Worst experience ever！they gave me the wrong item when I picked up and framed me as “exchanged the pen when I walked into pen aisle“ when I wanted to return. After almost one hour waiting and fighting, the staff in charged of my case finally admitted his mistake and processed my return. But my time could never be paid back!

Victoria very good customer representative. She is very friendly. She does all my prints,and faxes. Also very cheap prices,much cheaper than staples. If you do a lot of paperwork,and you do not have the equipment to do prints, and faxes they can help you out.

5IVE 5TARS Office Depot San Bernardino - Hospitality Lane!When the store was down to nine days before completely closing, I found a nice laptop bag. A helpful store associate unlocked it from display and I was at the checkout stand when my young clerk had to search exhaustively to find a code tag in or on the bag to search the markdown price to charge me. He never gave up or showed frustration as he literally turned the bag inside out. Finally, he found a tiny tag that led him to the brands model name, etc. he needed. Quickly, and with a smile, he calculated the discounted price for me. At that point I wouldve paid full price just because I was impressed with his kind professionalism--he never huffed, puffed or frowned. His vibe was purely pleasant. After we completed the purchase, I asked which store hed be transferring to--he said Redlands. I thanked him and told him Id see him again. The level of customer service, like any service, is shown when things dont flow as planned, but when theyre challenged, delayed, or otherwise tested. In this case, Redlands Office Depot will benefit by having this young pro on their team!

I am so impressed with the San Bernardino store. I came in with a rush job that another OD store said they could not do due to lack of materials to fill my order. The SB and the guys at the print center and the sales associate, got on the phone with that other location and gathered the materials needed to complete my order. I am so grateful they went above and beyond because these signs were for a fundraiser. They totally helped us fulfill our mission.

Ordered a chair for pickup, was promptly charged for the chair and when the pickup date arrived they cancelled the order. They said a refund would be issued but nothing as of yet. Should not charge a consumer for a product you don’t have, and if you are doing so it should be made clear to the consumer.

The customer service rep, Farah, was great, she went above and beyond in her jib, to highlight and price check multiple items for me. I chose a desk for my daughter, it was perfect. Thanks Farah.

Great customer service. I learned about specialty pens that are made strickly for the company, VUL pens, I was introduced by the associate, I tried them and love the guiding ease of this pall point pen. They come in varietypacks, colors...gel if you like them too. Go and try something new at the store. It beats sitting in traffic wasting gasoline in the commuters evening traffic.

The convenience of the website being able to show current store stock was wonderful - I was able to locate what I needed easily and head right to the till. The checkout staff was friendly and talkative and even noticed my phone and suggested a product for it as well.
