I have been shopping at Office Depot for more than 15 years. They carry a complete stock for the office and home. Their copy services and do it yourself copies always meet my requirements. They also have well trained staff that help me find what I need be it a computer, printer, ink, cords to make it all work, paper, containers ... the list goes one.

The team at this location is phenomenal. I needed to print something, but the self-service machine wouldn’t let me reduce the size. One of the team members came over and helped me print it at his desk. It came out perfect, and he said it was on the house. Great service, great people.

At Store 931representative Laura is an exceptional employee. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and, courteous, and quick to respond to requests. As for the policies practiced at this store, the manager and assistant manager are extremely understanding and accommodating. Their return and exchange policies are exceptional, even to the extent of some flexibility in unusual situations. I recommend this store to anyone.

This store had always been good to me. I have two business accounts there, and have bought every office supply needed from them. I go there every month, and sometimes more for print services. Unfortunately, they dont honor loyalty. Recently they changed their process and it was as if I didnt matter at all. I tried to talk to, and work with staff who have known me for the two years. I also tried to talk to the store manager, and it was only marginally better. Very bummed. I have let all of my local Ventura Business friends know as well.

It can be pretty hit or miss when trying to get things printed but today I went in and Lizzy was EXTREMELY helpful and wonderful. At one point their phone rang while she was helping me and she even asked, “Do you mind if I answer this?” Which she didn’t even need to ask but I just thought she was very thoughtful. Definitely go see Lizzy to get things printed.And another shout out to Cameron. I’m not sure if he still works at this Office Depot but he’s another person who was always very patient and helpful.

Went in to buy a floor mat. No other customers, but the associates were too busy talking amongst themselves or on their phones to help. No prices on the mats so I brought them downstairs to the register for a price check TWICE. Nobody offered to help. Next time I need office supplies Ill get them off Amazon.

Ordered prints online, easy to use website for uploading pictures. Returned twice to pick up same day pictures, customer service is so horrible. Two different employees on 2 different occasions ignored me to finish their conversation. Get my prints to the car and their are large black marks all over one of them... not even worth me returning, I dont want to deal with the attitudes in this run down dirty store.

Very helpful staff. My online order was ready way before the they said it would be.the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because not once did they ask for any ID. I purchased other items and used my credit card. I didnt sign anything and ID wasnt asked for. I did bring it to the cashiers attention. I could have found that card on the ground. She did not have an answer. Very disappointed in this store policy.

Ok its the holiday weekend and I need to get something printed. My printer is not working. So I head for Office Depot in Ventura. There are a number of tech challenged folks in front of me (made me laugh) when its my turn I find my files wont print. Claudia helped me try a direct email (did not have my glasses) soon found out I was tech challenged (made me laugh) so went home converted to a PDF emailed & called Claudia who confirmed it would print. If I still had my company I would steal Claudia from Office Depot. She actually cares about her customers and worked hard to satisfy all the folks ahead of me in line.

Tonight I went to Frys, Best Buy, and Walmart looking for a decent printer. Awful customer service and couldnt find anyone to help me. My husband suggested office depot and Im SO THANKFUL of the 3 male employees working tonight. All of them extremely knowledgeable and gave awesome suggestions to what I was looking for. Each of them went out of their way to answer mine and my husband questions. This will be my #1 one store for any type of office supplies I didnt know they sell furniture as well. From here on out thanks to those 3 associates Office Depot the only place Ill be shopping. The best part was I didnt need to look for help the 3 of them found me and asked me what I need.... BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I searched for the printer I wanted online and found the best deal at OD Ventura. The website stated that I would get 20% off of most items if I gave them my email address, so I did on the off chance it would apply to something substantial eventually. I was wrong, when I went in to buy the printer, the lady said it would only apply to the paper I bought and not the printer. I figured, OK, I took the chance. LOL. Got home set up printer, then checked email, theyd sent over 8 emails in just that time, all sales pitches, all useless., When I tried to unsubscribe online, their links didnt work, nor did their recommended fixes for the links. Tried to do it by chat, Alfie Shay came on, but when I sent this info to him, never heard back.DONT FALL FOR THIS EMAIL SCAM!By the way, the lady in the store was both quick to respond and very helpful.

Mean, rude, stole money and treated a very kind human being horrible. Tried to contact them by online chat and they hung up on me 4 x while I was typing the issue!! So I guess Ill type it all over the internet since they dont seem to care. I am currently laid up with disabilities. A very nice woman, respectable local business owner and friend was helping me out. I had bought legal size hanging folders here and the sales lady said they would send my receipt to my email if I signed up for a rewards account. So I did. They never sent the receipt but it did show up in my rewards account. Meanwhile I discover I needed letter size, not legal. So this amazing human being offered to make the exchange for me since I am currently disabled. She took my email, my name of course, my member #, and my order number. First of all they treated her horrible. 2nd, they never sent the receipt and apparently their online account listing your transactions doesnt mean didilly squat. 3rd, they kept the over payment!! Thats right, they embezzled the price difference. And 4th, they pretend to have 24 hour chat service thru your online account but do nothing but hang up on you. Soon as they ask what the problem is and you start typing, they hang up. Shame on you Office depot for all of it, but most of all for treating such an amazing human being like trash. And SKY, for hanging up on me after you already knew I had been hung up on 3 x and clearly you could see I was still there, karma. Remember me when it comes back to you.

Daytime woman manager was rude and apathetic. The only helper on the floor was busy for quite some time, so when I asked the manager for assistance she rolled her eyes at me and seemed to pout at being bothered by a customer. Absolutely no customer service and the other employees seemed to be suffering very low morale. Bought my chair at Staples directly after.

Slow as molasses in winter. Ordering an office chair was an odyssey I would not recommend, nor will I ever repeat. Try out what you want in store and then order it online. Trust me.Here we are 2 days later and my rather expensive office chair gets delivered. Truck pulls up in front of the house, guy squeezes into the rear of the very full truck and I see the box pushed out the back and fall to the ground from about 6 feet. I can hear the boom inside the house but Im sure the guy has no idea this is all on camera. He wheels it up to my door as I step outside when I notice it doesnt even look like my chair on the box. He says you cant go by the picture on the box and hauls it out of there. Its not the right chair. Its not even the right color!!! I take the time to take it back to the store and everyone is very nice about the problem. They have the chair in stock !?!?!?! so I take it with me.......

Both times were not up to par.The first time was when I asked if they sold stamps, the girl at the copy center (no other employees around) gave a vague, broad wave at the rest of the store yeah anywhere, she said. I was confused. Theyre on every endcap?No. Any register.So, here too? (We were standing at her register)Yes.Well.... may I buy some stamps, please? I was clearly bothering her by asking for stamps. Her attitude made the whole thing a pain in the a$$.The second time, I left some 8.5x11 images with them to make copies. The color was really washed out on the one color image, and the originals were missing. Where is my artwork??Probably wont be back here.
