We had a great experience here. We arrived needing a new printer and advice about which to get. We also recycled the (suddenly) broken printer and returned some ink cartridges. John gave great guidance to help us pick out the printer best suited to our needs and Sharon was truly exceptional guiding our recycling and return process. Between a good selection in the store and the fantastic customer service this is our new favorite store for home and office supplies!!!

This is not a place I would generally buy stuff at but came for an impromptu pencils purchase and walked around just to take a look. I was surprised by the lack of customer service because you’d think that’s the main purpose right? Otherwise why would anyone buy from here when you can find everything online with greater selection and customer reviews and probably better prices. Witnessed a lot of outdated items like earphones that looked like they were from the 80s. Not my vibe.

Convenient location! Just wished they stayed open a little longer on Sundays (but I understand as an employee, I would not want to work late on Sundays).My husband and I have come here several times to print necessary documents and it is very convenient and affordable!Their supplies are plenty and the employees are friendly.Parking is usually available (including street parking).

Shout out to the amazing and attentive sales manager SADRACK! My family was looking for a new Brother printer and Best Buy lacked the Brother collection, so we ended up at this Office Depot. We couldn’t locate the model we came in to buy and asked Sadrack for help. We met him at the front of the store and it was clear the team was short staffed. Sadrack was running around assisting other customers at the copier and showing another employee how to work the system, while making eye contact with me and another customer who was waiting. We ended up with another printer and Sadrack took the time to walk us over to explain the extra supplies we would need. He brought us to the front to ring us up and then carried the printer to our car! We were completely blown away by how gracious and thoughtful Sadrack is. This day could have been very different with the store short on employees and Sadrack made sure that wasn’t the case. This gentleman deserves a raise! Thank you Sadrack! 😊

I have been looking at this particular desk for a few weeks. The first time I went to look the service was awful, the young man was not at all interested in helping me. He told me to go to the internet! My next visit Cecelia, a manager, was so very helpful, informative and interested. Because of her I purchased the product.

Chat service is ridiculous. Since no one answers the phone, I used to chat to ask a simple question. Do you refill printer ink cartridges? It would not help me unless I gave my email address. WTheck is happening with Corporate America. Rake in the Profits, dont hire enough people, pay minimum wage, Prices are ridiculous, and its automated recordings. There is no personal customer service.

I went online to find a file cabinet with very specific height dimensions, and after looking everywhere else, decided to look at Office Depot, where I found what I was looking for and purchased online.I was notified it would be ready for pick up five minutes later, and I received a $10 discount for picking it up in person.When I arrived, I headed straight in towards the middle of the store, where I figured they may have some Fireproof Document Safes, I could look at.I was greeted by store by employee Danny, who was walking the opposite direction, so I asked him if there were any fireproof document safes, which he pointed me to.After obtaining a shopping carting from the front of the store for the document safe, I was looking at an end aisle display at a couple hard drives.Danny happened to be walking from up front towards the back and asked me again if there was anything he could help me with. I asked him if the store had any other hard drives I could look at. He walked me to the hard drives section.Before he walked away I showed him my In Store Order Pickup slip and asked him if I should give it to him, or wait until I went to the front counter to buy the safe and hard drive. He looked at my paper, the item type, my name and said, Ill get it ready for you and it will be at the checkout when your ready. I thanked him again.When I got to the check out, Danny came to the front to assist the cashier in retrieving the hard drive I was purchasing from the store closet, then dollied out the file cabinet to my vehicle to help me load the safe and file cabinet. I hadnt said anything, but I had previously hurt my shoulder doing some work a few weeks earlier and had been concerned about loading the file cabinet alone. So not having to ask, was a really big positive for this particular shopping experience.My past experiences with the store at this location, had been unimpressive and had led me to making my office and business purchases at a competitor across town whenever possible for the past ten years.Even though I believe their competitor has a better floor layout and generally friendlier employees, as well as more employees, I have to admit, I never had this kind of customer service or assistance at the competitor before. I couldnt have gotten better customer service anywhere else and since I was spending a lot of money, thats helps me feel better about those purchases and my decision to shop at this Office Depot.

The office depot gives very liminal vibes and usually the employees seem so miserable so the entire experience is usually so dreary. However today I met the first office depot employee Ive ever met who has pep, whos friendly and conversational, and really approachable and understanding. Ely was absolutely lovely to us our entire visit. It made the extra charge this place cost versus Staples well worth it.

This Office Depot on Colorado Blvd. in Pasadena and the personnel there are awesome. We have bought ALL of our office equipment there and continue to purchase support equipment directly online and curbside pickup. The Print & Copy Center at this location is Tops! Luke does an excellent job doing the copy job exactly as requested. Today he did my monthly newsletter which requires special weight paper, with the last of the 6 double sided pages done on golden rod paper.

Big box store selection of everything for the office. Helpful associates on floor and fast checkout. Limited but adequate free parking. Regular prices are just ok, not great. Sale prices can be good and clearance bargain prices can be great. Surprising amount of furniture and electronics, although not much help in selecting those from staff.

I came to their Office Depot since Baytown is always out of stuff. I was hoping their pick up service was efficient but it wasn’t. When you receive your email that your order is ready, it gives you directions on how to pick it up in the store. However, the store’s directions doesn’t reflect the email and the store doesn’t have concise directions. You just have to wait in line with everybody else. Won’t be returning.

I used Office Depot to print my piano students recital programs. The copy machine not only made copies double-sided for me, but also stapled everything for me individually, which was speedy fast. Last year I made copies, then separated pages, finally stapled them all my myself at Kinko Fedex, which took me hours. Office Depot is awesome!!!

I like coming to this office depot because if they have pretty much anything that I need for the office. Sometimes they have really great specials and they have a nice clearance section in the front where you could pick up stuff about 50% off. They usually have about 2 cashiers available and the staff is always friendly.

The people are great, they always greet you when you come in. Theres always someone there to help you. I do a lot of printing and copying. The associates know me by name. They are very knowledgeable. They treat me really well. Many times the copy is busy and you may have to wait in a line, but the associates are extremely efficient. Many times I go out of my way to go to this location.

Review is for OfficeDepot.com (online order), not Pasadena store. Item was delivered dirty, damaged and seemingly used. When I reviewed this, they removed the review - said it did not meet their terms.I ordered a desk chair which was apparently shipped via a partner. Because of this, the whole experience was awful. The box looked pummeled, the item dirty and part of the based looked melted. ??? So maybe used? Not sure. Then returning it because it came direct from partner, was a nightmare. Endless phone calls with nice people but who all told me something different. Scheduled a pick up to return it. No one came. Eventually called a local store who agreed to take it and have it picked up there. Ive shopped in the store before but buying this online, was an awful experience. They chair was then successfully picked up by shipper and returned but no refund given. I had to file a PayPal dispute to get a refund even after the chair had been returned. When I reviewed this item on the OfficeDepot.com site, my review was removed and I was told Your review has been moderated. i.e. REMOVED.Never buying from them again. Ugh!

Horrible experience, bought a monitor online, they charged my card but employee did not fill the order due to being bad for business I needed the monitor in an emergency and they decided to charge me so that I could not go somewhere else to buy another monitor. I went there to get some copies, as a person who has never used those type of printers I asked for help. Got a new printer for 120$ and when i opened at the office it was used and full of cat fur:(( it was a pain to get it out from inside of the printer, also all the cartridges were used almost, open the pkg before leaving the store
