Office supplies store that sells everything you need for your office from paper, chairs, pens, printers, computers, and many more. They even sell some food and candies. Good location (but a bit hidden) and ample parking. Removed a star because the staff didnt really seem to offer help unless asked. Also, the cash register pay terminal was falling off the stand. Great hours as well!I came here looking for a few items, but I was impressed how many things they sell here. More impressively, I didnt find many things that were out of stock. They keep a good check on the stock of items here.Some other nice things here are public restrooms, short lines, a dedicated parking lot, and late hours. The other day I needed to come here for an emergency and the staff let me in about 5 minutes before closing which was very nice!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Good location. Variety of products to choose from. Not only did the staff help me to find the right chair, he also help me to figure out whether it would fit into my car after the final assembly. I got it very fast. If you need to.Ask for assistance at this location. You should not shop here. The store manager christian was not helpful with even taking the time to research my points. He gave unacceptable excuses. Why he could not locate my points since I am a business.Member. The office depot in Hayward, go over and above to assist their customers. I actually brought in a printout of my points to utilize towards my purchase. The manager at this location was rude and obnoxiously patronizing as well. If I have to visit this store again. I will make sure I bring all of my knowledge as well as facts but with my experience yesterday. Ill go as far as san francisco to do business if my local store in hayward can not assist me. The Hayward office depot has an awesome employee. By the name of eddie, you should go and ask for him if you visit and purchase and patron office depots.

I was very pleased with my experience at the Palo Alto Office Depot. They have a great collection of products, but most of all the staff could not have been more friendly, helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this store, as its not always the case that one receives good customer service these days. I hope they always remain at this location!

I called ahead and the phone was answered right away. They had the product in stock and when I went in, I was helped at the front desk and found the item right away. Fast check out, no line. I did drive past the building because it was hard to see at night. Be sure to slow down in order not to pass it.

I just purchased an office chair and floor mat and the selection and prices couldnt have been better. I thought about ordering online but, after going in the store, I realized that in-person testing was a requirement. I sat in tons of different chairs and had the opportunity to ponder the comfort and practicality of each sample chair before making my purchase, making my purchase one that I am very happy with. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, and I hope my local store stays around a long time!

Upon arriving at the Mountain View, CA store yesterday, one of my first transactions was to make a return, which generated a Gift Card. I knew I would be shopping for other items in a few minutes, so I just stuck the Gift Card in my pocket to use then.By the time I had finished all of my shopping and gotten to the point-of-sale check out, I forgot that I had the Gift Card, so as is my norm I pulled out my credit card and charged my purchase.Oh, no! Within a minute, I realized what I had done wrong. Of course I had meant to use my Gift Card.I turned right around and got back into the checkout queue. I was welcomed immediately by Ali, and I apologetically explained to him what I had absentmindedly done. He understood right away, and graciously returned the items to my credit card, then re-sold them to me (even asking me if I had originally used any discount coupons, which I had, so he applied the same one to my new sales transaction) using my Gift Card as payment in full. All better.Ali was so very kind, efficient, and patient. He handled everything with grace, quickly and quietly, so that I didnt feel like more of an idiot than I already did on my own. Overall, an outstanding shopping experience.

I ordered an item via curb side pickup and drove to this Office Depot to pickup the purchased item. This seemed straightforward enough; however, there was a disconnect between the PayPal order and the Office Depot inventory system. While I waited in line, several reps told customers that this Office Depot location was having trouble with its system today. Okay, fair enough. Unfortunately, when the rep who was helping me talked to me about my missing purchase order, she told me that my payment was declined - for no apparent reason. PayPal has alternate payment methods and wouldve informed me that my payment hadnt been processed. This didnt happen, and the Office Depot rep lied to me to imply that my card was declined and that the problem was my fault. ... I contacted PayPal to cancel the order and soon after purchased the item at a competitors store.

Very expensive. It cost me $2.35 to fax one page. I need a charging cable for my phone, but their stock was 95% Apple. No USB 3.0 at all. The store is in a strange part of town, hard to get in/out. Staff was overly friendly. Way over the top. I could tell it was scripted, and taught to the employees. Nothing sincere about it. Staples is way better.

Never once has this store been busy when I went in..which is a good thing of course. Building is an old qounset hut style building, I believe years ago it was a grocery store.A good selection of office furniture at all price levels as well as everything you might want or need in an office even coffee supplies (machines, cups and coffee) and snacks for the break room.

2 trips this week and the customer service could be better. I mean the first time the person acted like they could care less to be working here....which I get. 2nd visit I received a confirmation to pick up an item, and they had no clue what to do. Things like this is why places suffer, adding more features to appease the technology, but lack in making it work. How the heck does a tech store not have a simple pick up in store option. Bananas I tell you!!!

I stood at the print/copy desk for about 10 minutes before someone who had been at the register about 15 feet away came over and told me the person for the print desk would be back in 20 minutes. He could have told me this from where he stood at the register and not wasted my lunch time. I went back a few days later with a sample of what I needed only to be told they didnt carry that stock of paper. I printed these same invoices here for about 15 years. I went somewhere else about 4 years ago and now I remember why. Waste of my time all around.
