The store has very friendly employees, and the shelves are well stocked. I almost always find what I’m looking for. If my desired item is not there, it’s just because it’s not something they carry. And there’s a good chance I shouldn’t expect to find it in an office supply store! I have shopped at this location many times, and for many years, and I’m very happy to have it close to my home

This is a store that is needed in our community, but it is somewhere that I dread to go to purchase any items. The store is dimly lit and nothing is on the bare cinder block walls to draw my attention to anything. The store footprint is constantly changing, so it is difficult to find an item from one visit to the next. The floor tile is filthy with many tiles missing. Carpet is dirty where the office products are on display. The entrance also has filthy carpet and nothing on display to entice customers to enter the building. Customer service is horrible and no one offers help unless I go up to them to ask for help. It should be the other way around. Stock is kept on the sales floor, in the aisles, and behind the sales counter. I have worked in retail and would never operate my store like this.

I have generally not had a good experience at this location. I went to buy copy paper and picked a box of five reems for $40. When I checked out I saw they charged $70! When I pointed out the discrepancy, they wouldnt make good on the price, though the clerk verified I was right. I returned the paper and got a far better price from Amazon. NEVER AGAIN!

I have been using Office Depot frequently in the last 5 years since I took over a project of getting the permits, plans and certifications for a vacant lot that we will develop into a ranch for AHEAD With Horses, a therapeutic riding program for disabled children. I have had copies of the plot plans, permits, city documents, covenants and more printed at Home Depot. Staff have always been helpful, courteous and friendly. An enjoyable place to shop.

I usually go to Staples but this Office Depot came in handy when I needed to print a single sheet of shipping label that UPS wanted to charge me $2 for. Parking is spacious in the lot, store isnt busy and has most of things youll need, but Ill focus more on the printing experience. I brought my file in a USB stick, plugged in, and it wasnt reading anything unfortunately. I was hoping it would just work but I had to look up the original file on my phone, email it to the specified email on the printer, wait, enter a code, wait, add my payment on the machine, wait, and after some waiting, it came out beautifully for only 15 cents a page. Great deal, but the whole process took me close to 10 min and I was getting impatient because it wouldve taken less than a min at home, but my toner had ran out and UPS was unreasonably priced. In the end, I was satisfied with the outcome and Id go back again for printing needs, but the machines are very slow and may test your patience! If they would get faster, it wouldve been a 5 star for sure.

Office Depot in La Crescenta is a great place to shop for school and office products as well as for home goods (e.g. candy and cleaning supplies.) The stores staff are friendly and attentive. Recently, Ronald, a sales associate, assisted me by answering questions I had regarding the Office Depot rewards program and made excellent recommendations on how to obtain the best pricing for my days purchases.

Today 4/11/2022 I shopped this location and had to wait approx 5 mins while the ONLY cashier was helping a customer in the computer area. There was 2 other customers behind me in line and wanted to know if the cashier was open! I said Yes, but PAIGE was helping another customer in the computer section. After approx 5 mins. PAIGE said next! NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY FOR THE DELAY OR ANYTHING ELSE FROM HER!! I have been a loyal and frequent shopper at this location since it opened and have never experienced such bad customer service! The STORE MANAGER should retrain PAIGE in Customer Service!!!

Customer service is not that good there I went in there to scan simple document they told me I needed my own flash drive why I dont know and then they told me that I could borrow theirs when I didnt do anything but wait for the scanned papers to get emailed to me what was the flash drive for? why was it necessary to get the document scanned? In the end the documents were scanned I received them via email... Job done

I always liked Office Depot but this one time that I wanted to print some pictures I asked this guy with curly hair to help me with it and he asked for my flash driver to format the photos in smaller sizes . I asked him to print them all in one page because they were really small pictures(2 in * 2in) but he printed each one of them on separate piece of paper which is a total waste of paper. He wasn’t friendly at all honestly none of the staff are I don’t know what happened to this place.

Manager in this location is the worst. I have asked if print department can have an additional help as this employee is helping 3 people and ihave been waiting for 10 minutes already. His respond was you have to wait a little longer. I said I need a large size FedEx envelope to place my paper and drop off. Again he repeated that I have to wait a little longer. I simply left, and gaive my business to FedEx and then did my shopping at Staples for a large office supply. He was pushing a cart, instead of simply handing the envelope from the back of the counter. He must be retrained on customer service. Customer is always right if you want business and stay in business.

It was worth the long drive. I have a competitor much closer to my house that is a let down unfortunately in many ways...Office Depot had the product I needed without the jacked up pricing of having people purchase much more than they need and charge idiot pricing at said competitor...Its a ways from home and well worth it...Nice customer service !

This store needs to be better managed. In the past, Ive had trouble with items not being adequately stocked and have had to go elsewhere even for basic items such as mechanical pencil lead. Today, the item I wanted, a package of letter-size manilla folders, was in stock--yay! Unfortunately, I had to wait in line for 15 minutes to make my purchase because there was only one cashier working the front registers. Honestly, the only reason I shop here is the geographic convenience of the La Crescenta store.

All the workers that work at the print section have a bad customer service, I went to print a banner and I had a bad experience with the worker, he told me to hurry up because he was about to clock out and he barely printed my banner. Then I came back the same day to print exactly the same thing and the other worker told me he didn’t know how to print it that he would try but he also told me that next time I should go earlier because I barely made it on time before they stop printing.And days after I came back to print two sheets, I only had cash I couldn’t use the self service printer and they didn’t wanted to help me just because I didn’t had enough copies to print and spend more than the minimum requirement.PRINTING SERVICE IS THE WORST AT THIS PLACE!

Awesome......Great....... Customer Service!!!!!I went in to buy a new computer chair (got a great Cressfield chair for $99.00). So when i went to pick it up, they had a showroom model of my chair. So......... while Jose was in the back getting my boxed chair, i took my wallet out of my pocket to test the chair properly, then, Jose let me know he had my chair at the front desk ready to go. So..., of course i walked off without my wallet, paid in cash, so i still didnt know i left it at the chair showroom. So............ 2 days later when i went to use my credit card from my wallet........ Gone!! So i traced back where i thought i had it last, & Office Depot was my hope. I called them up, told them my story,Jose went to check lost & found, &............. YES!! he said he had it & was just waiting for me to call. One week old and the manager told me I couldnt because according to her they didnt carry those. I called corporate and escalated to their District manager. They took care of it. They seem to be open all the time. Theyre the only real office supply store in the upper (Crescenta) valley. Staff is friendly and helpful. The lines go by real quick and they dont do the hard sells on their computer equipment or tech services. Their copy center is easy to work with.

I have had several very positive experiences at the Office Depot in La Crescenta. But today they really came through! Kaitie and Jose in theIT department each helped me work through a problem that I was having with printing an excel spreadsheet. By the way, Staples in Studio City took a look at the same problem the day before and told me they could not help me. So the fact that the staff at Office Depot would try several methods in order to work through the problem and find a solution was surprising and very impressive indeed! What a difference in attitude. Its from one end of the spectrum to the other! The Office Depot employees in La Crescenta have consistently gone out of their way to be helpful and courteous. Thank you!

Return policy is fair as long as you bring a receipt. Its really busy during summer where everyone is back to school so avoid going during weekends or afternoon. Morning is your best bet. Its overpriced but if you need something now and cant wait for amazon then its your best bet. Notebooks for 25 cents is a steal.

I bought inks for my jet printer at Office Depot in 3030 Foothill Blvd, La Crescenta, CA 91214 and was offered a 10% discount if I provided my email at checkout, to my surprise and with out my authorization Office Depot sign me up for a $42.00 monthly subscription for inks that i never authorized in the first place, this is very unethical and dirty business practices to scam people by not disclosing the truth when you provide personal information. I do not recommend this company to anyone and dont provide your personal information to office depot.I strongly suggest everyone to take their business to a trusted company other the Office Depot.

Used to love having all my printing needs done here. Last month needed just a few double sided business cards and they helped me with no problem. Now a month later I needed some more for a last minute meeting as my regular ones were in the mail and they said they couldnt do it. But when i spome with a female manager she baiscally said they arent suppose to do that and she WOULDNT do it. Had to show up to my meeting without business cards. Thanks for nothing Office Depot. When I said it was a long time to wait I was told there is nothing to be done about it. I wont be back.
