2024-05-03 18:36:15This Office Depot is the place to go. The Associate who helped me (Eddie) deserves a raise. As well the store manager David was very gracious in assisting the transaction. The membership that this Ibdustry offers is very helpful with lowering the cost of merchandise. Again this Office Depot impressed me and I will be returning.

2023-11-16 22:56:52Im less tech savvy than most grandmas. I needed 8 pages of paper documents scanned in pdf format to my computer. I tried unsuccessfully many tines. Then I went to my local Office Depot. Rosie was sweet and understanding. I wasnt made to feel stupid. Thanks.

2023-06-26 05:54:20I went in for quality copies announcing my husbands celebration of life, after his passing, and what I got was far more. Van gave me service beyond what I could have imagined, working my flyer graphics redoing all my text to match what I wanted to add in a beautiful layout for a quality that brings my husbands spirit alive! I am so grateful!

2023-06-06 02:04:11I have to take the time to Recognize a very experienced staff member and store lead Jason. My husband and I went to the store her in search of two new computer chairs. We have always bought chairs that were roughly around $150 but they only seem to last a little over a year and then the hydraulics start going out and the seat starts going down on its own the armrest tense to start falling apart this time we decided to re-search the chair Before purchasing we were willing to pay a little more for the chair since the old saying goes you get what you pay for. I was ready to buy a chair for $199. I really liked it. It was a strange color, blue and black and it was labeled a gaming chair but I felt comfortable but it didn’t have much choices as far as adjusting the seat or back. My husband on the other hand found this other chair for $299 that he liked. At this point we were just searching around. We weren’t really planning on buying that day. That was until my husband found out the chair that was listed for $299 had additional information stating the real cost was $459 and the expiration date for the sale was the same day at closing. So needless to say he decided he’s going to buy his chair at the sale price and he did and also Katie additional $15 to have it assembled and we were going to pick it up the following day. I, on the other hand was undecided, Jason recommended for comfort a chair he bought a couple of years ago and has never had an issue. I sat in the chair and fell in love with it. t you see I have a very bad back and I need the support in my lumbar the seat, adjust front and back, the back rest adjust up and down, the armrest goes up-and-down, and it could even rock. I had never paid $550 for a chair so I decided we’ll go eat dinner across the street at Sizzler and think about it. . thought about it after leaving Sizzler. I decided I’m going to do! It’s my back and I want comfort, I will spend the money somewhere else. Why not on myself? I went back to the store to purchase my chair. Jason was still there and so attentive but never was he pushy, he provided all the necessary information that was needed and that’s what helped me make the final decision. I just loved this chair in the store and I have no regrets paying that price for it. You only live once! Already had my husband’s chair assembled, and I was able to take it home with me. I was curious if what Jason had said that the chair would go to the regular price tomorrow he didn’t know I was returning after dinner I never mentioned it I just said I’ll think about purchasing the chair I was very pleased to see after I came back from dinner and it was getting close to closing that the sale price was off of the chair that my husband purchased and it was now back to $449. Jason proved to be very honest with high integrity. Jason, thank you for the no pressure sale, and the superb exceptional customer service you provided us. Jason you are truly an asset to Office.Depot. It is only because of your customer service and knowledge and honesty that I decided to buy this chair.

2023-02-18 07:15:02Called Hayward store 630pm Feb 16 to ask if they had an item in stock. I did not believe the website when it said it was available so I called to make sure. Office Depot website is often wrong. Pressed 3 for Tech. The guy I talked to worried me with his tentative answers but he insisted it was in stock, come tomorrow and pay in the store. I expected to be disappointed. Sure enough when I showed up next day they didnt have it. The young bearded fellow I spoke to was very helpful. He was NOT the same guy on the phone who had some sort of accent. He looked up other stores to see whether they had the item but no luck. Finally ordered online. But the phone tech was a knucklehead. Lesson:the only way to know something is in stock is to go down to the store and possibly waste the trip.
