If I can give them no stars I would.The printer and copy station is terrible. I waited in line for so long when I already had my ordered paid for online. When I came up to the counter the lady never said sorry for the long wait was so rude. Can’t blame her though it’s definitely management’s fault for not putting 2 people in the printer and copy station area. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

This store has terrible service. I wanted 100 flyers printed on Friday morning and had to wait in line for more than 1 hour. Then I went to the cashier,who refused to check me out unless I signed the monitor.But I was paying cash purposely to avoid having my privatel information entered into their computer system.I wouldnt leave without paying so I found exact change, left it on the counter and left

Me and my sister arrived at this store about an hour till closing we went to get copies so we can turn in our applications for housing the manager was so rude and unfair he did not try to help the young lady that had a line waiting mind you my sister and I got a few pages printed out but we need a few more but my email wasn’t working all of a sudden so we stepped out of line to get everything figured out so we didn’t hold up the line so we get back in line and wait 45 minutes to get kicked out because they have to close exactly at 8 but that is not true he could of helped us out instead of being unfair and the por young lady had a break down because she was so overwhelmed he came of there for two seconds to grab money out the register then came back for another two seconds calling himself helping out but instead continued to whisper things in the lady ear about how she need to send customers to the front because they close at 8 and he didn’t even help her with any of us he just left like I feel for that young lady so long story short me and my sister got kicked out and we weren’t able to reach our dead line to turn in our housing application

40 minutes to do something that should have taken me 5! The self copiers were not working properly. One was out of order and the other simply needed toner- takes 3 minutes to do. I’ve done it at work a million times. The manager went to lunch with 3 people in line and one cashier. The line only got longer. I had no choice but to get in line to pay more money for the cashier to make my copies all because she couldn’t step away to change the toner in the self help machine! The cashier was actually great. Cool, professional and efficient. It’s not her fault the store is grossly understaffed and the manager had to go to lunch. It’s a district issue, not the employees!

Take your blue prints to ARC Printing instead. These people are idiots. I can defi itely see why their recent reviews suck.They charged me extra to expedite a job, then told me they didnt have time to complete it. This place is getting out-dated. Not a lot of inventory and products in the stock. However, some of the services are still amazing and available just like times before. Clean environment and atmosphere. Doesnt take too long to get services done. Just wish they would keep up with the market and stock new and more products like other big companies.

Blah. Horrible costumer service. Had a super easy print job tonight. Literally 2 papers because my printer decided to go out on me. Trust me, I completely undertand you had a big print job before me, and still working on it when I arrived. I called ahead and was aware of your situation, and sensitve to that. Every time I come here the self-service printers are out of service and the line for the service desk moves extremely slowly. Employees walking around doing nothing while there is only 1 employee helping customers. Better off going to Staples in Lodi.

Had to go fax some paperwork off and besides the wait which wasn’t that long, the customer service was great and the guy who helped me took his time to insure everything was correct and complete and that I was satisfied before I walked away. He didn’t rush me or act like he didn’t want to help me either. Very friendly and courteous staff . Now I realize why there was a short line it was because only 2 people were there to help all of the customers and because of the amazing attention they give to not just one but each and every customer who needs it is priceless. I suffer from Stage3 heart disease and sometimes it’s hard to get help but not at Office Depot .

Went to the Office Depot on March Lane (near Target), to bring in my toner and batteries. They took the toner but they do not except batteries☹️. I saw some great clearance sales there, especially the 4 pack 85 count premium tissues for $3.03. That’s 75 cents each!!!!Staff is very friendly and helpful and checkout was very quick too.

Went to print out one piece of paper. Self service machines were down. There was a male and a female employee at the print center. I just asked if the other self service printer was working he acknowledged me and said no. Then refused to help me, as he was just standing at the register. And the female refused to even acknowledged me. Just sad when employees are extremely lazy and unfriendly.

I needed a usb-c cord capable of allowing multiple displays. I asked multiple associates if I selected the right one but they all had no idea. One said just buy it and return it within 30 days if it doesnt work. I did and when I tested it didnt work. When I went to return it they said I actually only had 14 days to return it and it was day 15. Even though I was originally told different and the product was perfect with original packaging and reciept they said there was absolutely nothing they could do.If they are willing to lose a customer over one day so be it. There are plenty of alternatives with better service and return policies. They are good for services but DO NOT purchase products from them. Buy at a competitor instead for better selection and return policies.

I loaded money on a gift card to do a printing job and when I found out the price was different I requested to void the gift card transaction and they said they cannot refund gift cards. Good selection, not cheap like Costco but I dont have to buy in bulk so much and much wider range of supplies. Their print service is also handy. They made business cards for my wifes foundation, applied her logo we provided in simple jpeg, she chose from various templates and they were done in 2 days with professional results.

The staff at the Stockton location are always on top of their game. They sometimes have a long line at the printing copy station, but they do such a great job at helping the customers even while they wait. It was nice inside just only down fall was that I went to get ink cartridges for work and I took a picture of the actual ink cartridge itself and it says all necessary information like the type it is for anyways after I couldn’t find it in the aisle I asked a make worker if he could look it up for me and he said he can’t search anything up based off the picture he would need the box I was like I don’t have the box as it’s been a while since I put this in I thought that it would be fine to have picture of the cartridge anyways I felt a little embarrassed like I didn’t know what I was doing but in fact I went to car and searched the same exact info it said on the website and it came up fast I ended up just ordering it off Amazon because I didn’t want to go back inside I just feel like the worker there could have helped more I probably won’t return their for any more office supplies

I would give this store zero stars if I could. Today, I was at the Stockton, CA location on March Ln. and was kicked out of the store at around 12:55 pm. According to the white male who asked me to leave, I was here yesterday, when in fact I WAS NOT. I am a clinical mental health therapist across the street with a masters degree from USC. I am also an Asian female. I feel embarrassed and discriminated against! I have no idea what happened yesterday with possibly another Asian female, but I was just going in to look at supplies for my office. I’m sitting in the parking lot, shaking, because nothing like this has ever happened to me before.

I had them print 2,900 pages and put into 8 sections with colored paper divider. When I first put in the order, this store ran out of toner. But they assured me that it will get done in 2-3 days. Those were for my 8 friends.They came through beautifully. Copies were just right and organized in 8 sections and with a cardstock divider. They did great. Thank youBought items .. index tab dividers online and they offered 25% which i was happy.It was team effort. The end result of printing was great. I visited the store on Tuesday 5/3 around 7:30. It’s very frustrating that you have an empty box on the floor that is suppose to represent an item you can pay for and pick up at checkout. The manager on dude John was extremely unhelpful in finding a solution or in any willingness to assist. Don’t display a box on the shelf as if your can pick up in store, that isn’t available and then be unwilling to assist outside of making excuses.

On me I picked the wrong location for my online copy order.I got there and though there were five waiting customers at one point; there was only one person to serve everyone.He didnt really acknowledge me or let me know what was going on for quite some time, I am talking five minutes or more. He finally stated that someone was on lunch.A customers son vomited and we tried to tell him, he dismissed us and said someone was coming. When the person arrived it was to help the customers, not to help with the vomit. At which point we told him he should not be so quick to dismiss people. Rather than apologize, an unnecessary conversation ensued.Though I received an email stating my order was completed, paid for and ready for pickup. I still had to wait in line as if I hadnt done anything of these things. They have online orders ready for you, but nothing to speed copy orders on there way.I definitely recommend the Quail Lakes location. They are more fully staffed and have excellent customer service!Due to customers son who vomited and the delay in getting it cleaned up I was given cuts in line. Even still spent 8-12 minutes to pick up my order that was done & paid for 😕

Disappointed is an understatement. I am at a loss of words for how bad they messed up my order. I emailed over exactly what I wanted, printed out a physical copy, and brought it on usb which they uploaded. They said stacy was the one in charge of my order and if so she needs to learn how to read. I came in to order memorial cards and it came so botched. They decided to go from white paper to BLUE not only did they change the color they changed the entire font and format, instead of cursive they wrote it in print and only put ONE WORD in cursive. Like how?! Also they even misspelled the name! Its now the day of the memorial and they are yet to be ready! Spend almost $90 for these! The price is fine but at least make it right!!

Employees are extremely limited and have no idea what they are doing. We wanted one item printed and not only were we standing there for an hour waiting because he didnt know how how to work the equipment he also didnt understand how to help a customer. In the hour that we waited 5 other people came in line behind us and he would randomly select a person, ask them what they needed and then not follow through. Then when one of them needed help with the copy machine the worker asked my husband to go help her! After we waited for an hour he asked if we could come back tomorrow. I wouldnt be standing here for an hour if I could come back tomorrow! We were ended up going to Modesto and were very happy with their service there.

The latina woman was very rude to my grandfather. He is elderly and does not know how to use the phone he recently purchased. She was in the copy and print area, and told him it wasnt her job to help him and he should go somewhere else. She told him to buy a landline phone on aisle 9, and to leave her alone.All he asked for was help looking at his text messages and making calls. I can not believe she treated him like that. She should be ashamed of herself. I hope you get closed down for discriminating against him like that.If you keep treating senior citizens like trash, you will go out of business. Karma hurts.

With the COVID-19 they are keeping things in stock, even though their running out of some of the ink cartridges for printers. They didnt have the colored ink for my printer, but at least they have the black ink cartridge. So if you need ink for your printer and you dont want to order it online, then it will be a good idea to give them a call before going there to get ink for your printer

Called to check about 30 mins after the deadline, still not ready but they only had one person in front of us and would call when its done. Do not take your computer or any electronic devices to be worked on at this place, They steal hardware and purposefully damage your devices so your forced into buying something new and when you talk to corporate about it they all lie to cover their tracks and completely screw you out of your electronics. Office Depot is OK EXCEPT it has filthy floors. I have spoken to the cashiers about it and they dont care. You would think they could afford a mob. Store manager obviously doesnt care about the appearance of the store.
