The service was good. Didnt wait too long in line. The neighborhood is good. The place is clean. The price for a copy overpriced. One copy for one piece of paper is $2.56. It was little busy there. Theres enough parking place there.

I went to Office Depot to make copies at self-service. The machine was broken and 60 of my 2-sided copies were damaged. I did not notice right away. I brought it up to the associate, who told me there was a problem with the machine and moved me to another one. No refund. No apology. I paid over $60 for all my copies without compensation. Then he left the machine open for new unsuspecting customers to also receive damaged copies which they will have to pay full price for. Terrible customer service. I will no longer use their copy service.

Ink is expensive but they always have what I need in stock. Usually on sale or a bundle for a deal.

On the evening of Jan 20th, 2023 I was working for Door Dash and had a run to purchase 6 items from this store. I have severe sciatica problems and too much time on my feet and walking can produce great pain throughout my right leg, which can make this job very challenging. Upon entering the store and in order to save time I asked Alexus if she could point out where I could find each of the items. She did so and then Moses jumped in with a phone that enabled him to pinpoint precisely where the items were. He then proceeded to go with me and help me get each item in a short period of time. Alexis then finished the process of checking out and I was on my way before any great pain set in. I cant thank these two outstanding employees enough for jumping right in to help me and to ensure my experience was quick and extremely positive. Kudos to them....they are a great credit to our store!!! Thank you Alexus and Moses!!!

The worst office depot to order photos from! They offer same day pick up and at the end after paying, put your date for 2 days later! I highly do not recommend ordering photos from here.

Customer Service was a bit lacking, as I ended up waiting almost 10 minutes for assistance with my printer purchase. By the time someone showed up, I had already researched my printer questions on the Internet and was in another department. Sadly, not the first time Office Depot had less than stellar Service.

Worked here in high-school and the same managers from back then are still there and just as unprofessional as ever. Always dread picking up supplies for my business here but today I was followed into every isle I went down. I know the drill and I know that what goes through the headset when that happens. Was 100% profiling
