I needed last minute copies and a poster for my business event and I ordered everything online. The whole process was clear and smooth and easy! The options for paper quality and sizing was all customizable on the website. I was worried because I had a big order with different specs but everything came out PERFECT and good quality!! My order was ready for pickup within hours and when I got to the store the associate was kind and detail oriented enough to divide everything out so I could clearly identify each order. No mistakes, everything was exactly as I indicated online :) I was so relieved and I trust Office Depot with my business!!

They took the person behind us because he’s been there for a while. Like we haven’t been standing there. So what’s the point of a line? All I had was a drop off order. They’re also understaffed won’t be going back after I pick my order up. Also this isn’t the first time they’ve taken the customer behind us. Went here because it’s close to home. But not anymore.

Leslie at OfficeMax in Signal Hill was the most helpful, knowledgeable, patient, kind and professional staff member I have ever encountered. She helped me with what I thought was an impossible task at the same time she was helping no less than five other customers in person and on the phone. The others looked like they were walking away happy and I did too. She helped fix all the mistakes I made in trying to prepare my order and she ensured that it turned out correctly and on time. The manager saved the day! There was some sort of mishap and the register froze mid payment. After waiting and the manager offering me options, I was able to walk out of the store with my purchase! He even gave me an additional discount to honor the original total!

Maggie in the print center is simply the best. She went above and beyond to ensure that my Dad’s celebration of life obituary printed perfectly. She made a very difficult situation much easier. Please properly staff this site. I came in to get 1 item laminated and was told I would have to leave the item overnight because she was by herself. That is ridiculous, it takes under 5 minutes to laminate not over 12 hours.

Dont love or hate them. The selection of products sold in-store are always nice to look at, especially when looking for a deal. Online shopping is always tricky since you never really know the quality of what youre getting until you take it home, unbox it and actually try it. Then the risk of being upset because the product is damaged, that you may have to return it, And fuel isnt cheap. There used to be an Office Max up the street but now the only one near me is a bit far so to have to revisit to return a faulty fan that was sold as new is very upsetting.

Roma, Maggy & Nicholas are helpful, efficient and very kind. I have been coming into Offcedepot for many years after I discovered how great your prices are compared to other places. I live three blocks away from another well known printing company but I feel the four mile drive to your location is more than worth it to save up to 50% off. I own a company that needs books and multiple types of special print projects that have to be done without flaws and Roma and Maggy always deliver! I have given these Ladies work that has taken others days to do and I have gotten called back in hours. “Amazing!” As long as you have great employees like them I will forever be a customer! One more thing out of all the places I spend money these Ladies always tell customer’s “Thank you” … not very many places do that anymore.

This Office Depot has everything I need. Anytime I need something for my studies I go here to find it. The last time I bought something here was first online and ordered it to pick it up. The cashier was very friendly. There is also a restroom in the store. The whole place is very clean.

I went to Office Depot to buy a computer monitor. I asked the cashier if there was someone that knew about the computer monitors that could help me, since I was looking for something in particular. He said that he could he could help me. I asked him the first question - not difficult. Does it have a built-in webcam . Dunno. I asked another, equally challenging question. Dunno. This is the person that considered himself knowledgeable on the subject.

The cashier was very nice, but the guys didnt even try to acknowledge us. Im pretty sure one was the manager on duty, because he was giving instructions to the others. I could understand if it was busy, but there was only maybe 3 customers in the store. I dont want to speak in a negative way, but if it helps with customer that would be nice. If they see this, remember whos paying your wages. Hope to see a smile and offer if assistance if we ever go back. I would love to see corporate send secret shoppers of different races, including a racially mixed couple to this location. They may find their problem with this store. Take a lesson from Starbucks.

Well good prices and the employees really helped me out. Had a 20% coupon but its only online. Didnt find that out till I got there and I told the cashier. She said well some people just order it right now and when youre here within 5 minutes we can look up the order and you can take it and get your discount for 20%. Well I made the order for some reason it didnt go through 15 minutes later sales representative or maybe even the manager looked at my phone number. Couldnt find anything so I dont know if it went through or I screwed up or something but he said you know what Im sorry youre having to wait here took me to the cashier himself and took 20% off without the coupon. The sales people there are great would gol here its worth it.

Bad service to everyone in general. If you work in customer service, it means provide the customer with service! It’s embarrassing enough that I’m not tech savvy. I approached the young lady at the copy center, I needed to print from my email. She did tell me how. Well I got stuck and approached her again. It was clear I needed her assistance but she stayed behind the counter and by then a gentleman walked up and she was chatting away, not service related. I gave up and walked out, she kept on. Flirting isn’t customer service. I went to the competitor and was given exceptional service. May-June 2020 I was on a shopping spree. I needed everything new for my new desk. I did take a while and had a full cart. The manager kept following me around and caught him spying on me couple of times. It was being watched like if I was a thief. It was very offensive and hurtful. I kept coming here for years because of the inventory aside of bad service. Now I’m officially done with OfficeDepot and will take my business elsewhere.

Office Depot is usually THE place I go for my office supplies, so it was natural of me to think of Office Depot when I started working from home.Today I was in need of an office/desk chair, and I immediately went to Officedepot.com to begin my search. I saw 3 chairs I liked but needed to actually sit in to determine their comfort. Unfortunately, all the chairs I liked were not available in store, but only available to order.I decided to visit my local store anyway to see if there were other chairs I might like. Nothing available satisfied me, but I noticed the ones I saw online were available in a box but not assembled to sit in and try out. I was very disappointed, especially because I was not even approached by a sales agent, which has always been typical of this location.Needless to say, we walked out disappointed without purchasing anything. I dont know why it is so hard to have one of each chair assembled at all times?

Colored people beware. I was racially profiled at This store yesterday. They had the nerve to stand by the door while I was walking around because I was walking around slow because I was tired from working 64 hours and 4 days. I was lounging around and not really in a rush they assumed I was going to steal something. The guy stood at the door until I made my purchase and then had the nerve to leave as soon as I made my purchase. When I told the manager he did not even look at me you stayed texting on his phone and said he was sorry without paying any attention to me. I will not go back to this store again and I will be calling the corporate office to let them know that the racial profiling is not accepted.**************Update**************I never received a call back from headquarters about the incident either. Just goes to show how much they value how their customers are treated.

Self serve Color copying was painless enough but I though it cost too much.For a while only one person was working the services counter meaning there were up to five people in line. I needed to Fedex the copies internationally (United Kingdom) but there was disagreement amongst the staff as to whether they could do this. The Manager insisted it was possible! The assistant said they always dont go through. I was concerned with the shipping guarantees removed (per counter sign) that my money was being wasted. The assistant then said no, the Manager says it will work. It didnt - and they directed me to go straight to a Federal Express Office

Every time I go in here, I’m watched by employees, or at the very least, subjected to an awkward, silent transaction that doesn’t include eye contact and ends without a thank you. Even with the on duty manager! It’s so consistent here it’s disturbing. I NEVER write reviews but this place feels like the 1950s. Just an observation.

Office Depot sold me a new file cabinet, which I found to be damaged when I unpackaged it at home. Upon returning it, Office Depot refused to work with another store to get me the same product without having to pay more. I cant believe that a business would repackage a damaged product and sell it, then refuse to help a long-time customer get the product at another Office Depot store without having to pay a much higher price.

Every time I go into this store they treat me very badly. They are beyond rude and act like you are wasting their time. They roll their eyes and tap their nails on the counter waiting to get back to their twinkies and donuts. Another time I went they were all standing around one of the machines chatting and I stood there for about 20 minutes. If I can give no stars I would, I went in last week to send a fax and before that I called if I was able to send and receive a fax,there I was told yes. Long story short the first one I sent I sent it to the wrong number but before that I called 3x to see if I received anything they would check and nothing. 2nd time I went in to send a fax I called and nothing I called another time and this time I was told you can’t receive fax there! Mind you 2nd time i sent the fax I was told you can receive fax there as well. I tried telling the person I was talking to on the phone i was told by multiple staff there I can receive fax there and they would even check turns out I was speaking to the “supervisor” and he said who ever said i can is wrong then I guess everyone working here is wrong? I had asked multiple to make sure I received my papers since it’s important yet the only person who said I can’t receive a fax there says he is the only one right! Customer service is TRASH HERE !!

Called and a lady named Lisa answered and I asked if they sell scantrons. Needless to say she didnt know what a scantron was. I had to say it three times with an explanation so she knew what I was talking about. She said oh no, those are sold at colleges only. Her tone wasnt customer service worthy and she actually made me feel dumb for asking such a question. Ive bought scantrons at an Office Depot before and just wanted to know if this particular store sold them.
