Slow, bad attitude.The printing department is too slow! They only can served 3 customers by packing one broad in the bag by 5 mins. The manager said they know there are so many customers waiting but SHE couldn’t push them working fast. The manager hinted kept waiting or went out from her store.

The most helpful and friendly service at the Redlands store. From the knowledgeable associate who answered my questions regarding shredding services and availability to the one who offered a cart to haul my 5 banker’s boxes and assisted in weighing them as the associate that would normally help was completing a print job for the customer ahead of me.Seems like a great environment with a friendly team whose skills are very complementary. I went to this location yesterday and your employees was following me all over the store. I am a women of color and this is unacceptable. I even tested it and everywhere I go I was being followed. There were other people in the store and they were not experiencing the same thing. I have a career I have worked long and hard to get I would never jeopardize it by stealing anything. I have enough money to buy what I want. I will be filing a complaint because this is ridiculous. If you pull up the camera you would be able to see it yourself. You need to really train your employees. Do better Office Depot it’s 2023

The store was great. I returned and replaced a office chair. I was billed for 3; Office Depot customer service shows no record of this and told me I guess you will have to dispute this with your bank. I gave 3 stars because the store was a pleasure; the actual company, NO.

All the employees here are so friendly. This experience was amazing when I went shopping. I got a lot of assistance and a quick check out service. It seems like Office Depot really knows how to treat their workers. Kathy helped me out with everything. I had a few things to tend to and she made my shopping and printing experience easy. I will come back again to take care of printing needs. 10/10 would recommend!

When I went into the store, I knew what I was looking for. I asked the lady (staff) and she took me to the desk chair that fit the description I had given her. It was perfect. I then asked her where the card-stock was and she told me immediately. She sent another staff lady to meet me there and I paid for my choices and went home. 10 stars for excellence in attitude, knowledge and speed.

The buck toothed girl with glasses was very helpful and I found what I was looking for. No wonder why she made it to management. Why cant other stores have helpful people?All people want is a little help. So why all the drama? Dont people do their jobs anymore and help people? Or pick up a piece of trash so others see you do it. Then other people either do the same or dont throw trash on the ground. Isnt anybody tired of tripping over dirty diapers? What the hell is going on?

I had a ugly retail experience with a young lady that refused to open up thier full service copy center due to a staff shortage when there was ony 2 customers in the store and the self serve copy machine did not work. Ask the floor associate akashift mgr to open the full service and make my special copies and she refused. Tried unsuccessful to contact the Store Manager twice. Bad experience at the Redlands Store. Plenty of other places that want your business. Ill never go back. Im sure glad my business is not ran that way.

I had some printing done at Office Depot and the lady whom helped me was Rosy, she was very helpful. They had people that worked in the printing dept leave so there are 3 women there keeping busy and trying their best to help everyone quickly so be patient. I was going to print 200 papers but the self serve printer had some red ink bleed through. She printed the papers on their printers but charged me the self service price since it wasn’t my fault.

She is very knowledgeable, she offers suggestions when needed, is friendly and extremely patient with customers who need extra assistance. Was trying to print out my own original artwork but got denied because it was “copyrighted.” These were my own original designs that I made by myself, but no matter how much I explained that, the printing person refused to listen. I was eventually able to print my works out by myself since I was using just using cardstock, but it’s infuriating that the person there just would not listen to me.

My husband & his brother were in the Redlands location to shop & browse the art & electronic supplies on New years day evening. (They are both white, in their 30s, have tattoos & dress nicely) No sooner did they walk in the door a staff member (the ONLY member on the showroom floor) by the name of Christian began to follow them & ask them what they were looking for. After they answered & told him they were browsing he not only continued to ask them the SAME question every few moments, but followed them no further than 3-5 feet away the entire time they were in the store. He even completely ignored other customers questions & continued harassing my husband. When my husband & his brother finally politely asked about a few different products he had absolutely no idea how to direct them or what they were talking about. Then when my husband asked him to open a case to buy a pair of head phones be began making rude & condescending remarks to him saying he wouldnt be able to afford them! & then grabbed the wrong pair. (Mind you they spent almost $100 before leaving the door!) My husband put his hands in his sweatshirt pockets at one point & the man said you a little cold bro? Cuz its not cold in here. They were harassed by this employee from the moment they walked in until the moment they walked out, obviously implying they were there to steal something. I called to place a complaint & speak to the manager & the manager on staff, Brittany, told me there was nothing she could do, & that her store manager, Katie, was on vacation & wasnt sure when she would be back & there was nothing she could do! Whats the point of being a manager if you cant do your job?! Im appalled by the treatment they received. The customer service was despicable & we will be returning the merchandise they purchased & will NEVER spend a dime in office depot again! If i could give this location 0 stars I would! I will be in contact with corporate to lodge a complaint after the holiday & I hope this kid loses his job for discriminating customers. Because Im sure theyre not the first to receive this extremely unprofessional & discriminating treatment. -Sarah

Someone could make a fortune opening a print shop that doesnt require the enormous hassle it takes just to get some simple copies printed from Office Depot. This is the second O.D. Ive been forced to use to make copies in the past two weeks and what a time consuming nightmare! This is an establishment that one would assume is quick and efficient but God forbid they hire another person so that the scant associates are not burdened with assisting those who need it.Or they should change their name to Office Merchandise Only.

Terrible service. Order on 3/24 a monitor, keyboard/mouse and docking station. It went through got confirmation pick notice would be sent when ready. Then I get a cancellation that monitor is no longer available. Called store spoke to a rude manager asked them to cancel rest of my order since it all works together. He stated he would. Only one item was cancelled and another is still showing ready for pickup. Very incompetent at this store. Go somewhere else to shop.

Today I had a horrible experience 🙃 at the office depot in redlands next to trader Joes it was my day off so I had been working in my but my boss an elderly man who has parkinsons and doesnt like going out that often asked me to run an favor for him so I had some ink to exchange from the moment I walked in the lady behind the counter a black girl whom I said hello to looked me up and down and gave me the meanest discusted look probrably because of my work in the yard atire..there was a long line I waited like everyone else I got to the counter and emediatly I knew she was going to be a problem I told her I didnt have my reciept but had the card or my rewards number 4 return she told me that she could only run one card and if it wasnt the card that she would have to help everyone behind me in line 20 people before she could run the other card and pthat she couldnt look it up off of reward card ?? The very first card I gave her Im sure was the one but with attitude she said no I asked to speck to the manager which there was one there but she wouldnt call her and side stepped my request all while helping all the people behind me which I had been there first and waited like everyone else that doesnt make since that before I help you or finish my reason for being there shes going to help 20 people before getting back to me and make me set there while everyone goes around me no my time is valuable just like everyone elses but for sure I realized that she really is a hateful person and has racist intention at work while she there .the 30 min I stood in line I noticed that every white person that came in that looked like maybe a perp she would message lost prevention she said she was the manager but I didnt handle this situation honestly ..she lied and said the first card was not the card but when Janet came up front she was able to look everything up with my rewards nu.mber and found it with the very first card I had given she wanted t o start problems just because I was white ur assume that I was riff raff because of the way I was dressed she doesnt belong in that position if she cant be honest and not have a chip on her shoulder towards white people ..I will not be going back theneither will my boss who buys alot of material from that office dept who does alot in this community and just happens to also be white ..lol with all the problems In this world shouldnt people be more loving and helpful and not hold grudges or. Start problems for no reason...Im going to pray for her but in the meantime dont shop here unless you want a bad day

I needed signature stamps. I called the store at 2 in the afternoon and was assured they could accommodate me. Either while I waited or pick up in an hour. I left my name & phone number @3:40 pm with the understanding the stamps would be ready by 5pm. I went back at 7:30 pm expecting to pick them. Boy, was I wrong! First I waited in line (as expected and okay by me) only to be told they werent ready and I could pick them up tomorrow. I needed them at 6am for a class I was teaching. I explained that I called and was assured they would be ready. Otherwise I could have taken them to Yucaipa or Moreno Valley. The employee asked if I could wait 15 minutes while they unjammed their machine. I agreed to wait. The wait stretched on and on with ocassional reassurance they were working on the stamps. At this point three people were working on it. Finally at 8:55 pm they said we cant do it today our machine is out of ink. Really, I said, that is an oxymoron...an office supply store runs out of ink. This is crazy. I could have gone somewhere else had they called me and let me know earlier. The excuses were: It wasnt in the book. We have a new manager working in this department and they dont know all the supplies needed. Our machine jammed and I needed someone to help me unjam it. The final excuse we ran out of ink at 8:55 pm was beyond frustrating. NOW all the office supply stores are closed and I cant go anywhere else. Their solution was we can have them ready tomorrow. Someone can run over to Moreno Valley in the morning and get the ink. Beyond frustrated. Considering the continual errors on Office Depots part one would think they would have offered a discount, we will do them for half price, we will give you a 25% off coupon, something in an attempt to try and accomplish some sort of service recovery. Very unimpressed with the store and their excuses.

I use Office Depot in Redlands for all my printing needs. As a college student I need to print often. I throughly enjoy going to this store in particular because of the copy manager Jane, she is such a hard worker and so knowledgeable. Fernando saved the day again! I always find myself pressed for time with creative projects and this guy bails me out every time. He truly cares about his work and its clear hell go far in life.
