Wendy in the printing department is knowledgeable and pays attention to detail. This is extremely important to me and appreciated!! Ill be back and asking for Wendy specifically for my future printing needs. Please keep printing in person an option vs online, the quality isnt the same when the details matter.

Decent supply of materials I needed and cheap printing. I had questions on a product and the staff member helped me answer what I needed to know. I was looking for zip ties also which they did not have. They had hand sanitizer available and face protector shields at check out. Seems to be plenty of parking and curbside pickup.

Shredding service is easy, efficient and cost-effective. Definitely worth taking larger collection of documents to them to shred rather than doing this at home. Discovered the shredding offering during a routine visit to get organizing materials to aid in working from home.

Location was quiet, clean, and well organized. All the workers were very friendly. Diane rung us up and was pleasant and helpful. Only came here to quickly print something out and buy some pens, but was pleasantly surprised by how nice the store and employees are. That said, damn Office Depot is overpriced.

AMAZING SERVICE. Alexandra went completely above and beyond, and shes the MAIN reason Id absolutely recommend this Office Depot, especially for printing jobs!I put in a pretty last-minute order for 100 flyers and a poster backed with foamcore. I needed it by the next morning, but it wasnt guaranteed until much later. Concerned about whether it would be done on time or not, I called and Alexandra answered. And when I say she answered, I mean she answered my PRAYERS.She said it would be a bit iffy for me to get it on time because of the 24-hour turnaround, but she would spend the last hour of her shift working on it. Lo and behold, I got a notification saying that the work had been done within an hour or so!Cant express just how grateful I am. Thanks again, Alexandra!

Overpriced. Everytime I go there I end up paying more there than at their competitors for the same products.Update: Tried to give this store another shot. I looked up Optical Audio Cables online and this store showed online that they had three different inexpensive ones in stock.Imaginey surprise when the clerk tells me that in stock DOESNT MEAN IN THE STORE! No-no, it means in stock online! The only ones they actually stock on the store are the most expensive Optical cables. This is how we do business these days, we fake you out with the in stock switcheroo into a whole new definition of in stock, then we try to sell you the most expensive ones we actually have in stock -in the store.

The lady who was working there, was working her butt off and dealt with the mass rush of customers like a pro! She needs to be recognized for this. I have seen her twice before and both times she is awesome. She was kind and professional in her speech. She handled questions from different people over at a time but would acknowledge each customer as they came in and let them know she would help them as soon as possible. As she kindly and professionally directed people to use the self serve printers as she acknowledged people in line waiting and quickly found out their needs before directing them to a place that may not be helpful. The lady who helped me on May 26th was awesome as I have explained.Their large print service is terrific and I highly recommend them. Im an architect/engineer and I large print projects that I consistently need their services. They do an excellent job!

5 stars specifically bc they do not use an Ai bot to answer the phones. Its the traditional press one for hours, two for print..., then a human. FedEx was my printer but i cant contact them via the phone bc of Ai Revenue Prevention Apps. If office depot goes in that direction, ill leave them too.

This is the best place to buy expensive electronics like computers, labtops, and other office electronics. The quality is consistent, they offer great warranties that I get when I have extra money. I cannot stress how important it is to be smart about where you buy labtops from, as longevity of them will vary company to company. I called the local store on a Folsom BLVD Sacramento to verify if they had a time clock ribbon in stock. The store confirmed they had some on hand. I drove twenty minutes to get there and was informed they don’t have the item in stock. What a waste of time. I will not return to this store. Your employees could care less that someone wasted time to travel to the store

Online ordering was easy and convenient, but picking up wasnt the most pleasant experience. I was calling to verify the location I was going to and the lady who answered the phone, said they didnt have my order there, but it turns out she just had my last name wrong. Then upon arrival I was double checking my orders to make sure everything was there. Upon inspection it turns out she didnt grab all my items I purchased, when bring this to her attention she rolled her eyes, when she started to ring me me up, I told her: you know its been prepaid online right? she proceeded to roll her eyes again and say with an attitude No I didnt know that!(TIP: Okaaay lady, if you dont like your job, get another one)Afterwords I realized I needed to make another purchase, I asked where something was, she shrugged her shoulders and said I dont know. Then a guy from another register said he was new but pointed me to where he thinks they were. He was right. Upon check out again this time the Assistant Manager was ringing me up (very nice). I told her the girl was rude but the guy was friendly. Hopefully she had a stern conversation with her, before they loose anymore customers. Not saying I wont go back but it wont be anytime soon.

Had awful experience with Manager Kenny! I was shopping in Office Depot the other day and I saw him openly belittling other employees and was not being friendly to the customers. I felt very uncomfortable in this hostile environment. The other employees were very helpful with finding me what I needed though. But I have to award this experience one star after feeling this uncomfortable, so I will choose to buy my office supplies elsewhere.

The customer service here is superb! Even when I wasnt looking for help someone offered and when the staff was extremely busy they did their best to accommodate and be available for anyone in need. One thing that stood out the most was, after completing my transaction, the cashier, seeing my hands were full, offered to take my bags and walk me to my car! Yes she literally left the register- with no other customers waiting of course-, grabbed all my bags, and escorted my daughter and I until we were all loaded up. I excused her multiple times but she insisted on helping, leaving me beyond grateful. Also, Shout out to Mr. Romni, their tech guy! He and his crew are amazing at their job. Fyi, they fix computers too.

I wouldnt go to this store theyre understaffed not enough technicians, they sell you products that are questionable. Ended up getting hacked from a product they sold me so they did a system check on my laptop and a defrag and offered me McAfee for $10 my laptop was supposed to be ready yesterday. So now its 5 oclock on Sunday afternoon and I call and ask is my laptop ready I go in expecting to get what I was offered and suddenly the McAfees no longer on sale and they wanted $90 from me for the virus software when I was told $10 on friday. I wouldnt have brought my computer there to them at all if it wasnt for a product they sold me I dont recommend going to the store.

I took in my laptop to get the keys fixed for $15 to check it out. Once my laptop was returned to me I could see where they pried it open and bent the plastic, my web camera wouldnt work as well as my USB ports wouldnt read anything i plugged in. Highly recommend taking it to where you bought it.
