This Office Depot is one of its smallest stores I had been. What it lacks for size is compensated by the excellence of its service. I was attended to by the general manager herself, Katie. Not only did she discounted the printing cost through a store coupon, she also bound my booklet at no cost. This is most helpful because my business expenses are over the top already. When she gave me my receipt, she mentioned in particular the $10 coupon that I could use for my next purchase. I know she is already tired due to the influx of customers but she still served me with everything she got. There were two young lady associates who were also serving the customers well. Those who want their printing jobs done are directed to fall in line. For faster service, the print jobs maybe emailed to them ahead of time. It is fine too if the file is in a USB. Compared to another print shop, the printing cost here seems cheaper. To the Office Depot Manager Katie and staff, thank you for your great service today!

I walked in today at around 5 pm and asked for help printing the return shipping labels for Amazon because I don’t know how to use the printer. First I asked the lady in the back and she told me the front lady can help me then I stand in line to wait for it and then she said I need to wait at the printer, okay I wait for a long time but nobody come to help then I asked the front lady help me to print totally 3 papers. She didn’t tell me anything before but after that she charged me $5.48 for 3 papers. Why can she do that? Its so excessive.

Love going to Officemax when I run out of pens, or paper. Usually, when I go to the store, I find out about some sale items and they tend to be limited to whats on hand at that moment. So usually almost empty. But the store is clean, not huge but just right to find the stuff you need with ease. You dont have to go walking all the isles to search for what you need. Love it.

I have had better printing experiences here at the West Covina store than at the Office Depot nearer to my house. Usually things get done more quickly and more accurately, and if there is an issue with the order, they staff addresses it immediately and with a great attitude.

HORRIBLE customer service! Went in for a quick print, there were 4 employees working and 3 customers all in line for printing. One employee was actually helping customers print, but the second he finished the transaction he proceeded to deal with other unimportant tasks shuffling papers around rather than tending to the line of customers standing in front of him. The other two girls were equally useless as they saw us standing there and continued to talk to customers on the phone. What is this a Call Center?? You would think they would prioritize the customers who have been STANDING THERE IN FRONT OF THEM WAITING. One guy who had been waiting before me got agitated and finally said Are you guys gonna do anything? I need to get back to work. They glanced up and said nothing, so I left without printing anything. Word of advice dont even bother going to this location, the company would probably save themselves some money if they just close this one. The previous reviews on here should have warned me enough. Dont waste your time.

Unfortunately, I have to post this because the service has been unbearable no matter what time of day! You have to wait in line for 30-45 minutes just to walk up to the counter. They can be so much more efficient by having someone take the orders and start the print jobs so that when its our turn on the counter, it can be done. And worst, the people at the register just stand there instead of helping the printing department. Or at the very least, provide chairs!

I came here to print some labels for my wedding, waisted an hour of my time just to be told they didnt have the equipment to print, so I waisted my money bought the labels and was still not able to even use them. The store manager had her young daughter cleaning the store as she was working. Sara the Store Manager did nothing to help me just kept telling me to go somewhere else and gave me attitude as she argued with her daughter and played on her phone. I cant believe she is a GM. Really shows that Office Depot didnt bother training her or looking for a Professional manager, they have lost my business. Sara has horrible work ethic, customer service and manners.

I ordered business cards on the website to pick up in store. After I picked them up the first time they were a little too small (my fault) and asked if they could be resized slightly bigger. They worked with me on getting them the right size and came out perfect. My only complaint is the website name, I noticed I had it wrong the first time as well and asked if they could just take it off but she told me she could fix it. So I showed her how it’s written out and I just noticed that it’s still wrong on the card. If it would’ve been right I would’ve gave this a 5 star but now I’m stuck crossing out my website name and writing it correctly.

I always print at Office Depot and this location was the worst!! Employees not helpful. My Copies were not worth the money I spent. Very disappointed and I wanted to ask for help but I saw how employees treated another customer and just didn’t want to deal with more disappointment.

Went to Home Depot- Westminster Covina Eastland Mall Tuesday 2/5 morning Danielle helped me with printing out my emails, she was so helpful I didnt know what I was doing, she was very busy but she took her time, and was very patient with me. Asked for assistance, thought I was being assisted, however both emloyees asked another customer if they needed assistance while supposedly assisting me. One of the other customers told employee to help me, however she chose to help him and left me standing. After a few moments, I left the store insulted and frustrated. Employees need sensitivity training. I had planned on making purchase at that store, not now!

Poor work ethic!!!!!!!! I took 6 big pictures of my daughters to get them laminated and they did an Awful job!!! I requested to get laminated with the BEST lamination they have and they only laminate 2 of them with the best lamination and the rest they used the cheapest lamination sheet that they have and 2 of the pictures I gave them they ripped the picture and they still laminated and they put those 2 pictures on the bottom of my the other pictures 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 this is going to be my last day I get any services there!!! Awful.They have a copier service where you put yoir credit card and it holds $5.It says right on the copier that the hokd will be released immediately once yuur copy is done.I have been to other office depot stores and the hold was always released.I went there yesterday for an hour at 3 -4 pm and I did 6 jobs copy and scanning so 6 $5 holds were created and aupposes to be releases..This morning Inget a call from my ofrice that the accountt has six $5 holds and this is the last day of the month where we have an end of the month fee coming out of the account. Now that money is not there.oir acxount is negative.We operate on a shoestring budget.I called the store and they said I have to call my own bank and tell them to release the holds.They cant do anything..Why can they,its their hold! My bank would only release 3 holds in a day so our end of the month fee is still not there..we only brought it up to negative $1 from negative $16 This is Horrible

Office Depot in the Eastland shopping center has handicap parking not handicap accessible they do variety of things I dont think they have public restroom but they do have a lot of help and they were very helpful in scanning and sending papers for me very helpful.
