I stopped by there this morning to get some ink for my printer. In case youre looking for ink, they are kept behind the counter. When I finally found it, I was trying to look to see how much it was, when a female voice from the copy center said, Youre not allowed to be behind there! It was kind of on the rude side. So, as I passed her, I said, You didnt have to be so rude about it! No apology at all. The person who rang up the purchase was 100% friendlier! So, I guess I got the worst and best of Office Depot in one trip!

It was as good of a service as it can get. I was able to handle self service printing. Theyre doing a good job overall. Nowadays getting what you expect is more than sufficient for a 5 star review in my humble opinion.

Slowest service on Earth! Project I dropped off 2 hours ago that was supposed to be ready by now hasnt even been started. Meanwhile, they continue to serve walk up customers while my project still sits untouched! Unbelievable!
