office is centrally located across the street from Walnut Creek Bart with plenty of garage and street parking nearby. The offices are large with adjustable height desks, plenty of storage and good lighting. The kitchen is well stocked with coffee and tea and the offices are well maintained. The management team is warm and friendly. This is a family-owned business and their warmth and genuine interest in the success of their clients businesses as well as their own really shows. Callie is very thoughtful and attentive. I have had a great experience in this office and highly recommend to anyone looking for a co-work space around the Walnut Creek area.

I have spent several days at Office Evolution because it is so inviting. The space is conveniently located directly across from the Walnut Creek Bart Station and it is walking distance to Downtown Walnut Creek. It is clean, simple and organized. I have also conducted a Lunch and Learn in the conference room and it was a great experience. The presentation went off without a hitch because everything was preset and ready to go.However, these are not the reasons that I utilize Office Evolution (as wonderful as these attributes are). I use OE because of their fabulous team: Callie, Dawn and Rhett are attentive, caring and welcoming. They make me feel as if I am their only customer and they ensure that my every need is met. I am so appreciative of their customer service and I will gladly refer my colleagues, friends and family to Office Evolution because I know that they will receive the same treatment that I am given.

Im a Virtual Assistant and I work remotely in a different state. Our company needed a conference room in Walnut Creek for a VIP Workshop with one of our clients. I researched on Google for a space in Walnut Creek, found a few that could work, and reached out to 4 different locations. The quickest response was from Callie at Office Evolution. I let her know what our company needs were and she graciously walked me through the different rooms they have to offer (plus what she thought would work best for our needs). We were able to work out the dates, rates and get everything scheduled right away. She was even able to accommodate a last minute need for use of a private office for a separate call. Ive been in customer service work for most of my adult life and I know how important it is to make a good first impression. Callie did just that for us and even surpassed what we were looking for. Wow. I am super impressed by the professional setting & amenities offered here. During my first visit Callie provided an in depth tour, shared with me the benefits of the different packages offered & helped me determine my long term plan of using Office Evolution. My business partner and I rented an office for a few days to do strategic packing without distractions. The space was reasonably affordable with a video screen, white board, and such. Callie was great help getting us settled. My only issue is that the restroom is in another part of the building, which means a key card and code after hours. Also, be aware that parking is $18/ day.

The Office Evolution office has been a really great experience for me. About a year ago the parent company I work for made the decision to close our physical location in Concord and make the operation a remote operation. I didnt really have a home office so getting an opportunity to work in a professional office space where I can have a private office has been incredibly uplifting for me and my effort in leading the organization. The space is very clean with great lighting and a kitchen space for coffee or snacks. When the fires occurred in October and my home office was without power the Office Evolution location become my operating location. The staff at OE were very supportive and accommodating doing all they could to help. On those days when the power was out I was able to use BART to get to the OE location helping me feel better about not contributing to the issues that may have contributed to the fires. I really appreciate the OE staff and all they do to make me feel comfortable in the space. Im already looking to book more time in November when the relatives come to town and stay in my home office.

Her attention and genuine sense of support not only exceeds everyone’s expectations but transcends to touch everyone deeply. I’ve worked in a number of different work spaces and Office Evolutions really gets it right. For me, I needed the privacy of an office but love the open office environment and sense of community. Here the atmosphere is conducive to work with versatile settings and all the amenities one needs—kitchen, coffee, conference rooms, printers, etc. It’s centrally located, easy to find, and has convenient parking. The positive tone is set from the moment you walk in! The welcoming smiles and eagerness to make you feel comfortable from staff like Callie is what makes this place stand out. They consistently go above and beyond to help with logistics and make the environment a warm and fun place to be. Emails are promptly returned, if I had questions they were instantly right there in person and/or texting me back, and feedback is welcomed. Over the last month, I have used Office evolution a few times and found the offices to be very conducive to professional meetings. Having had issues a few times at home with Zoom/slow internet connection, I find this a great way to take important meetings.The location is central, across form the WC BART station and the offices are perfect. There is always someone to let you in during business hours; the offices, conference rooms and individual work stations are well laid out and bright for zoom calls and if required, they have everything youd take for granted in an office environment - a copier, stand-up desks, coffee/tea, etc. And I find the pricing reasonable for such a set-up. They have different pricing plans depending on needs.If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you Office evolution team, you make me look good for interviews, customer meetings etc.

The place itself is great and is conveniently located, however the standout aspect of this place is certainly Callie (Business Center Manager). We went over for a couple of weeks from UK and we couldnt ask for someone better to host us here. Callie is super knowledgable of the local area and extremely helpful when it comes to helping within the office. I have been a member at Office Evolution Walnut Creek for over five months now and I cant say enough about the space, the owners, and the productivity in my business as a result of having office space at this location. The office manager and owners are supportive and meet my business needs, the facility is clean and fresh/modern decor and function making for an excellent office space; I have met clients here and hosted meetings in the conference rooms; enjoyed meeting other entrepreneurs in the office; and the new outdoor space is really shaping up to be a lovely area Im sure we will all enjoy. You cant beat this location for easy access (5 min walk!) to the Walnut Creek BART station.

I moved from my home office to a private office when Office Evolution in Walnut Creek (1990 N. California Blvd.) opened their doors in April. Ive discovered Ive become more productive because there are fewer distractions. My office is bright and comfortable. It comes with a standing desk that use throughout the day. I enjoy the professional environment of this Office Evolution location. Im always greeted by the Business Center Manager, Calle Bratt, and she handles her day to day responsibilities of managing the center and handling my requests promptly and professionally. Ive taken advantage of the amenities like coffee and tea service, storing my food in the refrigerator and use of their microwave. The utensils, glassware, and mugs are easy to find and are cleaned throughout the day. Im very satisfied to have switched from my home office to the professional environment. There is great energy here at Office Evolution in Walnut Creek, CA.

Booked a conference room for a visiting team from Texas. I was really impressed with how well everything worked - from getting situated, being offered coffee and water, to connecting and using Wi-Fi (fast, no issues) to projecting laptop onto the TV using the provided instructions (again - worked well, no issues). The place is centrally located and easy in and out. We catered lunch from a nearby restaurant. Conveniently located across the street from Walnut Creek BART, Office Evolution features beautiful brand new private offices, shared work space, meeting rooms, and a friendly team that will make you feel welcome and get you started quickly. Needless to say internet access and WiFi are blazingly fast, meeting rooms are high tech, offices ergonomically furnished, and you have access to copy and print equipment. Unlike many cold office spaces, Office Evolution Walnut Creek goes the extra mile to make the space warm and inviting, including fresh fruit, coffee and tea, and original artwork on the walls. Based on my experience, this environment is much more conducive to productivity than my home and the space and location couldn’t be better. If you are looking for an office away from home and a boost to your productivity, I would encourage you to check it out.

I love this place! Clean, professional and excellent customer service! I had a meeting with a new client here and couldnt be happier about the experience. Occasionally I will meet clients/prospects at a coffee shop, but after utilizing office evolution for the first time last week I will be coming back. I was set up in a day office and had the privacy and cleanliness that you dont get at a coffee house. And they provide excellent coffee, tea and other beverages. I highly recommend anyone that is looking for a new, clean, private and professional office to meet with clients/prospects to check them out!!

I travel all throughout Cali for my company and experience lots of different office spaces. Office evolution is by far the best. They have ice water prepped and food out and all of the space is nice. The workers are always there for whatever you need. Really just blown away with this place.
