Tim at Office Depot helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Had it not been for his help I wouldve grabbed the wrong items and been very sad. Office Depot, Redding CA offers the BEST copy and print services, general office equipment and supplies. Their Staff are always helpful and compassionate. Were very fortunate to have them as our go to office supply and printing store in North State!

Have proofs sent to my email of files I sent in, they printed them wrong when client went to pick them up. They refused to reprint them, saying they were right. Offered no help to rectify the Issue. Will never print here again. Go elsewhere. Second mistake in 2 months.

The place is disgusting with its overpowering damp mold-like stench that hits you as soon as you walk through the doors and permeates strongly throughout the sales floorspace, with pink fiberglass insulation particles falling on you to make you itch and inhale it from the endless number of tattered, gigantically ripped open ceiling spots. The staff dont really mind, they are wage slaves without a union and ready to get whatever illnesses that place will give them and go live in a hospital or outright croak from the bad exposure to possible asbestos. As a customer I will be trying to forever avoid that building after a terrible experience of exposure and choking the whole way from entry to checkout. Tell corporate that site is a lawsuit ready to happen in a BIG way!! Heck, I am considering using for what we went through. Lets talk settlement and possibly some repairs, Office Depot!

The store is Always very clean shelves are stocked great sale displays usually find what Im looking for. Customer Service Clerks are friendly & knowledgeable. Check out is a breeze. If you need it they probably have it, whether it be office, school, business or home related. There is never a minute that goes by while in the store that an employee doesn’t ask if they can help. In fact there was an employee on every isle in the store busy arranging, stocking, and assisting customers as needed.

FYI: Incredible markups here - OD wanted over $30.00 for 12 month accordion folder for the receipts we keep for 7 years and over $18.00 for 2023 monthly weekly planners. I went to Amazon and bought the folder and planner for less than half of what OD had priced. Fair warning.

If you have to get copies of important papers.or get something laminated or faxed somewhere this is somewhere youneed to go.Theres not a lot of staff therebut the staff there is friendlyand theyre pretty knowledgeable as well. the store is well stockedand the shelves are clean and full of merchandise.the store is well-lit and very clean.so if youre a business owneror just need pens and pencilsdefinitely stop by your local Office Depot.

Came in today to buy a new desk and chair. Was probably going to drop a grand here, but for the life of me I couldnt get anyone to help. I think there was only one other customer in the store. Waited for about 10 minutes after asking the cashier to send someone over, and then just left. Office Depot in Redding is not a serious business.

I was having a problem with a code on a prepaid card. Mike McBryde was so helpful. He immediately knew what to do to get me back in business! I had bought a new Dell laptop but needed a program for an application I use everyday. The code on the card was not legible and it was pretty expensive. (I had had a similar problem with a code last fall with a new Mac book... resulting in a very long phone call with Microsoft and I did not want to do that again.) He worked his wonders all while engaging me in conversation and assuring me he would take care of the issue. WELL HE DID! I left the store completely satisfied, and happy as a clam....with my new purchase and some M&Ms couldnt have asked for more!!!!!! % stars nope a solid 10!

Bonnie greeted us warmly and helpfully, or we would be unlikely to return. Three other staff we interacted with were clearly inconvenienced by our presence, including when we first tried to check out. Customer support is lacking. I took 3 books in for spiral binding at 11 am first I was told they could only do 1 of them because they didnt have the right size coils for the other two. So I decided to leave the one there, I was told that due to the workload it would not be ready till 4 pm. At 4:15 pm I called to see if it was ready. I was told oh uh no it isnt ready probably an hour but if you want to come in I can do it while you wait. I told her I had plans to be somewhere at 5 and would now have to change those plans, I said I would be there at 5pm and asked if it would be ready, ah I dont know. Customer service means working to HELP the customer not cause them problems. OMG its like if you leave it, it will be done by this time yea right if you leave it, it gets put on IGNORE! and we will do it when the customer complains. I am done with OFFICE MAX / DEPOT what ever the hell you call it. The service SUCKS! Period. When I left there I took the other two books to FEDEX Office, dropped them off at 11:30am they said they would be ready by 1:30pm. I got a call from Fedex Office at 12:30 they said both books were done. NOW that is good customer service!

I will never go back. I spent 30 minutes in the store trying to find a day planner and some pens. There were 6 employees and 1 other customer there. I was ignored the whole time I was there and found the items to be grossly over priced. I ended up going to TARGET and spending 1/3 the money for the same items and experienced very good customer service there.

Very messed up online order for in-store pickup. Said online that my laptop would be ready for pickup in an hour but when I called they said it was on hold due to a security check! Even corporate said they had no idea why. Im a law abiding U.S. citizen and born here. Great credit rating. No reason! Had to, after hours of phone calls, cancel my order and go to the store and buy my laptop directly, over the counter, with the same credit card. Weird and highly exasperating!

I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THIS OFFICE DEPOT -0 STARS BUT TO LEAVE A REVIEW THATS HOW YOU START. HAVING A CART WOULD NOT HAVE NOT HELPED, WE WOULD HAVE HAD A LOT OF TROUBLE PICKING IT UP OUT OF THE CART. EVEN THE YOUNG LADIES DID NOT OFFER TO HELP. THE BOX WAS BIG AND BULKY AND HEAVY FOR US. I REALIZE IT WAS THE END OF THE DAY RIGHT BEFORE CLOSING BUT OFFICE DEPOT POSTS ITS HOURS OF OPERATION FOR A REASON. A COUPLE OF CUSTOMERS EVEN CAME IN AS WE WERE GOING THRU THE EXIT THEY WERE TOLD THEY WERE STILL OPEN. THE STORE DONT EVEN HAVE A VERY BIG SELECTION OF ANYTHING ANYONE MIGHT NEED.
